Nestled on a small farm two miles from Lake Ray Roberts Isle du Bois State Park sits a red A-frame Cabin to call your own. Secure, secluded, serene, peaceful surrounded by nature and one-hundred-year-old oak trees. You and yours deserve this little spot of heaven all to yourselves. Everything one can imagine is included so there's no need to pack. At dusk, deer wander between the huge boulders in the wooded pasture; evenings enjoy the starry night sky while grilling on the fire pit with the distant train whistle setting off the coyotes howling, owls hooting, and birds calling; wake up in the morning while sitting on the porch watching rabbits, squirrels, and birds abound across the large fenced yard and even hummingbirds eat right out of your hands! Rex, Wally, and Beaver, the retired racehorse and two miniature donkeys come right up to the pasture fence for you to feed them their treats left by the Cabin's caretakers. Your Cabin is prepared especially just for you and the occasion of your stay. Specialty linens, pillows of all kinds, extra comfortable beds, some even adjust, make for a perfect night's sleep. Wrap yourself up in one of the plush robes after drying with fluffy towels after soaking in the shower/tub combo filled with bath oils and salts while a tabletop fireplace burns in the background. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen for your meal preparation. Cozy fireplace, premium satellite TV, pet and kid friendly. Relaxation is mandatory. Welcome your friends and family.

The cabin is in a quiet and beautiful location. Excellent cooking facilities (open fire pit, oven/stove, gas grill, etc) and comfortable amenities. There are plenty of comfortable places to sleep so bring the whole gang. The best part is definitely the hostess. Lynne is the best B&B host I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was very responsive when I first reached out and was beyond helpful in getting my stay arranged. She will go far above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible. 5 stars for sure!

We travel all over the country for a living, which requires us to stay in a lot of houses and hotels. This cabin was the nicest and cleanest place we have ever stayed at! Lynn provides everything you can think of and more! It's an excellent price and you can't beat the Texas hospitality that comes with it!!

God is number one in my life. Number two is my best friend and wife, Lynn. We have one daughter who has blessed us with a granddaughter, grandson, and a son-in-law. My wife and I enjoy every day and celebrating the WONDER of each day that we are blessed with. I enjoy getting the Cabin ready for our guests and meeting all of them that I can. Lynn has most of the fun making sure our guests feel right at HOME!
