What an incredible find! My husband and I stayed in Casita 1. The room was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable (including a gas fireplace!). The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It had a great porch with a really nice view of the property and trails to walk on. It felt like we were deep in the countryside, it was so secluded and dark enough to see LOTS of stars. And yet, it was just an easy ten minute drive straight into downtown Austin. There are also some amazing dining options in the area, District and Rusty Mule (Chico & the Fox food truck) being of particular note. The owners, Martha and John, are incredibly hospitable and helpful. They are available at all times and yet are very unobtrusive. To note, there is not a breakfast in the traditional b&b sense, but there are a ton of breakfast items in the room that are free of charge. I actually preferred this to having the owners cook breakfast. We didn't have to bother anyone in the morning, there was an impressive array of options, and we ate our breakfast just the two of us out on the porch. All in all, we were so thrilled with our stay there. It far far exceeded our expectations, and we had an outstanding weekend! Thank you, Martha and John!

This is an exceptional place to stay. I was there in July for a weekend. The property is amazing. The casita is beautifully decorated and the bathroom is huge. You will find the owners welcoming and very accommodating. I cannot wait to go back!! Suzy

I had the distinct pleasure of staying the night at this superb bed and breakfast for pleasant weekend get away. My stay was absolutely perfect. From the kind, courteous, an professionalism of the owners to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas. Each meal was superb and very well prepared. Anything I needed special for my diet was not a problem. My experience was nothing less than exceptional.
