The new owners of the Northern Lights Lodge are excited to invite you to come visit our family-friendly four season resort. The lodge is conveniently located just down the road from the Stowe Mountain Resort, and offers spacious rooms, a hot country breakfast served every morning, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a large jacuzzi, and plenty of games for the kids. Guests often enjoy relaxing along the Little River, which runs right through our backyard. We also offer a BYOB lounge with complimentary afternoon snacks, to relax in after skiing at Stowe Mountain, hiking or bicycling the award winning recreation path, or shopping on Main Street.

The hallways smelled like mold which was likely due to the indoor pool. It was an okay place and good value for the price if you're wanting to ski. We did not want to ski. We were doing tours. There were no lights at night going to and from the lodge down the mountain. This wasn't the fault of the lodge but someone should warn a person.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, economical and nice hot breakfast buffet. We will be back next time we are in Stowe.

Our ski days started with a trip through the comprehensive breakfast buffet - great coffee, juices, eggs, sausage, pancake/French toast, homemade muffins & scones & more - all well prepared & the buffet well managed. Post-skiing we enjoyed the pool, sauna & a soak in the hot tub. Rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Our hosts were helpful with restaurant suggestions. We look forward to future stays at the Northern Lights Lodge.

Place was clean and offered a great breakfast each morning. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna hit the spot after a long day skiing.

Dirty towels left behind the door in the bathroom. Room had a bad smell to it unit 49. The bathroom door would not close properly so you have no privacy. The breakfast was a disappointment. Not many choices buffet style eggs. Nothing like the other inn next door. I would not stay again.

Good value for basic accomodations.

Incredible value. No fancy soaps or day spa treatment. But they have an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Amazing VT buffet breakfast and friendly staff gets you going in the morning. The not-so-quiet room heater is easily overlooked after a hard day skiing at Stowe which is minutes away.

Our value rooms are quaint, smaller rooms located in our riverside building. They provide cozy accomodations and a private entrance, perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a long day skiing or hiking. These are our smallest rooms, and only have 1 full size bed, so they're great for singles, or couples that don't mind snuggling up close together in a smaller bed. They are our only rooms without air conditioning, but they do have large windows, and most of our summer nights are cool. Most of our guests in these rooms choose to keep the windows open and fall asleep to the sound of the river.
Our spacious superior rooms are located in our main building, conveniently close to the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and breakfast lounge. They include a King bed or 2 Double beds.
