This is a beautiful old home with newer homes nearby. Greeted on front porch by Grandmas who was very stressed out about a wedding going on. No parking at that time was available for us. She quickly showed us our room and gave us keys. Could not even offer dinner suggestions. Small tv in upstairs parlot was available for out shared use with the other upstairs room. Grandma and Meagan were not around the house and seemed to not interact with the guests. Breakfast appeared at 8:30 as scheduled from a closed kitchen and they immediately returned there after serving. Breakfast consisted of greek yogurt with 3 banana slices and 3 blackberries. Then plain scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon and one slice of plain toast with butter. Had to ask for salt and pepper and not jams or jellies were offered. Very subpar and expected this to be a 5 star B&B from the previous reviews. Have stayed at many B&Bs and this was not up to other standards..

My 26 year old daughter traveling to nashville for a job interview stayed at Grandmas House B&B last evening for a delightful stay. Mary's hospitality and the quaint comfort of the guest room was spectacular: from the warm homemade chocolate chip cookies at check in to the full and spectacular breakfast meal in the am. My daughter was glowing with tranquility and pampered pride upon her exit. Get away for a night or two just outside Nashville; away from the city and you won't regret the country charm this B&B provides.

We loved our spacious room with a comfortable king-sized bed. The room was tastefully decorated, including a claw foot tub. We spent time relaxing in the private backyard out by the koi pond. Listening to the gurgling water and chirping crickets under the weeping willow was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The homemade biscuits were light and fluffy. We were surprised with a made from scratch apple pie tart. We were treated like family and Mary shared the history of her historic house. We wish we had booked more time to spend at this bed and breakfast. For the price of a chain hotel, we had a romantic evening with a homemade breakfast in a home from the 1800's. The value was outstanding. What a wonderful way to start our vacation!

I cannot say enough good things about "grandma." She was such a wonderful lady and was on top of everything! Our experience there was FANTASTIC and would LOVE to return to stay again... ANY TIME!

The proprietors, Mary and Fred, are excellent hosts. The B&B is conveniently located to Nashville, and the price is a real bargain. The breakfasts are superb and plentiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Grandma' s House, and look forward to staying there the next time I visit Nashville.
