Our time actually at the property was limited due to business obligations, I loved what we did see. Kevin is a very kind and gracious host. Our only regret is that we did not have a chance to enjoy his legendary pancakes. Jeff & Jessica 4/14/17

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the North Street Inn! Kevin was a wonderful host and a wealth of knowledge on the area, dining recommendations, and helpful tips. Breakfast was fabulous! If you are looking for the cozy personal touch and not corporate B&B experience, this is for you. Kevin is working through a transition for updates and maintenance of this beautiful home but has a tremendous gift of hospitality. We would definitely recommend the North Street Inn B&B and will return when we visit Beaufort again!

We recently had a quick, one evening, trip to historic Beaufort, and found a gem in Kevin's bed and breakfast. The house is charming and the location is a short walk to downtown. Kevin is a great host; the room was excellent, as was our breakfast. We would highly recommend the North Street Inn for your next visit.

This B&B has some advantages others don't; 1) limit number of rooms (less crowded), large bathrooms, quiet due to less road traffic, nice parking space, unique breakfast meals were outstanding, and ease of ingress & egress.

The Inn was a lovely turn of the century home converted into a B+B. The location was perfect in the center of a scenic, small Southern town. A short walk of 1 block lead you to the scenic view of the river with old Live Oaks covered in Spanish Moss. Very romantic . The room at the inn was on the first floor. Everything was clean and totally acceptable. The inn needed some maintenance to the painting. The outside pink paint was peeling and you saw areas in need of painting inside. This was a minor, but noticeable detail. Kevin, the inns' owner was very friendly and gracious and we had long conversations about local history, and even had a polite discussion about national politics. Kevin provided a delicious breakfast of blueberry buttermilk pancakes and great hot coffee. I would return to stay there and recommend it highly.
