This is a great B&B in a great location. It's right on the edge of the historical district which is amazing. So many neat places to shop and eat. The B&B itself was one of the best I have experienced. The staff was very attentive. The food was superb. The atmosphere very warm and cozy. Our room had it's own balcony with a nice sitting area and wonderful view. We would definitely stay here again.

St Augustine is a historic site to see and the folks at Casa de Suenos were both friendly and helpful in suggesting the sites to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was amazing, and again the hospitality was what you would expect from the South. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent Valentine's Day in this B&B. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. A couple of days before our arrival I asked them to arrange for a carriage ride as part of my Valentine's Day gift for my wife. Since it was Valentine's Day, I wasn't sure I could get one. But Elle was so helpful and resourceful. She made all the arrangements. When we arrived, the inn keeper went over every detail about our stay. The room was perfect. It was cozy, well appointed, and had a great bathroom. I ordered the Valentine's package so the room had flowers, chocolates, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. It also had a balcony that overlooked part of the historic district. The carriage ride along with flowers and chocolates and the fantastic room and fantastic food made this a great visit to St. Augustine. Thanks to all the staff at Casa De Suenos. We look forward to a return visit.

Both Linda and Steve were wonderful hosts. The location was perfect in old St Augustine and the room was quaint and comfortable. Steve was very helpful in assisting us to find a quiet romantic dinner recommendation on a busy Saturday night. We will be back.

Everyone was very professional and the happy hour snacks and drinks, along with the evening deserts were an unexpected surprise. We parked the vehicle and walked all over town at our own pace. I would recommend Casa de Suenos to anyone wanting a relaxed special place to enjoy St. Augustine. Frank & Carleen Shepp

We stayed in the barrel-ceilinged room. It was decorated perfectly with all the modern amenities. Comfy bed and pillows, nice linens. We arrived just prior to the end of happy hour, but our host took us to the porch so we could check-in with a glass of wine, cold beer, cheese/crackers, fresh veggies and homemade salsa. It was a treat to stay here, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We hope our future BandB stays equal Casa De Suenos!

We live locally but needed a weekend get away to celebrate our anniversary. We’ve walked and driven by CasaDeSuenos for 12 years and have always wanted to stay there. This was one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed at so far. It is all in the detail and service they provided. Thank you for a great stay! We will do it again!

This was one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. We needed a Staycation/Anniversary getaway and the staff made this getaway fantastic. Room was well appointed and very clean along with the entire house. Food was great and it is all in the details they provide. Evening gathering, nighttime dessert and late night snacks. They truly have thought of everything! Coffee, soft drinks, water, honey, tea etc along with to go cups, wine glasses and bottle openers etc. robes, toiletries all you may get need.

We had the best time in St. Augustine over the Christmas holiday. This B&B was very quaint and intimate and we loved it. Within walking distance to everything. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Castillo is on the second floor, not too large but appointed for maximum comfort and offering great serenity. There is a California-king bed, which is slightly narrower and longer than the traditional king bed size. A quaint "Juliet balcony" opens from the bedroom, for fresh air and a peek outside. The private bath has the largest shower in the inn, with two shower heads. This room welcomes you with a sophisticated and sleek decor.
