My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Guest House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found Tom and Linda to be excellent hosts willing to accommodate our requests. The breakfast were all excellent. It's located not far from the airport but there is no jet noise. It is a 20 minute drive to downtown and the tourist attractions. Parking downtown is hard to find and expensive. We found it useful to use the light rail located about a 5 minute drive from the Guest House. I give it high marks.

Linda and Tom were excellent. They have been doing the Guest House B&B for a while and it showed. They were well prepared, helpful, communicative, and made sure our stay was the best it could be. On top of all of that, they are excellent cooks! They wowed us every morning with their delicious creations from the kitchen as well as thoughtful snacks in the afternoon and water bottles in the fridge. The whole space was very clean, their gardens are beautiful, and the hot tub was relaxing after long and busy days. The place is an easy drive from the airport and a great location to get into town as well as travel to Mount Rainier or Olympic National Park. We hope to be back in Seattle sometime and would very much look at staying here again!

Tom and Linda have quite an amazing place here. It was such an enjoyable stay. Their place is near the airport but easily accessible to all of Seattle. The rooms were comfy and nice. The bathroom was recently renovated and was great. The outdoor hot tub was awesome. The best thing of all was Linda's cooking. She's amazing and such a great host. It was like being at your own mom's home. Truly a great place to stay. Breakfast was amazing and her cookies are fantastic!! Don't pass up an opportunity to stay here. You won't regret it.

Very generous accommodation with use of the lounge, garden and hot tub. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. Jill and David were standing in whilst owners were away. They did a terrific job, informing us on places to visit, transport, eating out, etc. We had an early excursion so we were given a breakfast box to take with us. We had a great stay, thank you. Margaret and Guy.

The hot tub was the on line draw for me .Everything was lovely and so well organized. The gardens were so refreshing; long beds of maidenhair ferns, fox gloves and several varieties of roses .The birds live it here .

For our week long visit to Seattle, we opted to stay at The Guest House instead of a Hyatt property in downtown Seattle. So pleased that we did because this bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations in every way! It's very unique because when you book it, you are the only guests. Our inn keepers tended to our every need and Linda even served as our personal concierge by offering suggestions, advice and directions. They take pride in their property and genuinely care about making your stay enjoyable. We had delicious breakfasts each morning and returned from our outings to find sweet treats each evening. The beds were comfortable and the sheets & towels were wonderfully soft. It was the perfect accommodation for our sister trip to Seattle.
