Wonderful Place with Amazing View and Grounds

4.6 on September 03, 2017

I was really impressed with this place and the proprietors. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. If enjoy nature, quiet and relaxed atmospheres and it all was here and more. I learned some history about the area, an area I wasn't aware existed, and its not far off the highway, but feels like you are far into the country. I would recommend it to anyone and hope everyone who visits will enjoy it as much as my wife and I did.

Great Get Away

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here, and it was amazing. It was close enough to Devils Lake and the Dells, that we never felt like we had nothing to do. The extensive hiking trails on the property are also worth an afternoon adventure. The hosts were gracious and amazingly friendly. We felt like family. The breakfasts are also delicious. We will definitely be returning.

This is one of the BEST Bed & Breakfast places we have ever stayed at. Uutstanding room (the secret garden), great host and hostess, tasty wine and cheese hour and scrumptious breakfast.

My Wife and I spent a few nights with Trudy and Dave. First I would like to say how incredible of a host and hostess they both were. Trudy always had different baked goods in the dining area while also making unique and delicious breakfasts every morning! Dave always met us with the warmest of greetings. He hosted a happy hour from 5:30 to 6:30 every day and provided wine, beer, cheese and crackers. Their home is of the highest quality and their story on how they came upon their wonderful land is a treat. Dave also made sure to set us up on great dinners and even called for our reservations. All the restaurant owner needed to know is that you were referred by Dave, he has a great reputation. Dave also knew just the right thing to order for every restaurant. Dave and Trudy pay attention to all the important details in their home, food, hospitality, and gratuity. I absolutely recommend. You are getting MUCH more than just a B&B at this residence.
