Oh my gosh!!! This place is so cool and it is located outside of Snyder, Texas. Think what you like about its location, but it is so worth the drive for a two-three day stay. I have recently discovered this place and my wife and I are blown away by the simple pleasures of it every time. The owner is one of the nicest and smartest people you will ever meet. The onsite books are inspiring. The rooms, cottages and luxury tents are super creative. Excellent hospitality - wine and cheese - best breakfast - makes a hotel stay feel like a prison sentence. I am a 40 year old Creative Director living in Lubbock, Texas after living in Los Angeles for 8 years and this is the perfect escape if you need to sleep good and find some beauty and solitude. I am going to bring my work team out here for a staff retreat at some point. We can use the thousand acres to get our brains outside of boxes. Anyway, this ain't Motel 6, so don't haggle on the price. If you want a super cheap stay, you don't deserve this place anyway. But if you live in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Lubbock, Amarillo and want a super cool and True Escape, this is the place. 5 stars but I wish I could give it 6.
