We were here in May (late review) but would return in a heartbeat! Great hosts, very accommodating, quiet and nice rooms, great breakfast! We arrived late and they gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Very pleasant and convenient to Mammoth Cave. Grounds look incredible

What a wonderful, wonderful place to stay!!! This was our first B&B experience, and what a great one it was! The owners are so kind, generous and welcoming. The actual home is so accommodating, clean and so private up on the hill. The breakfasts were always delicious and Stephanie will work around food/special diet needs, which was so kind of her. It was just so nice to return each evening from being out and about to relax on their porch, visit with the others staying there, watch the hummingbirds and butterflies in the morning and just take in quiet peaceful moments there at this great place. We needed to arrive earlier than planned, and they worked this right into their day without any problems, they were so workable, and our stay was beyond enjoyable. May God's blessings be upon Richard and Stephanie, and may their business of caring for others who are away from home always be blessed as well! If you're looking for a very warm and welcoming place to call "home" for a few days while traveling, then you'll surely feel all of that at this wonderful and serene place! david and ginny tiffin ohio

Innkeepers are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. A lot of extras, such as a very friendly dog, copious snacks, a beautiful view, and nearness to Mammoth Cave Park. I reserved the room a month or more prior to my stay, and they didn't even charge my credit card until the day I left! I recommend them highly!
We appreciate the wonderful review, If you return to the area we hope to see you two again, hopefully the weather will be better!

This was my first BB experience in twenty years, but I cannot say enough good things about Serenity Hill... Location is quiet, owners are great folks, bed was comfy, rooms clean, its nice to hang out in living room or on front porch in the evening and breakfast was amazing and different every morning...

Richard and Stephanie have perfected the art of bed & breakfast hosts. They are low-key, professional and friendly all at once. Their home is impeccably maintained inside and out. The rooms are very pretty and extremely clean; the grounds are beautifully landscaped; and breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious. Serenity Hill is located a short scenic drive from the Mammoth Cave visitor center. We are so glad we stayed - highly recommend!
Thank you for your review it is greatly appreciated!

My son is biking cross country and came upon Serenity Hill Bed and Breakfast. The owners Richard and Stephanie treated my son like family!! They gave him a room and food and made him borrow their pick up truck to drive to the caves. I want to thank them for taking care of my son. I'm a nervous wreck as it is that he is doing this. So if you are ever in this area, stay here.

We stayed 3 nights and it was the best weekend getaway we've ever had. Serenity Hill is a beautiful home and Rich & Steph are the most welcoming hosts ever! We had the suite and it was amazing! The bed was so comfortable we had a hard time getting up each morning! Steph is an amazing cook, each meal was perfect! And the cookies in the room each day were a great treat. It was such a friendly home enviroment. Even eating with strangers was a treat. Richard worked hard to make sure we knew all the places to visit while we were there. We were rained out of serveral actitives but Serentiy Hill made it easy to still enjoy the weekend! Love the porch! Thanks again Steph and Richard! Hope to see you soon! Mary & Anthony

Greeted as if we were family by Rick, Stephanie, Oreo and their family and other guests. Delicious cookies freshly baked and in our rooms both days. Our rooms were spotless & our beds cozy & comfy. It was a friendly atmosphere at breakfast discussing with other guests the adventures they had the day before. Rick was always helpful in suggesting places to visit or restaurants for dinner. We had a lovely time. Can't wait to visit again soon! You won't be disappointed. Melinda, Terry & Sara

Rick & Stephanie are absolutely amazing! They opened their B&B to a group of 20 Eagle Scouts riding their bikes across the country! We could not have asked for a more generous couple that accommodated our every want and need! They made our journey possible and memorable. I can't wait to return!

We are both retired from our previous occupations and decided inn-keeping would be an excellent opportunity for us. We moved here from Anchorage Alaska and really love the quiet and scenic beauty of the Kentucky countryside.
