Thank you Maxine, Grahm and of course, Alfie. We won't wait another dozen years to come back! Hated to leave!!

The owners have completely mastered the art of the B&B. A three course breakfast and ridiculously comfortable mattress makes for an unforgettable experience. Easy access to the mountain via shuttle and endless cookies in the living room were two major highlights. .

I couldn’t say enough good things about the Sugartree inn! The place was awesome and so welcoming. Every morning the breakfast was spectacular and you were welcomed by warm faces. The ride to the mountain was very short and easy to get to, you could basically see the mountain from the inn. The room that I stayed in was spacious and very clean. Everyday our bed was made and trash taken out. The owners Graham and Maxine made everyone feel so welcomed and made sure you had an awesome stay! We will definitely be going back!

Graham and Maxine were just delightful! Their B&B is a perfect retreat very close to Sugar Bush Ski area. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. The morning breakfasts were delicious. We would highly recommend a stay here and when we come back to the area we will stay with them again.

We love staying in B&B's...this was truly one of the best! Maxine and Graham are the most amazing hosts and the Head of Guest Relations, Alfie, stole our hearts. Relaxation is so easy in the comfy living area with a fire going always at the right time and readily available warm drinks and cookies. There are tons of books, games, and a fantastic collection of DVD's. Maxine always supplied a fantastic breakfast that was delicious and different every day. Eggs Benedict, baked omelets, fruit laden pancakes, the best oatmeal I have ever tasted along with the thick cut bacon and daily fresh fruit specialties. If you looking for a place to stay in Warren, there is no better! We stayed in the Nuthatch which had the most comfortable English feather duvet and mattress topper that was heavenly. It is also on the route of the Sugarbush shuttle, so we were there in minutes. We cannot wait to go back!!!

We cannot say enough great things about Graham and Maxine! The B&B is so conveniently located, service is excellent (breakfast oh my!) the outdoor hot tub, the rooms are all unique, cozy and wonderful beds and then there is Alfie-what a wonderful dog and head of guest relations. We have been coming here for over 10 years and love it!
A south-west facing room on the second floor with great views of Lincoln Peak in the winter and trees, leaves and the occasional Hummingbird in the Summer! A bright, fresh room featuring a comfortable King size feather bed, English feather duvet and private bathroom.
One of our best! Featuring a King Size feather bed. Situated on the second floor of the inn, this room has a geat feel, with a private bathroom, dual-aspect views and English feather duvets.
A smaller room, featuring a brass framed, queen sized feather bed with English feather duvet, surprisingly spacious private bathroom and great views of the woods behind the inn. Everyone who stays in this room says it's the most quietest room ever! (Is that even a real word...?)
Our most secluded room! With a King sized sleigh bed, private bathroom, gas fireplace, oak flooring, English feather duvet, sofa and wall mounted DVD player this beautiful room stands alone in the inn, with no-one above, below, or to the side! There is also an adjoining second room which can comfortably take a rollaway, ideal for a third person.
A good-sized room on the second floor at the back of the inn looking out onto woods at the rear of the property. A dramatic King size featherbed, English feather duvet and private Shower Room.
A good-sized room on the second floor at the back of the inn looking out onto woods at the rear of the property. Two twin beds, both with featherbed, English feather duvets and private Shower Room.
A suite of two adjoining rooms decorated in a restful style. One room features a King size four-poster bed with a featherbed top and the other may be configured as either a sitting room or a second bedroom with two convertible chair beds, all with English feather duvets, a south west aspect, views of the mountains and private bathroom.
A lovely bright yet cozy room with tremendous 3rd floor views of the slopes of Lincoln Peak, (at least in the winter - in the summer and fall this dramatic panorama is absorbed by the thick foliage of Cedar trees). The Robin is a most comfortable room with a King sized feather bed and English feather duvet. The private bathroom has a tub with a shower over.
A smaller room, but also one of our quietest! Situated on the third floor with a Queen size bed, it's a bright and comfortable room with a surprisingly spacious private bathroom and a north-easterly aspect overlooking the woods at the rear of the inn. The recent addition of an English feather duvet makes The Chickadee a perfect room for an inexpensive stay in the Sugarbush area.
