This place is fabulous. Barbara has thought of everything and her attention to detail is impressive. Clean, relaxing and a delicious and bountiful breakfast. Very relaxing and convenient for those traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would highly recommend.

Barbara is the consummate host. Breakfast is off the charts, yummy. Clean and cozy, every detail thought out. Bravo! Our last stay was our fourth. We already have starting planning several others.

Mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Beaver Glen. The accommodations were both beautiful and comfortable and, after a day spent driving on I-81, the hot tub was most appreciated! The directions were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the deer that was standing at the driveway to greet us. (Unfortunately he had only come to eat the landscaping, much to our hostess's distress.) There was wine and cheese waiting for us in the lofty common room and several excellent restaurants within easy reach. (Be warned, many restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday.) We slept well and breakfast the next morning was excellent. In fact, it was so filling that we had to skip our planned lunch at Chateau Morrisette. Which simply means that we will have to come back in the future and enjoy the whole experience again!

My partner and I had reserved two nights in the Sage room but after being there one night we asked to stay an additional night which was available already planning our next trip back. The owner Barbara was above and beyond breakfast was much more than one could expect. The house was spotless and the evening wine, cheese and after dinner snack was great.

We loved our night spent in the Sage Room at Beaver Glen! Barbara was so welcoming and made us feel at home right away! Also added a few special touches because it was our anniversary. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. Can't wait to return!

Over twenty-five years of staying at B&Bs and we could not think of a stay more rewarding than this one. Barbara is not only a fantastic host, but she thinks of everything to make her guests' experience comfortable and complete. We chose the room with the hot tub on the deck and the view of the stars on that clear night equals being at the planetarium. This was a one night adventure but and we left feeling like we've known Barbara for years. We look forward to returning many, many times.

The Beaver Glen B&B is quite a wonderful place to stay. Barbara is a great hostess !! The Inn is very welcoming and inviting. The Sage Room is beautiful and was very comfortable....has everything guests could want or need. Chocolates, snacks and a variety drinks are available any time, along with wine and cheese. The breakfast Barbara prepares is so delicious and you will not go away hungry. Her presentation is beautiful. Our plans are to return to Beaver Glen again.

Breakfast was over the top. Room was so comfy and hot tub on deck was spectacular. Bonfire at night was most enjoyable. All the amenities were so thoughtful, including my birthday surprises. Barbara was so gracious and helpful. Wish I would have booked a longer stay; and hope to return. Can't say enough good things.

This was our first visit to Beaver Glen, but, it won't be our last! It was perfect in every way. Barbara made sure we had everything we needed and so much more , from our beautiful room to wine & cheese, snacks of all kinds, homemade baked goods, chocolates everywhere! Breakfast was amazing. The great room had fireplace, huge TV, books, games, puzzles, comfy furnishings. Just like being at home. The grounds are kept immaculate. We can't wait to visit it again and bring friends !!!
