Quiet and off the main road in Tropic, not far from the turnoff to Brice Canyon. Nice comfy room though not much decoration compared to other B&Bs. Staff quite knowledgeable about off the beaten track attractions.

My husband and I stayed at Bryce Trails B & B in the Bristlecone Pine room for one night. I wish we had been able to stay longer! Very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park. Our room had a wonderful view and was very spacious as well as comfortable. I really liked the personal touch of a handwritten tag on our room key welcoming us. Cheryl was very friendly when we arrived. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, healthy and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Fairyland: The service and room was fine. However; sheers don't block outside views at night. Remember to put up curtains or blinds. Needed more AC also. Breakfast was good. Location was quiet. We headed out very early on the last day, so they made up some carry out breakfasts! We really appreciated that! Also, the gluten free dairy free meals were great! Would recommend.

I would not recommend Bryce Trails Bed & Breakfast. While the proximity to Bryce Canyon is convenient, the room and service is less than adequate. There was no one to check us in upon arrival. Instead, we found our key on a hook with our name and directions to our room. After walking around outside, we realized we had to go through the kitchen and dining area to reach our room, "Fairyland." Fairyland is dismal - brown walls, brown bedding, curtains with the lining hanging out, a black futon type couch and a table in the corner with a coffee pot covered with a stained tablecloth (this room was not shown in the photos online). We tried to find someone who could give us information on Bryce Canyon, restaurants, the surrounding area, etc. but no one was around so we ended up driving to the park late in the day to get info at the Visitor Center. We were woken up at 5:15 the next morning by a lot of noise above us - I'm assuming hiking boots clomping around and suitcases being pulled across the floor. After trying to back to sleep, we were awakened about an hour later by the clanging of dishes, pots, pans etc. as we were located right next to the kitchen. Upon returning to our room later in the day we were given fresh towels, but the dirty towels that we left in a pile in our bathroom were left on the floor. Our bed was sloppily remade. There are basically no services at this b&b other than breakfast which is large, but average at best. The owner is not on site and you will not get the attention you want or deserve from a real B&B.
I’m so sorry Richard you did not enjoy your stay at Bryce Trails B&B, no matter how hard Paula and Crystal try we realize we can not make everyone happy! Yes we do have self check in procedure to making things easy as possible and simple for guests for the past three years in the row now.. That is written in our website! Information about our town is in the hallway right where you check in on opposite wall with all the booklets you can take with you if you need so. Though we do try hard to provide addition information and help with days planning as time allows, because we do what your stay to be a memorable and wonderful one! Your room "Fairyland" was renovated during our off season for our guests to enjoy. We got rid of the old carpets and installed new tiles and painted the walls in a Southwest natural color but the furniture and layout is the same as in all the photos on our website. This is not huge change but I think it’s very important that we have dedicated a lot of time and money updating all our rooms this season!! I can truly appologize for guests who woke up you at 5:15am. Maybe they were rushing for their flight because their vacation ended or they just were rushing to enjoy sunrise at Bryce Canyon, who knows? We will never find that out. If we talk here about room service... we turn over all rooms only the guests check out, but if they stay more than one night it's offered on request since guests keep their personal items locked in their room and we want to avoid unwanted situations. We have a lot of international guests and I know they don't feel as safe as you do. Thank goodness we never happened on any situations like that and are careful not to in the future as well. And as far as we remember your wife requested us to not to touch your room so thats why it was left as is. I'm sorry again for your experience, but we are just a B&B who offers the best service possible to our guests and in the same time we live in the world with other people with their needs and wishes. We cant deny that. And we truly want ALL of our guests to have the best experience possible!! We really hope your vacation ended great and you spent an unbelievably great time here in Utah because our canyons are beautiful and unique in every way!!! With love from Bryce!!!

Gracious owner/host, clean and quiet room, peaceful and beautiful views. 10 scenic miles from Bryce Canyon NP entrance. Tasty and filling breakfast, only issue no juice was offered. Would recommend this B&B to anyone who desires to get away from the group of hotels by the Park entrance.

Visiting the UT parks was enhanced by our stay at this B & B. We have recommended it to others already and would stay there again when we travel in the region.

Beautiful rooms with delicious homemade breakfasts!! Won't go wrong choosing this location for vacation!
Named for one of the more remote trails in Bryce Canyon National Park, we know you'll enjoy your stay in this "fishy" room. No, it doesn't smell like fish. Some of the anglers in the family got together to decorate this fun room. Even if you don't stay in this room you may want to make friends with the guest staying here, so you can ask to take a peek at the decor.
Our premier room features a king-sized bed, western decor and a sitting room where you can enjoy spectacular views of Bryce Point and the surrounding cliffs of Bryce Canyon. This is the perfect room for the honeymoon couple or the writer looking for a special experience. Guests enjoy watching the cliffs as they change colors from fabulous sunrise golds and yellows to blues and greys when the sun sets.
Decorated in floral patterns, this room has a light and airy feel. Two windows provide views of the surrounding hills, ponds and Powell Point. Watch for deer at the pond in the mornings! Many guests like the Queen's Garden room where there's a comfortable trundle bed to accommodate additional family members.
This room is our newest addition to the Inn, located in one of the corner of 1st floor. It is named after one of the most beautiful trail of the National Park. It features a cozy ‘Queen’ size bed along with a sitting area overlooking the wooded area of our yard plus the Bryce Canyon range view. The room’s attached bath consists of a jacuzzi tub along with a separate shower chamber. It is decorated with warm comfort which would full fill anybody who is looking for that extra pampered feeling in their heart.
This Southwestern-themed room is spacious and comfortable. A futon sofa provides the perfect spot to relax or read. It also converts to a bed for families with children.
