Ann has set the bar for B&B service very high. Her attention to detail, beautiful decorating, wonderful breakfast (and snacks), and her outstanding hospitality have left me worried that all other B&B's that I visit in the future will pale in comparison. Thank you, Ann, for such a delightful experience!

We went to Indiana to make the Heritage Trail Tour and see the Quilt Gardens. Murphy Guest House was centrally located and that was the reason we chose it. Our stay there was wonderful. Ann is an outstanding hostess. The B&B is lovely, the gardens are beautiful and Ann's culinary skills are fabulous. She even arranged for us to have dinner with a local Amish family and that was the highlight of our trip. We left feeling like we had spent a week with our best friend. Ann's attention to detail is perfection. We highly recommend her guest house and her hospitality.

Was looking for a place to have a tea party to celebrate a dear friends 93rd birthday. I was given Murphy's Guest House number by another friend who had a luncheon there in the past. Wow! Was so glad I called. The experience was one we are still talking about. I have been to alot of tea houses all over the states and can tell you the food served here was the best. The atmosphere was so cozy and intimate. Beautiful centerpiece and candles, and the china was absolutely gorgeous. I can't say enough wonderful things about Ann and her assistant Lori. What delightful gals! We have all determined we will be going back for another tea. Once again, the food was delish! Hats off to the Murphy Guest House!

We came to Indiana for one reason only. To see Notre Dame play football. If we ever go back, there will be two reasons why we go back. The other would be Murphy's. Ann was a very gracious hostess. As soon as you enter you can feel the warmth of the house. Very neat place to stay. Our first night there and Ann came up to turn our beds down with TWO mints on each pillow for my wife and I :) As great as that was, then we came down for breakfast. I am not going to even try to describe how great it was. You will have to go and find out yourself. Ann, thank you very much for making our trip twice as good as it could have been. Dave and Liz

We just ended our second stay with Ann at Murphy's Guest House. Ann again presented us with a gourmet breakfast. She is a very gracious host pointing out local sites to see. The rooms are upstairs. They are spacious and clean. The home is furnished in period furniture. The garden has multiple rose bushes and many other perennials. Very relaxing to just sit and enjoy the colors with a cup of coffee or tea.

We were looking for something close to home to do for our anniversary. We stumbled across Murphy's. I can't wait to go back. In a world where the little things have gone away Ann makes sure she includes them. We felt like family. The breakfast, the room, the welcome tray, everything was above and beyond what we could have ever imagined it would be.
