This is is by far the best inn we have stayed at, EVER. Susan, the Innkeeper, was a pleasure to talk to. She is a fantastic cook, her breakfasts are to die for. We arrived on a snowy Sunday afternoon to be met with a smiling reception and a tour of the inn. The suite was exquisite and it overlooked the indoor pool and hot tub, which we ventured in every evening. Becasue there was no other guests, we basically had the run of the house. Unfortunate we never met Paul, Susan's hubby. Perhaps next time. We will definately return here, perhaps in September for our anniversary.

This review is a few months late, I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful b&b over the Thanksgiving holiday. The inn keepers are personable and so very warm. I had the distinct pleasure of celebrating my birthday with the most delicious cake that Susan procured for my special occasion. The breakfast is delectable and well thought out, even the fact that I don't eat eggs was taken care of and I had two wonderful and filling meals to begin my day. If you are ever in Ephrata or just looking for an amazing place to get away make sure that you book your stay at this lovely b&b. P.S. The suite is huge, the pictures doesn't adequately show its massive size.

I generally do not take the time to review but this was a great experience. The rooms and house were very nice. The breakfast is special and beyond what I expected. The real kickers are the indoor pool/hot tub and the grounds. My wife and I swam each evening in a warm, large indoor pool in a building with soft lighting and windows all around looking onto the gardens - very special and this feature alone is worth a visit.

I cannot say enough about this place! It was very relaxing and the owners were lovely. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. The grounds that the B&B is situated on is stunning. A lot of cute places for a couple to spend time together and just enjoy some coffee or some wine. The gazebo is a good place to rest as is the wooden swing. Again, lovely weekend retreat for a couple. Plan to be back there soon!

We had the suite that overlooked an indoor pool. It was beautiful. Made us feel like royalty. Sue made the most delicious breakfast for our 2 night stay. Would love to come back and stay longer.

This B&B was without a doubt the nicest and most comfortable I've ever been to. With amenities that include an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, jetted tub and 5 beautifully manicured acres it was more than relaxing. Close to attractions without being dropped in the center of them. During our stay we met Paul while he was completing construction of the brand new ADA accessible room... Outstanding! Susan was warm and welcoming as well as the creator of some of the most sumptuous breakfasts I've ever experienced. I lightheartedly joked that in order to assure I can book a room next year I may have to give them a bad review. LOL. If you can get a reservation here it is most definitely worth rearranging your schedule for. An ABSOLUTE MUST EXPERIENCE!!!

The Pear tree represents Longevity & Comfort. We chose the Pear as our logo before we even opened and it comes with a cute story. Our signature Pears are poached in Port Wine and cranberry juice with a hint of cinnamon and served with a vanilla crème.
