Belmont Blvd Bed and Breakfast

2808 Belmont Blvd , Nashville, TN 37212 USA (Show map)

Belmont Blvd Bed and Breakfast is a 1928 Bungalow style house within Nashville’s Belmont-Hillsboro Neighborhood. Let us host your stay in Nashville in our beautiful house & enjoy a fabulous breakfast in a current B & B that’s not too country, too urban, too hipster, too trendy, or too anything, besides perfect. We are one of over 1000 homes in the Belmont-Hillsboro Conservation Zoning Overlay. The home’s architectural character is representative of many homes that contribute to the historical nature and diversity of the neighborhood. The interior of the house has been renovated over the years, but maintains many of the period-appropriate details, including hardwood floors, lighting, doors and hardware, a beautiful limestone fireplace, and the front porch pillars characteristic of many homes in Nashville. Parking is available off-street in the backyard and on-street in front of the house

Graduation weekend

Could not have been happier with the hospitality, location, amenities, breakfast. Don’t stay in a hotel if BELMONT Blvd B&B is available!

Innkeeper Response

Great place to stay!

5 on May 02, 2018

Stayed here for a weekend on a girls trip. Adam was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay! It’s located in a cute neighborhood and walking distance to 12 street with tons of restaurants and shops. It’s also only a short ride to downtown Nashville. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thanks guys! Come on back! AC

Perfect , quaint, B&B

4.8 on February 21, 2018

My girlfriends and I were looking for a Nashville B&B, that was not located in the downtown area of Nashville. This was the most delightful experience for the 4 of us. We shared the 2 bedrooom suite, with such comfortable bedding, and shower . The house was charming, quaint, and just a short walk to 12 South area. Adam, the Innkeeper , was absolutely perfect , from making delicious custom breakfasts , to making sure we had dinner reservations and suggestions on site seeing. He even gave us his wife and daughters rain jackets to use on a rainy Sat.!!! Highly recommend Belmont Blvd. Delightful Inn. Will definitely return! Debbie B., Dayton, Ohio

Lovely B & B with an exceptional host

5 on January 25, 2018

My wife and I met up with her best friend and her husband in Music City for a little pre-New Year’s getaway. Hotel prices were sky-high when we were coming due to the NCAA football game in town and New Years craziness. The Belmont B & B turned out to be a great deal for the four of us. We rented both rooms at the Belmont Inn, which gave us the run of the house. We got to hang together in the big common living room. Quiet, beautifully appointed, super-clean and comfortable. Our Australian-born host Adam (who lives with his family next door) was wonderful, striking just the right balance of helpfulness and giving us our space. Absolutely gourmet, made-to-order breakfasts, nice little late-night snacks. It’s a bit away from the crazy center of town, but in a very hip and fun upscale neighborhood. We took Ubers to the honkytonk area, which saved on parking and let soak in the local ambience a bit more. We got great local advice from Adam on restaurants and things to do. Nashville was a blast, super fun and not too pricey. Don’t miss the Country Music Hall of Fame (I’m not even a C & W fan, but I loved it). Show less

Foo Fighters Cancelled!!!!

5 on January 14, 2018

My wife and I were visiting from Southern California. We had the intentions of seeing the Foo Fighters. However, they cancelled. What made up for it was the wonderful stay we had at Belmont Blvd. Adam was a gracious host and an incredible cook. He had many fresh Jalapenos for me to eat as well as his take on his Alabama White Sauce which I ate heartily. We were the only guests and since the Foo's had cancelled Adam gave us suggestions on where to go on that night. if you desire a great B&B to stay in Nashville, stay at Belmont, it's a wonderful place to stay and within walking distance of many great restaurants.

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient

5 on December 18, 2017

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Belmont B&B because we love the area and are past residents of this city. When booking, Adam was quick to respond about availability and the price was comparable to Nashville's hotel market...less the screaming kids, bachelor/bachelorette parties and constant noise! There was one other person staying there during our stay and it was really fun to get to know the other visitor. In addition, Adam is an AMAZING cook and host. He satisfied every need/request. My husband has a dietary issue and after checking with Adam before our arrival, he immediately ensured us he could manage the situation! In addition, there is parking in the back of the house, a beautiful deck area and fenced yard. We cannot wait to come back often. Most folks come to Nashville to see the sights...we will be coming back to get quiet and restful nights at this INCREDIBLE bed and breakfast! We stayed 3 nights and hated to leave. On the first night, we were already quizzing Adam about future openings so we could book again!!!

Innkeeper Response
J & J you are so welcome & thank you for your review. Come on back now! AC

Nashville's Treasure

5 on October 25, 2017

I was fortunate enough to come across this beautiful bed and breakfast online after searching for hours. My son was running a college cross country meet close by and we wanted to spend the weekend in Nashville while watching him run. Adam got back to me right away letting me know there was available space. We had friends join us as well. The price was very reasonable, especially considering what you would pay to stay downtown. The location was exceptional, 2 miles from the downtown area and blocks away from trendy 12South, which is a nice break from the Downtown area. The house is about a $10 uber ride away from downtown, which is well worth it to avoid the traffic downtown. The 1920s house was stunning, clean and charming. Adam and Kelly live next door so we had the whole house to ourselves, which is ideal. It was easy to relax in the updated bathrooms and bedrooms that remained true to the historic home. There is a front porch and back deck, wonderful kitchen, and a quaint sitting area that has fruit and beverages available at all times. Starting everyday with a breakfast made by Adam was a terrific way to start the day. He uses local vendors and gave options that satisfied all four of us. I will definitely return and appreciated all the special touches that Adam and Kelly did to make our stay so memorable!
