This is an absolutely lovely bed-and-breakfast. It appears to be "shabby chic" professionally decorated! Everything was in order when we got there. Lots of breakfast items to choose from. The surroundings are just spectacular. A pond is just outside the door with Longhorns and peacocks strolling right around the cottage. So central to all the action in Chapel Hill with Brenham and other small hill country towns very close. A weekend will feel like days!

When looking for a location to host my annual Blue Bonnet session ... I called and asked many question. They were super informative and sweet on the phone. I am very excited to my visit. How fun that they have real long horns that you can feed and are super friendly ... I will be sure to let y'all know how it goes but for sure give them a call ... I have called other places and asked a lot of questions and they were great about answering them and never seemed put out :) She was even out to lunch in town and took the time to chat with me :)
