Beautiful Victorian home in a very convenient and safe location. Comfortable beds and quiet setting. Convenient to Texas Woman's U and UNT. The host even provided gluten-free bread for my breakfast toast, at my request. Nearby choices for lunch and dinner (Lucky Pig BBQ, Cupboard grocery store and cafe, Courthouse Square Food Truck Park, etc.,) and, of course, downtown Denton. Looking forward to exploring Denton next time. Yes, I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

A great little B&B. The bed was so comfortable and Sebastian made sure that all of our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. We treated ourselves to an evening of fine dining as well, with Sebastian's dinner club. He served a 5 course meal and it was all delicious. My husband and I were looking for a place to get away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted to be still and enjoy spending time together instead of constantly going. The Locust Street Inn was the perfect place!

Cool little B&B within walking distance of the square. Very private and had great service from innkeeper. Worth checking out for an interesting stay in downtown Denton

I reserved the room mostly to have my bridal pictures done there but decided to stay the night with my fiancé. The room was lovely as well as the other areas of the house. The bed was so comfortable! We had a good nights sleep and I enjoyed my epsom salt soak in the big claw foot tub! My only criticism would be that the grounds outside were very overgrown, so much so that you could barely see the sign out front. It would have been so much prettier and more inviting if it were kept up, especially considering that is your first impression of the place. I fully expected the inside to look unkept like the outside. But at least I was wrong about that:) Overall it was a nice experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Locust Street Inn.They're conveniently located near downtown Denton in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The inn is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. I loved that they were pet-friendly (my little dog Izzie was, too!) and very helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.

We stayed in the Wicker Room and I thought it was lovely and quaint. The bed was very comfortable and included breakfast was fantastic. We loved the location near the town square and adjacent to Quakertown Park, which is where an annual Blues Festival is held in mid-Sept.

This was my second stay, the first with my wife. The location to the Denton Square cannot be beat. So much fun to just walk, have a good time, and not worry about the drive home! Made the memorable moment of dropping off son at College all the more memorable.

This is my second stay at the Locust Street in this year! Great location to explore the square, but private enough to enjoy some privacy if needed.
