We had a great weekend experience here. The accomodations were wonderful—quiet and comfortable— with many amenities. The views of the South Sound were perfect day and night. The location was ideal for us to jump to Burien, Normandy Park Beach, Des Moines, and SeaTac Airport. Carrie was a gracious, responsive host. TTP B&B gets out highest recommendation.

We enjoyed two great nights in the cottage and had friends join us in at the B & B They stayed in the other suite. We all couldn’t believe the food provisions and hospitality set out by Penny. We will definitely be back. The views are spectacular and the proximity to the airport is very convenient yet not obtrusive. This is a very unique setting and home. We felt very welcomed and at home.

"Outstanding" ratings but for some reason the last circle-click is not working. This place was so lovely we didn't leave until we had to get to the airport-not even to visit the area or dine. The food provisions were abundant and special, cottage extremely clean and well decorated, facility had multiple seating areas outside allowing different views. The exterior hot tub was very nice and private. I only wish it was located on the east coast-closer to where we live! It would have been a wonderful place to have spent a week or more.

We cannot say enough good things about Three Tree Point Bed & Breakfast! We stayed in the cottage and it was absolutely fabulous. Doug and Penny stocked the refrigerator with everything you'd need for delicious breakfasts. The bed was especially comfortable, and the whole space felt warm and cozy. Our stay wasn't very long, but we are looking forward to returning for a longer visit.

My wife and I had a great stay, and Penny was a great Host. We recommend this place for anyone traveling to the Seattle are who wants to get out of the hustle of the big city, but still close enough to visit those spots in the city.

We decided to get away for our anniversary gift to ourselves, criteria being 1)local 2) quiet 3) private 4)Mountain and water views 5)not a typical B&B or hotel. Three Tree Point fit the bill perfectly. Although we live in King county after a long hectic work week we just wanted to drive a few miles yet feel like we had gone far away. Having a nice sized kitchenette with all amenities meant we could slouch around without having to go out if we didn't want to made everything so convenient. The cottage is cozy and easy to sink into. I would recommend to out of towners or locals.

Last Fall was our first visit to Three Tree Point Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in the suite and loved everything about our stay. Penny was great at providing for our specific vegan diets while we were there. This year we returned as an anniversary and birthday getaway. We booked the cottage. The cost is a little more than the suite but we can see why. It is completely detached from the main house and has a large private patio and a second small deck. Each room has beautiful views of the water and the window shades open either up or down, allowing these breathtaking views in full view. We even spotted a pod of Orca whales passing through!! Penny is so cute and quiet as a mouse when it comes to housekeeping. We leave to go explore and when we return, the entire place is all freshened up and there is always fresh cut fruit plates ready in the fridge! The travel sites do not do this place justice. The views and close proximity to the water is not emphasized enough. There is an adorable little path down the hill to the water. It's so romantic staying at the B&B. We make it a point to go back every year. Try this place next time you're visiting Seattle. You will not be disappointed!
Thank you for being such wonderful guest and I am so glad you enjoy the B&B. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. Hopefully we will see more whales next time.

We have stayed in the Suite many times and this time we also stated in the Cottage. They are both peaceful and beautiful retreats. The refridgerator has breakfast foods you eat anytime throughout the day. You can bring in groceries to cook for a meal at lunch or dinner. They are both great spaces for visiting with family. Penny even printed our boarding passes for the flight home.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here for 3 nights. We loved every second! It was also our first time in Seattle so we had a tough time deciding where we should spend our time...exploring the new city or enjoying the view of the Puget Sound from the outdoor hot tub! We did a lot of both. I liked that the kitchen was stocked with breakfast food so we could eat at our leisure and sleep in. There was more than enough to make breakfast for us and snacks at night. Fresh fruit each day and a variety of jams made my day. We had breakfast on the patio each morning looking over the water. The birds were chirping and the sun was shining. The owner, Penny, is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. And we got to meet her beautiful white German shepherd on our last day. Not to worry if you're not a dog lover, she's kept up in the main house mostly and doesn't bark much. But if you enjoy pets, she'll be happy to roll around in the grass and say hello while you're going about your morning. We fully recommend the Three Tree BnB. We had a wonderful time and hope you do as well!
Thank you for being such wonderful guest. I sure enjoy sharing with you both in this very special event. We hope that you will return for you anniversary and we wish you a happy life together.

In Feb, my husband & I made our 2nd trip to Three Tree Point Bed & Breakfast, this time for our honeymoon! Like before, this is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The views from the cottage of the ocean & Mt. Rainier are spectacular! While we were there, we even enjoyed a nice, relaxing massage right in the comfort of our room! There's the option of dining in or just a few miles down the road, there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. We actually loved where we were so much, we chose to eat in most of the time. Every morning, we would wake up to fresh pastries & a wide selection of fresh breakfast items. We strongly recommend them & will definitely be visiting again!
