We were looking for a B&B in the Whitehall/Montague area as we planned to take our bikes on the Montague/Hart Rail Trail. As a chocolate-lover, the name caught my attention! What a lovely surprise to find a beautifully restored Arts & Crafts cottage with WONDERFUL food! Both Larry & Lisa were very welcoming and so hospitable. After getting soaked in a rain storm, Larry took all of our wet things and made sure they were dried out for us to ride again the next day. Also, after commented that I'd been looking for a chair like one they have in the living room, Larry researched the maker of the chair, and found shops in our area that may carry this chair. That's going above & beyond. Hope to go back.

This B&B is an ultimate experience for the B&B aficionado. If a first-timer to B&B's, it will hook you in nothing flat. Comfortable rooms, chocolate, good coffee, and a delicious gourmet breakfast, will make your stay one to remember. The Innkeepers, Larry and Lisa, cannot be outdone. My husband and I have stayed nearly ten times at the Cocoa Cottage and highly recommend it.

Well cared for Bed and Breakfast. Chocolate and port in your room. Breakfast was wonderful including fudge sauce to spread on bread and/or strawberries. The hot chocolate was absolutely the BEST I have ever tasted. Thank you Lisa and Larry!!

Long weekend with friends - this was a great spot to stay. Renovated 1912 home that was very comfortable and clean. Reserve early for bigger rooms, but even the smaller rooms are great. Larry and Lisa are great hosts with a wealth of area knowledge. And Larry puts on a great breakfast. We are already planning a return trip.
We look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for writing this wonderful review! We love it when our guests leave happy! Thank you, Lisa
