Tree Streets Inn

421 Walnut Avenue , Waynesboro, VA 22980 USA (Show map)

We welcome you to the Tree Streets Inn, a 1914 colonial-revival B&B, presented with "PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD" by the City of Waynesboro, VA. We are situated at the “Crossroads of the historic central Shenandoah Valley” and are located just 3 miles from the junction of the famous Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Post 0). Make us "your home away from home". Our B&B is ideally situated for “day-tripping” and is just minutes from all the natural outdoor wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia. Only 25 miles to the east is Charlottesville with it’s historic homes of 3 of America’s first 5 presidents and Thomas Jefferson‘s pride and joy, the University of Virginia. A short distance to the west brings you to Staunton, home of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Presidential Library, the renowned Blackfriars Shakespearean Playhouse and American Frontier Culture Museum. And 45 minutes to the south you can be in historical Lexington and the Natural Bridge. You will also be just minutes from many of western Virginia’s finest award-winning wineries and microbreweries, and in the midst of ‘antiquer’s heaven” for which the Valley is renowned. Tree Streets Inn offers you a soothing getaway in this most beautiful part of Virginia and welcomes you with an abundance of warmth and hospitality.

Wonderful B and B

Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Nice enclosed porch for coffee anytime. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent suggestions for dinner in town.

A wonderful Labor Day weekend

4.8 on September 08, 2016

My wife and I came to Waynesboro for a relaxing Labor Day weekend winery vacation. We typically stay in B&Bs and the Tree Streets Inn is among the best we have stayed in. All our needs were met and they helped make our vacation extra special. We will be back.

Nice stay

3.6 on August 20, 2016

The owners were very nice and knowledgable about the area. The inn was clean and nicely decorated. Our room was quite warm which made it uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay. We have stayed at other inns and have had a much better breakfast.

Innkeeper Response
We are very sorry that you were not happy with your accommodations with us. It has been an extremely hot summer and we turned the A/c down and supplied fans in all the rooms. As far as breakfast, we put out a full breakfast, home made granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, breakfast meat and a entre, also beverage of your choice. If there was something special you wanted you should have informed us of that. We do go out of our way to try and please our guests.

Bird's Nest Stay 7/29-7/31 (two nights)

5 on August 03, 2016

We stayed in the Bird's Nest room. The room is quite private, with the bathroom attached. It was small but very nice and quiet. This is a lovely home. We especially loved the outdoors and our visits with Casper each morning and evening. Bill and Nickie were a gracious host and hostess.

A fabulous stay

A wonderful stay. The hosts looked after us so well and were extremely personable. The house is in a great location and The Chestnut Room was beautiful. Breakfasts each morning were delicious. Highly recommend this establishment. V

Always stay at Tree Streets when we are in Waynesboro. Wouldn't miss seeing Nickie and Bill and their fabulous breakfasts. Don't skip the homemade granola. They are what Southern Hospitality is all about.

Our stay here was perfect and I absolutely recommend the Tree Streets Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area.

Great Short stay in Waynesboro

5 on June 15, 2016

We stayed at the Tree Streets Inn for one night in June, up to visit Virginia wine country. We picked Tree Streets bc of its central location in Waynesboro and its rates were quite favorable compared to other local B&Bs which are rip-off central. Rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable. We stayed in the Chestnut room and had a great night of sleep. It was very quiet and despite all other rooms in the house being occupied we didn't hear a peep out of anyone. Breakfast of French toast and fruit was tasty and filling. The "snack porch" had some sodas tea and coffee for after hours and was a nice addition. The pool was refreshing on a hot June weekend.

Another great stay!

When we stay at Tree Streets in is like "coming home". Nikki and Bill go above and beyond for our comfort and convenience. The inn is beautiful and the area is full of things to do and see. Kathi C

We had such a wonderful stay at Tree Streets Inn. We found the house to be beautiful and accommodating. I was impressed that there were so many sitting areas so all guests could enjoy sitting outside (or inside) but still have privacy if desired. And the pool was a big plus!! The house and gardens were beautiful and relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to be back!
