Great place close to Shakespeare fest and main street

5 on August 15, 2018

I've been staying at the Anniversary house for about 15 years. Nan, the inn keeper is great! Very knowledgable about the area and accommodating to breakfast times and requests. The inn is about a block away from th Shakespeare fest and you can access main street from the back of the property, so you don't have to drive to get around!

Great experience, lovely home and great breakfast

Great stay.

This was an ideal place to stay as it was only a 10 minute walk to the Randall Jones theatre. Easy check-in and friendly hosts. Will stay here again when in town for Shakespeare festival performances.

Jazz on the Deck

5 on May 02, 2018

We met some friends there and even though it was not during the Shakespeare Festival (which is always amazing) everything about the visit was exceptional! Clean rooms, amazing breakfast and as always a feeling of home. The Anniversary House is truly the best ever! You can never go wrong here. And a bonus, their “Jazz on the Deck” is growing and better than ever, can’t get enough!

Great Bed and Amazing Breakfast

4.8 on November 19, 2017

Nan is a warm and attentive host. Her facility is well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast dishes are amazing - very tasty and ample in portion. A great place to stay, work, and relax.

Anniversary House & Cedar City a combo too good to pass up

4.2 on November 12, 2017

Anniversary House & Cedar City are a combination too good to pass up. The craftsman style home was attractive, and the rooms were very comfortable. Our host Jan was fun and informative. And the sheep parade, was just the other side of the backyard - how convenient! We had a great time. 10/27/17

Cedar City B&B

5 on October 09, 2017

I've stayed at several B&B's in Cedar City and this is one of the best.

Been a repeat customer for over a decade

Love the location, roons, breakfasts and Nan (inn keeper)

Best honeymoon ever!

5 on October 02, 2017

My wife and I knew that we wanted a very relaxing vacation after our wedding. This meant more time lounging around the room we were staying in, which in a normal hotel wouldn't be much fun. The anniversary inn was everything we needed, beautiful room, great breakfast, and all on a quiet street. We'll definitely stay there again next time we're in town!

Excellent stay

4.6 on September 03, 2017

We enjoyed very much our stay at The Anniversary House. In town to enjoy the plays and staying at Anniversary House was the best.

3rd visit

4.6 on August 16, 2017

the breakfasts were amazing! We love the proximity to the Shakespeare Festival. We left some clothes in the closet and they brought them to us. That was really going above and beyond.

Great Stay at The Anniversary Inn!

5 on July 18, 2017

Great experience that exceeded our expectations. I will be avoiding the major hotel names in the future as local bnb's are a much better option!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

5 on July 17, 2017

Nan was attentive yet not intrusive. Food was wonderful and included something for everyone including our friend end who eats chocolate cake any time of day. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Exceptional Experience

5 on September 08, 2016

We stayed three days. Everyday was great and the food was excellent. Nan provided great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. We will go again

Best B&B Ever!

5 on August 31, 2016

The is hands-down the best B&B we have ever stayed at. And everything about the place is top quality - the bed linens and towels, the maid service, the breakfast (they nicely compensated for some of my food issues). Nan is a warm and welcoming host, and she keeps an extremely neat and clean home (the cleanest I've ever seen). And the neighborhood is lovely and two blocks from the theatres at the Shakespeare Festival, which is why we were there. If we have an opportunity to return to Cedar City, we will stay at the Anniversary House!

Anniversary House Recommended

3.6 on July 21, 2016

For those folks attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival, there is no better location than the Anniversary House. The festival is less than a three minute walk from the Anniversary House. The service was excellent, the room clean, and the price was outstanding.

Wonderful Stay!

4.2 on June 30, 2016

We booked online at the last minute and managed to get a room. As it turns out, reservations were supposed to be closed during that time due to the proprietor's personal obligations; however, she gave us the option to go ahead and stay, although she explained she would not be able to provide breakfast as she normally would. To make up for this she upgraded our room at no additional charge. The property was lovely; my fiance enjoyed a relaxing evening watching movies and enjoying the fresh night air. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Anniversary House. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and our room was well-tended, clean, comfortable, and cute. We would definitely stay there again.

Best B&B ever!

4.8 on April 10, 2016

Fun, fun, fun. Great location within walking distance to mainstreetand the college. The house is rife with history and tales. The hostess and host are very personable and love sharing all kinds of information about the area. One of the best trips ever.

A wonderful stay with a wonderful host...........................

5 on March 10, 2016

We loved every minute of it. All of our interactions with Nana were delightful. We will stay there more in the future as we have grandchildren in Cedar City and this B&B worked out perfect for us. Thank you Nana....................

Loved our stay!

Had the pleasure of staying in The Spring Room, which was wonderful and very comfortable after a long drive up from Los Angeles. Breakfast was great, as was the company. Definitely worth checking out.

B&B at its Best

The Owner goes Above the call of Duty. We have Dinner & Jazz in the Patio. Wonderful Woman & A Great Cook.

Fantastic Stay

4.8 on September 05, 2015

The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is great, and the service was extraordinary. We had a wonderful time.

Great place to enjoy the Shakespeare Festival

4.2 on August 12, 2015

The room we ultimately stayed in was a good size, with comfortable seating (not so usual at B&Bs or hotels, so I really appreciate that). The bed was good; we slept well. Furniture and decorations are lovely, thematic but not over the top. Nan is a gracious host and puts on a Goldilocks breakfast (just right in amount of food, and tasty). The location is convenient to downtown Cedar City and the Shakespeare Festival. The garden area is beautifully landscaped. The room we were first put into (which turned out to be a mistake) was on the small side for two, and we would have been three.

Good stay and very helpful staff

3.4 on July 21, 2015

The owner went above and beyond especially when her son-in-law fixed a minor problem on our car, gratis.

Relaxing Stay!

5 on May 28, 2015

My husband & I normally stay at Anniversary House a few days during Shakespeare festival, but decided to get away for Memorial Day. As usual, it was wonderful. We stayed in the Country Suite, a big suite with 2 Queen beds and a living room. Our weekend was great. Enjoyed every minute to point where we spent most of our time in our suite. Breakfast is always great too!!!

Diner's Delight

3.8 on August 10, 2014

Nan, our hostess, cooks a great breakfast and happily accommodates special dietary needs or requests. The mini fridge in the dining room is always well-stocked with bottled water and sodas, and there's always a delicious chocolate cake on the counter, perfect for a bedtime snack.

Our Shakespeare Weekend at Anniverary House

5 on August 06, 2014

Another great time at Anniversary House. Again we went down for Utah Shakespeare plays, 4 of them all together. Nan as always had our room ready & the breakfasts each morning was great. We even had one evening where she catered in Italian food for guest. We all sat around & talked & ate some very good Italian.

4.6 on July 22, 2014

My family reserved the whole house for three days. It was perfect. We were provided with drinks, breakfasts, cake, information, delightful rooms and anything else we needed. Each room was very clean, had it's own bathroom and plenty of room. There were games, books wi-fi and schedules available for use. The house is close enough to walk to restaurants and the Shakespeare Festival. Nan and Shelly were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were able to spend three calm, worry free days!

Comfortable, clean, cozy, quiet, and great food! We'll come again!

4.8 on July 22, 2014

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious and cozy. The bathroom other areas were clean. Located on a quiet and pretty street. We had a lovely time and the food and service were exceptional. We will be back next time we visit Cedar City!

great place to stay

Anniversary House is a very good place to stay when in Cedar City. It is close to the Utah Shakespeare Theatre events and also to the center of the city.

Hard to find the words!!!

5 on May 30, 2014

I've stayed at the Anniversary House several times and it is truly a perfect inn. The innkeeper is gracious and the breakfast is always good. I recently took my son fishing at Fish Lake in Utah then met my daughter and her husband at the Anniversary House for a family gathering. This inn is so comfortable and enjoyable as well as accommodating. The time we spent there was of a quality that it's "hard to find the words" to describe it. We will be back, we love the Shakespeare festival, the local parks and we learned they are doing "Jazz on the Deck" during the summer, can't wait! This is our new getaway home base.

Ideal "Home Base" for the National Parks and Shakespeare Festival

5 on October 01, 2013

My husband and I just spent three delightful nights at the Anniversary House. We frequently stay in bed and breakfast's on our travels, and this one was outstanding in all the areas that are important to us--a friendly, helpful innkeeper and staff; comfortable room with a great bed; creative menus and well-prepared food; and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality. We were able to visit both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, enjoy several very scenic drives, and see an excellent performance at the Utah Shakespeare Festival within two days--without being rushed. We would highly recommend Anniversary House as a base for touring southwest Utah.

Will definitely come again!

4.2 on September 24, 2013

We had a very nice time. Nan was great. The room was nice and spacious. It was our anniversary and before we went out that evening we were presented with a tray of chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels and sparkling cider.. very thoughtful.

One of the Best B & B Stays We Have Had

5 on August 28, 2013

Nan is a wonderful host. It is like staying with a good friend. The bed was the most comfortable of any B & B's where we have stayed. Breakfast was wonderful and Nan accommodated everyone's needs. Definitely put this one on your go-to-list.

Comfortable and Great Location

4.0 on August 27, 2013

The Anniversary house was a perfect spot to attend the Shakespearean Festival and just relax in between shows. Nan was very accommodating and we felt comfortable in our room as well as eating a delicious chocolate cake!

A wonderful stay as usual.

4.0 on August 20, 2013

As usual, we had a wonderfully comfortable and clean stay at our favorite B&B. I highly recommend the Anniversary house to friends and family.

more than a bed and breakfast

5 on August 20, 2013

Nan (the owner/operator) had chocolate cake, coffee, tea, soda and bottled water always available. She was helpful with our plans. One afternoon we brought a bottle of wine and she supplied some cheese and crackers. One evening there were chocolate covered strawberries and cherries when we came back from the Shakespeare festival. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

5 on August 12, 2013

In July, my husband and I returned to Anniversary House in Cedar City for the second year in a row. Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed in the suite, which was roomy, comfortable, and private. The common areas of the house were beautiful and the breakfasts were hot and delicious. Nan was a great hostess and went out of her way to welcome us and keep us happy. We didn't leave before reserving the suite for our stay next year.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. A very good stay.

Wonderful B&B

5 on April 13, 2013

We stay at the Anniversary House every time we come through Cedar City. The Craftsman Style house is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that make you feel pampered. Nice decor, thick towels, TV, very comfortable beds, candies in the hallway, wonderful dessert for a night time splurge and a fridge with cold drinks. The hostess, Nan, is always personable and full of suggestions for the best meals in town. The breakfasts she prepares are always delightful with extra special bread or other treats on the side. It's always more than we can eat, but we make a good effort.

We LOVED this B&B

5 on April 10, 2013

Our room, The Fall Room, was huge and very comfortable. Lots of space to spread out and relax. The dining room was lovely and airy and looked out over a large deck which I am sure is used in summer. Our bed was large and comfortable and the shower was perhaps the best we had on this trip. Off-road parking and free Wi-Fi which as handy. We loved Nan's infectious laugh and we were welcomed into her home like old friends. Her breakfast was delicious. There are DVDs you can borrow if you feel like watching a movie. This is a great place to stay if you're considering the Shakespeare Festival a little later in the year. Adrienne and Bonnie

Very Relaxing and Hospitable B&B

5 on February 20, 2013

We just love staying there! Met couples that lived in the city, as well as stayed there with us. Food was great. Nan is just a gracious host. We look forward to staying there on our next visit to Cedar City. Jim & Jan, Las Vegas

We would stay here again!

4.6 on October 29, 2012

Nan was a perfect hostess, and We felt right at home! Her backyard was so beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting in the swing and on the deck while visiting with each other. We stayed at 5 different B&B's on this trip, and the Anniversary house was one of our top picks!

Very nice B&B

Cute and comfortable

4.0 on September 22, 2012

This B&B is very nicely decorated. It has a wonderful garden and deck. The food was great and plentiful. If I could improve one thing about our stay, I would have liked a place where I could sit & read when I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep. The hanging light in the living room was bulb-free.

First Time at a Bed and Breakfast

4.0 on September 07, 2012

My wife and I spent our first weekend at a Bed and Breakfast and chose the Anniversary House. The home was clean, well decorated, great location, food was delicious, and Nan was very welcoming. The Anniversary House exceeded our expectations at every level.

Anniversary House Stay

3.6 on September 04, 2012

My wife and I stayed at the Anniversary house and really enjoyed it. Nan was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and the chocolate cake was a wonderful night cap. We stayed in the Fall room the first night and loved it. The room was large and had wood floors (my pillow was a little hard but my wife's was just right). The bed was great and the bathroom was spacious with a slate floor in the shower. The second night we stayed in the Summer Room. It was much smaller and had a little bathroom. The TV in the Summer Room was about a fourth the size (I would guess 14") of the TV in the Fall room. Overall a great experience and we would stay at the Anniversary House again.

while visiting Zion and Bryce

4.6 on August 27, 2012

Stayed 2 nights while excursioning to NP's. Good location in the midst of civilization in the middle of the desert. Very accommodating and enjoyable.

3.4 on August 13, 2012

The cleanliness was very good and our room was very comfortable. The covered front porch during a rainstorm was wonderful. Our biggest disappointment in this room and another we have stayed in, is the lack of adequate lighting in the bathrooms. A dim central light in the middle of the bathroom was not at all sufficient to apply makeup, comb hair or other important preparations. The breakfasts are always delicious, as is the chocolate cake.

Excelent B&B Experience!

5 on August 07, 2012

Really enjoyed our stay at the Anniversary House. Country Suite was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and filling, Nan was welcoming and very friendly. I would recommend this B&B whole-heartedly.

Another nice stay

3.8 on August 05, 2012

Our second time at the Utah Shakespeare Festival brought us to another stay at the Anniversary House in Cedar City. We again stayed in a room with a king sized bed on the first floor. There is a downstairs with larger rooms. The room was very comfortable, breakfasts good although much the same egg type casseroles each morning. We love the front porch of this B&B located about two blocks from the Festival. We plan to return to the Anniversary House again.

Relaxing time at Nan´s anniversary house

4.4 on August 01, 2012

Our family, 4 kids, 2 adults, stayed for 2 nights at Nan´s nice B&B. Nan was very welcoming and nice in explaining and showing us her rooms. The rooms were great, comfortable, super clean and very relaxing after 1 week of travelling through Nevada, Arizona and Utah. It was our first experience with an american B&B and we will defintely repeat it. We highly recommend Nan as host for a weekend and longer - besides she prepares wonderful english breakfast, which somehow surprised us foreigners, who expected the american style. Thank You, Nan

Best breakfast in Cedar City!

5 on July 30, 2012

Three words: Stuffed French Toast. Innkeeper Nan ensures the comfort of her guests in so many ways! From the luxuriant sheets on the comfortable beds to the pleasant gazebo overlooking her lovely garden, The Anniversary House is a place you will want to visit annually. Come to think of it, I do! I came the first time because of the proximity to the Utah Shakespeare Festival, I come back because I trust Nan to make every visit special.

Best place to stay for Utah Shakespeare Festival

5 on July 26, 2012

This is our favorite place to stay during the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It's only a couple of blocks from the theaters, making it an easy walk to the shows. It's located on a charming, tree-lined street and the comfortable rooms are furnished with attractive antiques. The owner Nan is friendly and helpful and serves the best breakfast in town! No going through a buffet line here - it's a sit-down breakfast with tons of delicious food and an opportunity to get to know your fellow guests. Highly recommended.

Awesome B&B

5 on July 05, 2012

My mother and I stayed at the Anniversary House for 3 nights during the Utah Shakespeare Festival. The location could not be beat, 2 blocks from the theater, 2 blocks from Main St. The room was nice, bed very comfortable, located on a quiet street. Nan is very welcoming without being obtrusive, her breakfasts are wonderful. Highly recommend this B&B.

Comfy and welcoming

5 on May 28, 2012

We've stayed at Anniversary House multiple times, and it's our favorite stopover on a longer trip and our favorite base for sightseeing in southern Utah (Zion/Bryce). The hostess is welcoming (but respectful of privacy, of course) and is a great cook! The home is decorated beautifully. Amenities are comfortable. We'll continue to come to Anniversary House!

Always Welcoming

5 on April 05, 2012

We stay at the Anniversary House every single year on our annual vacation. Nan is a very gracious hostess, making sure all of our needs are met. She always provides the very best in tips for local restaurants. The rooms at Anniversary House are always immaculate, the beds extremely comfortable. The craftsman decor is tastefully done and all the little amenities are included.

5 on April 02, 2012

The Anniversary House was absolutely wonderful! We really appreciated the privacy, friendliness, personal help and otuches, comfortable and luxurious amenities, as well as good cooking! It is a great place for families with children, as well as couples. It is also highly recommended to women traveling alone that want to feel they are in a 'safe' haven. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone in their travels and we will definitely stay again the next time we are in Cedar City. Smiles!

Great 80th Birthday Celebration

4.8 on August 06, 2011

Took my Mother to Cedar city for the Utah Shakespear Festival to celebrate her 80th birthday. A huge part of our celebration was the delightful accomodations at the Anniversary House. Nan, is a gracious innkeeper and we felt like we had known her for years. The breakfast each morning was a feast! Nan also left a birthday card in my mother's room which was a very nice touch. The location is just one and a half block walk to the festival. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at this BnB!

We stayed four nights in a large, king bed room at the Anniversary House while attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival. The room and Inn are quiet, with a back deck in the garden and front porch to enjoy. There are larger rooms for more than two travelers. Breakfasts are excellent, and the always available coffee, tea, and chocolate cake are delicious. We plan to return.

My wife and I stayed for part of our honeymoon at Nan's Anniversary House. This B&B is a great value, comfortable and inviting. The rooms have a nice craftsman feel, with vintage accents. The price is phenomenal for the value. It was well kept with tons of thoughtful touches. I am gluten intolerant and Nan went out of her way to prepare special dishes. Will return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anniversary House. Nan was very friendly and accommodating of our every need. We stayed in the Summer room, which was spotless and very comfortable. There was always chocolate cake, tea and drinks in the fridge available(at no extra cost), and breakfast was delicious. The price we paid for two nights was equal to or less than other B & B's and hotels in the area. We felt like we were staying with family or a friend, and will definitely be back again.

Romantic getaway!

Our lucky day!

We were driving from Las Vegas to Zion National Park and used the GPS unit to find a place to stay in Cedar City. The Anniversary House was very welcoming and friendly and gave great tips and advice about the area. The room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and everything conveniently located. Breakfasts were superb!

Best in Cedar City

Our first stay with Nan! My husband LOVED the breakfasts...the coffee was great too. Our huge New England king bed was so very comfy after a day at the Shakespeare Festival. Hospitality was warm and genuine.

Anniversary House -- The Best B&B in the West

5 on August 20, 2009

We stayed at the Anniversary House for two nights and had an absolutely superior experience. This B&B is clean, well appointed, and within easy walking distance to the various Festival theaters. The bed and food was excellent as were all of the other facilites. Nan, the inkeeeper is fantastic and has her place running like a clock ... add to that her knowledge of the surrounding area, and you get an "A number one experience." Our stay was during the second week of August 2009. Will and Norma

Friendly B&B

We found the Anniversary Inn to be accomodating, friendly, and a wonderful place to stay while visiting the festival. We would strongly recommend it to others, and will look forward to staying there again.

Beautifully restored craftsman bungalow with charm galore! Within easy walking distance to dining and Utah Shakespearean Festival. Highlight of our stay was the very personalized attention we received. A great B&B experience!

This was our second stay at the anniversary house and it was just as we had remembered! We really like staying here and stayed in the Oceanside room this time. Everything is very well kept and clean and feels like home. The breakfast is always wonderful and we love the pumpkin cream cheese roll she makes, yum! Best of all it's right across the street from Garden House which is great for dinner and it's close to our favorite camping/national park sites. Great value!

Shakespeare's delight

We've attended the Shakespeare Festival every summer for the past few years - staying at this marvelous inn is even better than the plays. Exceptional host, Nan, delicious breakfasts and gorgeous rooms - you cannot go wrong here. Tell Nan taht Laura sent you!!

Great place to stay

This is a lovely bed & breakfast establishment. We were driving from California to Minnesota in a Penske truck, towing a car, and we didn't know each night where we were going to stay. The hostess of Anniversary House took my phone call from the road and helped us find our way to her location in the dark. We had a good rest, and the breakfast in the morning was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing lodging.

What a special place!

We wanted a little getaway place while dropping our daughter off at Southern Utah University in August and didn't know what to expect after just seeing this inn online. We were delighted with Nan's truly perfect Inn!! From her yummy chocolate cake and breakfast, to an incredibly relaxing morning out on the deck, to immaculately clean rooms and wonderful beds....we are going back as soon as we can!! Isn't it so nice to find a rare gem like this! Thank you so much Nan!! Mary and Dan p.s. see you in May when we pick our daughter up again!

Nan and the Anniversary House are great

I have stayed in the Anniversary House on a number of occasions. Nan's breakfasts are great and so is the entire experience. Very close to everything I want to do in Cedar City (Main Street, Shakespeare, etc.).

We have stayed at The Anniversary House twice in the last year and we really enjoy it. Nan is such a gracious host and innkeeper that you feel as though you are at home. She was very accomodating to our vegetarian diet and served us such a wonderful breakfast both mornings. My fiance absolutely loves the featherbed eggs and I especially liked the streudel cake she serves along with breakfast. Nan even helped book surprise dinner reservations for us at The Garden House (also HIGHLY recommended.) Thank you Nan for another memorable trip. Caryn LV, NV

We had a very nice time at the Anniversary House. This is a beautifully decorated house across the street from our favorite restaurant in town, The Garden House. Thank you for an excellent, relaxing stay. We would like to stay longer next time.

Charming and Casual

Our stay at the Anniversary House in Cedar City couldn't have been better. The rooms are lovely and Nan, the Innkeeper, is warm and accommodating. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evening and even used the BBQ to fix our dinner. We will definitely recommend the Anniversary House to our friends and family.

Perfect Home Base

5 on August 05, 2008

My wife and I, along with a group of friends, have have used this B&B as our base for summer adventure for several years. The house is always clean, the food is great, and the facilities allow us to entertain people travelling with us. The location is close to the theaters for the Shakespeare Festival, but also close to local activities - book stores, swimming, and restaurants. We often visit the nearby National Parks in the morning and attend theater in the afternoon and evening.

Pleasantly Surprised

We weren't expecting much, but were surprised by how nice the accomodations were. Quiet, really comfortable beds, spotless. Great breakfast and terrific location with respect to the Shakespeare plays. We're really picky travellers, and this was just fine for a nice play to stay.

The Perfect Getaway Sanctuary

5 on June 02, 2008

I am a repeat guest with Nan at The Anniversary House as the relaxed atmosphere is the ultimate enticement. Nan is a consummate innkeeper…attentive but not overbearing. If you are seeking something in Cedar City or the surrounding area, she knows exactly where to find it. All of the rooms are uniquely decorated with handcrafted wood furnishings in each. I LOVE the slate bathroom in the fall room. The meals she prepares, even with the restrictions the state places on the equipment, are tasty creations. Whether you choose to spend your time play hopping at the Utah Shakespearean Festival or rejoicing in the babbling of the quaint water feature in the back yard, The Anniversary House is the perfect sanctuary for any occasion. I couldn’t ask for more!

Short holiday

5 on June 02, 2008

While visiting friends in the area, we stayed at The Anniversery House. We found our accommadations outstanding. We stayed in the Country Suite and was impressed with the room's features and attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent and filling. We were within walking distance of the university, where the Shakespeare Festival is held; and, we were able to walk to the downtown area and visit the shops. We had dinner across the street at another B&B and found the food excellent. We have added The Anniversary House to our list of places to stay when traveling and have told all our friends to visit when they are in the area.

The Best

A great stay

We were up to do some fishing and sight seeing. Nan knew a few hot spots and pointed us in the right direction even though her son would probably get her for telling us that!! The inn is very cozy and quiet. Breakfast was great and served when we got up.(as early as that was). All and all a great stay and relaxing weekend. Thank you Nan for all the hospitality you are wonderful!!!

Fabuous Experience!

5 on March 10, 2008

This was our second stay at the Anniversary House in Cedar City, Utah. We book one room for ourselves and one room for my elderly mother, and we will continue to stay here every time we visit the Shakespeare Festival and Southern Utah University. The house is filled with antiques and beautiful accessories and is a shear delight to experience. The pricing, which includes a gourmet breakfast, makes for a unique value. Our hostess, Nan, is so accommodating. We can hardly wait for our next visit.

Perfect Home away from home!

5 on February 24, 2008

The anniversary house exceeded our expectations for our first bed and breakfast experience in every way possible. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the rooms were very clean and decorated with amazing antique furniture. And the breakfast was absolutely yummy!!! We were catered to with every detail and it was an experience that will not be missed. There is even a wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant called the garden house across the street with a great menu. You definately have to stay here!
