We had the best time in St. Augustine over the Christmas holiday. This B&B was very quaint and intimate and we loved it. Within walking distance to everything. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Awesome little B&B right in the heart of the historic district. Park and walk to everything. Lovely innkeepers and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Casa De Suenos is located in the heart of the old town shopping district. we chose the more expensive room on the 2nd floor, with a private balcony. The room was a decent size, a private bath area a with jet powered tub and sink was separate from the inner shower/toilet facility. A buffet style breakfast was adequate and a wine happy hour a nice touch.

My wife and I go to St. Augustine every year the weekend after Thanksgiving as a way of re-charging our batteries before Christmas. We usually stay at St. Francis Inn but decided to try it’s sister B&B, Casa de Suenos. The facility is beautiful and its location is perfect, easily within walking distance of everything. We stayed in the Valencia suite and will choose it every time! It has a large balcony and we were able to watch the Christmas parade from it since the parade comes right by the facility. Kendra, Steve, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. For example, we always buy some of the homemade granola from St. Francis for our kids for Christmas. We walked there and ordered it with the intention of picking it up the next day. Kendra and crew had it delivered to where we were staying, saving us a trip. We will be back next year.

We tied the knot in our home state of Maryland in October 2017 and booked our stay at Casa de Suenos with the Sweetheart Package. We were greeted with a warm smile and felt right at home right away. We were received with fine champagne and chocolates and our own champagne flutes to take home; fresh flowers set the ambiance along with a bottle of cream sherry in our room. We were given a custom set of bath robes for use throughout our stay and were gifted our very own set to take home. A book of the enchantments of St. Augustine, FL was also in the package. We took advantage of the champagne and enjoyed it while on our horse drawn carriage tour of the town, coordinated by the innkeepers. We had an excellent breakfast every morning and even enjoyed breakfast in bed on one occasion! The beds are extremely cinfortable. There is plenty of space and the bathrooms are immaculate. The 5 PM cocktail social is fantastic and features several good wines including some from the local San Sebastian Winery along with superb appetizers. The 8 PM dessert can be enjoyed either in person or you can have it delivered and waiting for you in your room upon return from a night on the town. Casa de Suenos even got us dinner for two at the finest restaurant in town, Collage. This B&B makes sure that your needs are met proactively. We even ventured our to St. Augustine Beach and were able to take full advantage of their bungalow property "Our Beach House" just steps from the beach, stocked with beach chairs, towels, and a refrigerator filled with plenty to keep you hydrated. Casa de Suenos has a massage therapist who will visit you onsite and make you feel like new. Their brunch is phenomenal and features Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys (with the local distillery's impressive vodka). We are already looking forward to our 1st Anniversary stay.

No hassle checkin/checkout plus 12pm checkout. Had a dedicated parking spot. The rooms and facilities were well appointed and clean. We had free access to drinks and snacks, plus every night dessert was delivered to our room. There was also complimentary cream sherry in the room.
