We spent a mid-October weekend at the Cozy Rose with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. We were in Villa Vista, a charming room with a separate sitting area with fireplace. Breakfast was served in the dining area (not in-room as advertised), which was fine as we were able to breakfast with the group. We also reserved dinner for Saturday night, which was very good - fresh baked apple pie on the dessert menu was a highlight. My ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and lightly topped with blue cheese the accompanying scalloped potatoes were delicious. Would love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of some of the beautiful outdoor seating areas.
Your group of 8 was our pleasure to serve. It makes our lifes work worth the time & love we have put into this B&B all worth it! Were looking forward to your returning . Now LETS ALL MAKE IT A DAY LIKE NO OTHER!!!

Went here to spend a couple of days with someone special. Beautiful, quaint suite in a wonderful setting. Personable and gracious service. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in wine country! Would love to come back again.

We stayed in the Villa Vista suite and enjoyed it very much. Our suite was nicely decorated, comfortable and private. We had ordered the dinner package and our steaks were excellent, as well as the recommended bottle of wine! We met nice people at dinner too, dining room has 3 or 4 tables and very relaxing. Breakfast was served in our room at our requested time, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast and fresh fruit. The owners are very nice, accommodating and work hard. Will return again!
We are fortunate & to have guests that are so unique like yourselves. It really does make us happy when our guests feel the way you do about our Inn. Its not always easy to please all peoples , but we always do our best. So thanks for the review, we appreciate it very much. Mark & Jennie 25 yr Innkeepers PS your right about the steaks.THEY ARE GREAT ..Thanks again Youll have to try the Grilled Salmon next time

We stayed in the Villa Vista suite for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The area was very beautiful and we spent a lovely weekend exploring the many wineries and eateries. We checked in on a Friday around 5:30pm and the Cozy Rose owner quickly made us a reservation for dinner at Wine O'Clock (amazing!). We went to our room and it was beautiful. There's a nice sitting area when you first walk in, then one doorway to the bathroom area and a separate doorway to the bedroom. The bed was lovely - so romantic in its decor. As we left for dinner we realized we hadn't received any instructions on how to lock our room. We didn't worry too much as we didn't leave any valuables in there, but the key outside the room said to leave it there (on the porch), so we didn't have a way to lock it each time. The bathroom was beautiful and the bathtub was great. The shower was quite small - that would be our biggest recommendation for improvement, but it would be difficult to expand with the way the bathroom is set up. The signs and reminders to not use perfumes or any kind of fragrances were sort of strange. We have traveled a lot and have stayed in all kinds of lodging, including quite a few small inns and B&Bs, but we have never had a place be so persistent about not using certain products. The liquid soap provided was lovely, but we laughed about how fragrant it was when there were so many reminders to not bring/use our own. Breakfasts both mornings were delicious. Paying $7 for a pot of coffee to be delivered to the room seemed ridiculous after paying $239 a night for the room. Instant coffee and tea were provided in the room, but we do love coffee and feel that it should be included in a good breakfast. We really enjoyed eating outside on the private patio - that was a highlight. For the price we likely wouldn't return to the Cozy Rose, but it was a nice get away for a romantic getaway.
I do hope this helps .. With the coffee there are three ways to order here. There is a Keurig in every room. $7 Organic Fresh ground dark roasted served with candle & flowers & served with 24 gold plated china 1/2 hrs before breakfast delivered to your private suite..or Cappuccino $3.5 OK.. now the perfume ..There are some that have no sense of how much or how bad their perfume is hurting others . The organic soaps & shampoos are not harmful to peoples health. Were just making guests aware of some of the dangers of these chemicals. Because we love our housekeepers & our guests ( & that means you too) we will continue with these policy's, to keep people safer. Many of our guests have woke up to the fact that fabric softeners & detergents can be very harmful to your health. Especially since your in bed 8-10 hr.every night. Thanks for allowing us to teach & explain. Sorry , forgive me ..Thank you & we do love our guests Hope youll return... Mark & Jennie

Mark greeted us after an extremely long day of traveling with a glass of wine! mark escorted us to our room and explained everything we would need to know...including the steam shower and bubble tub. Our room has a walk in closet and a private patio where our great breakfasts were served! We had waffles w/fresh fruit and breakfast meat and juice one morning the next day was PERFECTLY poached eggs w/meat english muffin and fruit fruit w/juice you can order and pay for coffee separately or use the coffee provided in the room. There is also a carafe of water in the refrigerator. The bed & pillows were most comfy we slept well both nights. Mark was happy to give us ideas about where to go & what to do it was quite helpful! We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend Cozy Rose Inn.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else....beds are fab. Atmosphere is serene and quiet. One of my favorite things is the gourmet private breakfast.
So happy you enjoyed your stay.. Years ago we thought everyone wanted to gather together for breakfast, until we starting asking guests. It was 100% of the women that wanted delivered breakfast. So girls you got it. BUT If your in a group we open the dining-room..But many times the wives want delivered breakfast & then they all meet after & go wine tasting. No worries whatever you want. Were glad you came & Thanks for the great review!

Breakfasts were true gourmet and beautifully served. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Wish there was nightly dining. Highly recommend this B&B. Only downside will be dissappointment with future stays at other B&B!s

When my husband and I travel to Eastern Wa every 1 to 2 years we stay at the Cozy Rose Inn. Only once did we stay in a Yakima hotel and figured that the cost was the same but the ambience and beauty was a big fat zero compared to the beauty of the Cozy Rose. Mark and Jennie are the friendliest Inns keepers too! The breakfasts are scrumptious, the rooms are beautifully appointed and so original! You will not regret your stay at the Cozy Rose Inn!!
