Looking Forward to Our Second Stay

4.0 on October 17, 2011

Number one - Margot and Bill Heard are superb hosts. They make you feel very much at home. Number two - How can you not love that dyanmite porch. Number three - Peaceful, clean getaway and relaxed fishing in the pond. Don't need to catch anything (although we did). Just watching the cork bob up and down and listen to the wind whisper through the trees. Number four - My wife and mother love it. We play dominoes in the evening. What a great way to re-acquaint Number five - I want to bring my grandchildren. Number six - We can't wait.

What a great stay!

I had a great time staying at the Lazy A. The guest house exuded feelings of peace and relaxation. The cattle are very sweet, lovely, and amusing. I took hundreds of photos of all of the wildlife and the gorgeous skyline. The sunsets are indescribably rich, and the air is pure. There are cranes, mallard ducks, and and assortment of beautiful birds to be found, as well as plenty of lands to explore and enjoy! I had a wonderful stay and intend to return many times in the future.

A great place to get away from it all ...

I've stayed here twice and found it a great secluded place to get away from everything and have some uninterrupted time to enjoy -- a gated, secure hidaway in the middle of nowhere.

Lazy A Adventure

Have stayed at the Lazy A several times. What fun it has been to leave the big city and enjoy fresh air, bright stars and beautiful wildlife. The wrap around screened porch is perfect for unwinding. The house is large enough to accomodate comfortably the entire family. Will definitely go again.
