Fabulous Getaway

5 on March 21, 2018

My husband and I stayed in the Chelan room at Meritage Meadows. It was beautiful, quiet, clean and well stocked. The owners were attentive and thoughtful and made us a delicious breakfast! We'd definitely visit again.

Innkeeper Response
We are so glad to hear that the Chelan room was a nice get away for you and your husband. The entertainment center in the Chelan room is a nice feature for a couple escaping for an evening or a week. We hope that you will consider us if you get another opportunity to get away.

A wonderful relaxing stay

5 on February 24, 2018

It is rare to find perfectly measured customer service, attention to detail, and excellence in accomodations. My wife and I experienced just that at Heritage Meadows Bed and Breakfast (and winery). We were welcomed early, given great privacy (we've had some "interestingg ned and breakfast experiences before with other inns), provided with a fun and knowledgeable wine tasting, indulged in our room (highly recommend the "red Moutaim room with the built in sauna and japanese style ofuru tub). The bed was a king size and it had been a long while since we slept so well (toddler problems). When we woke up we had a delicioua three course breakfast that was prepared in perfect timing. Everything we experienced was top not j and we felt luxurious and pampered. Bob and Karen were very sweet and you can definitely tell they put a lot of thought and care into being owners and hosts of this beautiful property. They even mailed my pillow back to me after I left it in the room. 10/10

Innkeeper Response
Karen and I set out to create a space that let our guests relax and feel pampered. There are plenty of stressors in most of our lives. It is great to hear that you felt relaxed and enjoyed the amenities that we are offering. We look forward to seeing you when next you can take some time off from the toddlers.

Multiple stays

5 on November 23, 2017

We have family in Redmond to visit and have settled on the Meritage Meadows Inn as our home away from home. Bob and Karen are now more than innkeepers to us, we consider them friends as well. Our last stay was in September and we are already booked for the Christmas Holidays. Bob's breakfasts are legend and the association with Cinq winery is a definite plus. We will keep coming back! Splendid excursion

5 on November 02, 2017

My daughter and I recently enjoyed a night away at Meritage Meadows and were charmed by the people, place and food. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and the ambiance is warm, friendly, everything you'd hope for in a bed and breakfast. This was my third time, and I'll definitely be back.

After Wedding Escape

5 on August 08, 2017

My husband and I decided to stay at Meritage Meadows Inn after our wedding. The owners, Bob and Karen, were very accommodating. We dropped off our bags and car way before check-in (8:30am) and both Bob and Karen greeted us with warm smiles and all the Inn's information for when we returned after our wedding. They even put our bags in our room and left a lovely welcome letter on the door so that we would have all the information needed, just in case we forgot after a long day of wedding festivities! Breakfast was amazing, the room was stunning, and the wine tasting was perfect. Though the Inn is only a few miles from our home, we felt like we had truly escaped reality for a few days. We will return.

Innkeeper Response
Helping to celebrate special occasions is one of the secret joys of innkeeping. It was our delight to share in your joy of the wedding and to support your recovery during your stay. Please think of us for anniversaries and other events (like when Grands can take the kids and give you a night off!).

Hidden gem

5 on April 06, 2017

We stayed at Meritage Meadows the night we went to see Cirque du Soleil at Marymoor Park. The Inn was less than 10 minutes from the park and was nestled in the woods deep enough to forget about everything other than relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Bob and Karen were perfect hosts, we had a wine tasting and good chat in one of the living areas and then got some good recommendations for dinner at Redmond Bar & Grill. The rest of the night was awesome, and coming back to the room to relax in the oversized tub was perfect. We got up at 8 and had an amazing breakfast before checking out. I would recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to get away or is staying in the area.

Innkeeper Response
That Staycation you described is the perfect antidote to winter blahs! We love being able to offer that sort of getaway, whether it is just a break from the humdrum, escaping the kids, or celebrating a special occasion. It does all of us good to break the routine.

One of the best

5 on March 04, 2017

Bob and Karen's Meritage Meadows Inn for me is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Although it is not a hotel. It is a home. You feel so welcome as if you visit your own family. And indeed you are. The most polite hosts care of your comfort by all means. An excellent breakfast prepared by Bob, Karen's scones, cookies and muffins, complementary snacks, drinks, ice cream 24/7. You couldn't feel any better. And the house. Cosy, clean, comfortable. You won't miss anything. It is hidden in the woods of Redmond, a perfect hideaway after an exhausting business day. Enjoy.

Innkeeper Response
As a business traveller, I had the opportunity to awaken in hotels so many mornings and find that there was nothing in the room that let me know where I was in the world. So much effort has gone into branding that the rooms all look the same. Karen and I wanted our rooms to truly reflect the Northwest and that each room would be unique. We are so happy to hear that yours was a pleasurable stay. We love business travellers.

My wife and I visited Meritage Meadows over Christmas. It was awesome. When we booked the trip we were unsure about being away from home over the holiday. We didn't need to be.The inn and the innkeepers were fabulous. It was a great Christmas and a great place to be. Food-fantastic, wine tasting-fantastic, inn-fantastic. we'll be back.

Innkeeper Response
Christmas is a special time of year. Many of our guests are visiting family in our area and we try to keep the Christmas spirit alive while they are with us as well. We are so happy you enjoyed the visit!

Meditative & serene setting

4.8 on November 20, 2016

The facilities, room, and grounds were comfortable and comforting, A peaceful setting only a few miles from the center of downtown Redmond. The inn keepers were engaging, tended to every request, and the two breakfasts I had were crazy good, with the main dishes (eggs benedict, and Finnish pancake) accompanied by fresh baked scones, fresh fruit, local cider, and piping hot substantive coffee. Oh, and did I mention the onsite winery. I got half a case. Just go there.

Innkeeper Response
While Meritage Meadows is a B&B, Karen and I think that Breakfast is "The Big B." It is lovely to hear that you enjoyed what we served. Unfortunately, we don't serve any breakfast wine pairings.
