Room was calming and so beautiful. Quiet and just everything was supplied. I love the way the kitchen area was set up so you could get everything you needed without asking. I just love this place.

Lovely inn! Rooms were spotless, decor warm and cozy, bed super comfy, local bath products and a sound machine if you needed one. Breakfast was delicious!! Want to go back!!

Fresh supply of baked goods and/or fruit each day would be nice. I have seen this at all of the other B&Bs we have stayed at. The smell of something freshly baking or just baked is a little special touch and makes the Inn seem more homey.

A really wonderful B&B. Pam, the host, is tireless in her efforts to accommodate your every need. We loved i, and will return...happily.

We could not have asked for anything more from a B&B! It was so clean, smells so good, especially when they were baking cookies and the smell comes into your room. The bathroom was huge and roomy, felt like heaven. Thanks for the great hospitality:)
Thanks for your glowing review. I'm happy to hear that you were so pleased with your stay and that our cookie smell trick worked. :) Hopefully we will see you again soon!

Every year I stay to see my daughter play Lacrosse for two days. I recommend to every person who ask were are you staying. Love the Architecture Outside. The Carpentry work, finish trim, open kitchen area concept, location to College and Friendly staff.
Thank you for the review. I appreciate the word of mouth recommendations to others and I am also sorry to see that you feel the value and onsite dining can be improved. May I ask you to send us an email to elaborate on ways you feel the value and onsite dining did not meet your expectations so we may better our product/service that we offer? If so, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you in advance for your additional feedback.

The Kutz Suite is a first floor, ADA compliant room with beautiful views of the courtyard and adjacent church. The room comes with a queen bed and roll-in shower and is located directly off of the buffet area as this is closest to our ADA entry. Because of the location, we advise all light sleepers to book one of the other rooms, if available. The bed is lower than the other rooms and no stairs are necessary to reach the location. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest cannot be accommodated in this room.
Aptly nicknamed "The Sunflower Room", this cozy, sunflower decor suite is named after J. Daniel Wanner who built the Victorian style house in 1865 and offers a balcony with views of the town and sycamore trees. Since the addition of the pavilion on the courtyard, the views are slightly blocked in this room, but it does create an added privacy from any guests enjoying the courtyard. This Suite is located at the top of the stairs on the second floor in the front of the Inn. This is one of our most popular rooms because of the fireplace located in both the room and the bathroom and the large bathroom and peaceful decor. Many guests book this room for anniversary stays, wedding nights, Valentine's Day, relaxing get-a-ways or parents visiting their children at the University and want to make a night of it. This room also has a balcony adjacent to the Gidcomb Suite. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional cost/nig
This Suite is located on the second floor in the front of the house and is one of our most naturally lit rooms. The room boasts beautiful turret windows with a sitting nook that overlooks Main Street and is perfect for enjoying a good book or having a cup of coffee on a cold day. This room is one of our more popular rooms because of the gorgeous hand painted designs on the walls and the Victorian beamed ceilings. It tends to be louder on weekends during the Fall and Spring semesters at Kutztown University, but white noise machines are provided in each of the rooms to diminish outside noises. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional cost/night.
This Suite is the only room located on the third floor in the front of the Inn. The third floor stair case opens up into the sitting area of the room. The bedroom is to the right of the sitting area and the bathroom is to the left of the sitting room. Both the bedroom and bathroom can be locked. This is one of our more popular rooms for guests celebrating anniversaries, taking a relaxing get-a-way, or for any guests looking for a little more privacy. Both the bathroom and the bedroom contain a fireplace that is available from mid October through mid April and there are few things more relaxing than soaking in our full size claw-foot tub as you close your eyes and feel your body start to unwind. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional cost/night.
This suite has a Queen bed and a small desk perfect for a laptop and working materials. We recommend this room for working professionals traveling through the area. The Corrado Suite is located in the back of the property on the 1st floor making it one of our more quiet rooms throughout the Inn. Since this is in the back part of the Inn, you will have to walk outside to access the common areas from your room, but your walk is only 30 feet and is completely covered. You have access to all common areas at any time with your key. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional cost/night.
This suite is one of our largest suites and boasts a king bed and large balcony. The balcony is shared with the Melot Suite, which is located directly across the hall, making this one of our more popular rooms for guests traveling together. However, for guests not traveling together, the balcony has privacy curtains which block the view to adjoining balconies. This room is located in the back of the Inn so must be accessed through the back exterior door. It is separate from the guest kitchen and dining area of the Inn, but those areas can be accessed by key at any time by guests staying in the Gidcomb Suite. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional cost/night.
This Suite has a King bed and a balcony adjacent to the Gidcomb Suite balcony. This room is one of our more popular rooms because of the balcony and when booking with a group because the Gidcomb and Melot are directly across the hall from each other. This Suite also has an exterior stair case leading to the balcony allowing for an additional entry for guests coming and leaving at odd hours and do not want to disturb other guests. This is one of our larger rooms and can therefore accommodate a third guest for an additional charge per night. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional cost/night.
This room has a Queen bed, sitting chair, and our signature private bathroom with claw-foot tub. The walls showcase the beautiful hand paintings of local artist, Sharon Novakavich. The room is located in the front of the Inn on the second floor. This room tends to be louder on weekends because of it's proximity to the Main Street, but white noise machines have been provided in the room to assist with noise reduction. *Rate is for double occupancy. A third guest cannot be accommodated in this room.
