My husband and I stayed here for the second year in a row for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Such a lovely bed and breakfast with wonderful staff! Both times the beds have been perfectly comfortable and the breakfast hot and hearty. The very large tubs and fireplaces are a definite bonus, as well as the close proximity to town. We love to walk into La Conner to wine taste and have dinner, and return for a lovely soak in the tub.

Great Overall Stay At The Heron Inn & Day Spa. Great service, rooms are spacious and very clean. We were made to feel very welcome there. Alvin and his team are terrific. The breakfast was okay but limited in scope and quantity.
Thank you for your review! We are happy we could make you feel welcome at our inn. We apologize though that you did not get full at breakfast! We love all input that helps improve our service, there is always plenty of food in our kitchen and we will certainly start intsructing our gals to push more helpings in the dining room. We encourage it! Thanks again and we hope to see you next time you're in the area!

We were looking for a nice comfortable place to spend the night of our 39th anniversary. This was perfect. We'll come back in the winter and cozy up in front of the fireplace in the lobby and in our room.

We booked at the Heron Inn on very short notice and were so happy we did! The house is beautiful, the room was large, airy and the beds comfy. The inn is very close to town so we walked everywhere. In the morning we had to leave before breakfast so they very kindly left us a couple of mason jars with yogurt and fresh fruit - so thoughtful and perfect for us!
We appreciate your posting, and are pleased you enjoyed your stay! Glad we could accomodate your to-go breakfast's as well, happy you enjoyed them! Hope you choose to stay with us next time you're in town!

Personally met the Innkeeper at the start of our stay. Service was very personal, and we also felt like we were the only ones on property even though it was at capacity. We will definitely be back!
Lovely review, glad we could give you the full V.I.P treatment. Thank you for the feedback, see you again!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during the tulip festival in April. The place is very inviting -- wish we could have stayed 1 more day to enjoy the fireplace and a good book. We had massages on-site which were fantastic, and the breakfasts were a nice start to the day. Restaurants all within walking distance. Alvin is very knowledgeable, and the girls were very sweet.
