Unknowingly, I reserved a room that had not windows! My husband works nights, and it was perfect!!!! I could sit in the little entry room while he slept! The breakfast was delicious!

We stay at the Rusca House at least twice a year...have never been disappointed. Don't think I'd ever want to stay anywhere else. Clean, quaint, convenient and accommodating. I guess making myself miserable trying to eat all of the breakfast selections would be my only complaint! Lol

Our beds were comfortable and I loved the property! My husband and I were celebrating our 13th anniversary and when we got to our room they had put an anniversary card on our bed. It was a very thoughtful touch!

We spent two nights at Rusca house and had a lovely time. It was tremendously hot in Natchitoches, but the house and room kept a good temperature. Everything worked fine and breakfast was great. We took the time to watch Steel Magnolias since we hadn't seen it before, and then we could do some house spotting. We spent some time on Oakland plantation and we can really recommend that for a visit.

The room has a private entrance through a lovely garden. There is a jacuzzi tub for 2 as well as a shower in the bathroom. Also there are double vanities in the bathroom The morning breakfast was scrumptious. Consisting of juice, fruit with granola, a wonderful veggie quiche, sausage and a homemade biscuit! We very much enjoyed our stay
