Maribeth is a great host. We enjoyed the wine tasting. The poolroom is a neat touch to the bnb. Great breakfast too. Location is ok. It's a $15.00 dollar ride to Levenworth, which is 1 mile away. You can't walk from this location that's the only bad thing about the location .

Hey there! Just stayed at the bavarian orchard house this past weekend and loved it. Jason was very friendly and accommodating, the rumpus room was an awesome touch and I enjoyed the night playing pool. We received a bottle of wine for our stay, and it was an exquisite touch. Will be coming again soon :)

We were welcomed in right when we arrived. The room was clean, and cozy, and the house was quite. Pets under 35 lbs are welcomed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and there is a separate lounge area under the house with a variety of amenities including TV, pool, elliptical machine, and optional wine tasting. We were ther in October and the snow fall was beautiful and the BnB is about a 5 min drive for the town of Leavenworth where there are a variety of shops and eateries. I would imagine the orchard is beautiful to walk around during spring time. We will definitely be going back again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot, but the whole night was coloured by an awkward reception. The first thing we did was fill out paperwork to the chirping of the bird behind us in the kitchen that doubles as an office, TV room, and animal sanctuary (ok... More than doubles). Mary Beth is a kind woman with a beautiful property, but it felt like sneaking around grandma's house. We were warned that the two cats would slip under our (very, very comfortable) bed if we left our door open. As we came and left to enjoy the town, a little Pomeranian met us at the door every time, and Mary Beth was never absent from her chair in front of her shows. I suppose that's a form of attentiveness, but it made it feel as if we were intruding into private space.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her birthday weekend. The rooms are incredible! The location is ideal for exploring Leavenworth but it's tempting just to stay in. Staff was wonderfully nice and only there when you need them. Otherwise tons of privacy and a truly great experience. I would definitely do this again! (Thank you so much John and Lisa, I can't tell you what a nice thing this was!)
