The Manor, built in 1886, offers guest rooms with unique themes and private baths, antiques, white tablecloths, flowers, social hour all in a peaceful 100 acre wooded private setting. We combine the friendliness of small town Murfreesboro with the amenities of metropolitan Nashville, to make your stay with us both exciting and memorable.

The Manor is a beautiful home with lovely decorated rooms! The setting is peaceful and quiet so you are guaranteed a good night's rest in very comfortable beds! The morning breakfasts are delicious ! We spent two nights at the Manor and would rate this B&B as one of the top places we have stayed!! You will enjoy visiting with Doyle and Cindy and hearing about how they moved and restored this house.

My wife and I stayed for only one night as a stopover during a lengthy drive. The home is exceptional and the story of how it sits where it does today even greater. Cindy and Doyle are incredibly friendly and provide an environment that makes you feel right at home. The home is only minutes from Murfreesboro but if I were you, I would find a way to not have to leave. A repeat and longer stay will be a must for us. Mike and Jeanette.

We had to go to Murfressboro to go get our recumbent bikes. We live in Atlanta so we needed a place to spend the night. We try to stay only at B&Bs. We found this one and loved it. Being clean and comfortable are big for us...it is for them too. It is a gorgeous setting. Rooms are spacious! There is an array of snacks available at all times. The breakfasts are delicious. ( We've had 2 of them so far). Another thing they had were the big 4 in the bathroom: They had plenty of hooks and a nightlight, kleenexes and bright lights. They are very simple things to add but few places have all of them. We would recommend this place if you are ever needing to stay near Nashville. Cindy and Doyle the owners are a delight also.
Thank you so much for the kind review. We loved meeting you and were so glad that you returned. Hope to see you again if you come this way for biking.

We stayed two nights the last week of October. Beautiful home and setting. Owners are very polite with good conversational skills. The history of the property is especially interesting and worth reading about during your stay. Highly recommended.

My wife and I booked a room at The Manor, after reading Trip Advisor reviews. The reviews were all extremely complimentary, and absolutely on the mark. Our stay was terrific, The Manor is a beautiful property, full of charm and character. The innkeepers have left no stone unturned in making this a delightful place. Full of period decorations and expertly decorated, we are already looking forward to going back. Wonderful breakfast the next AM, well prepared and presented. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The innkeepers were extremely helpful and entertaining, providing us with everything we needed, but never intrusive. Cindy and Dale were a delight to talk with, and made the experience very rewarding. A perfect combination!! One of the best I have stayed in. Room Tip: Book the Eagles Nest room, it is terrific. We spent our wedding night at the Manor and could not have been happier. The inn is set on such a beautiful, quiet piece of land, it feels like you're in another time. The Manor is a beautiful home, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The coffee was fantastic, and breakfast was a real treat! The staff could not be more lovely, generous, and kind. We absolutely LOVED our stay!!

We came up for the weekend to attend the UGA vs Vandy football game and I wanted to introduce my fiance to the B&B experience. I have stayed in several throughout the southeast and The Manor is the best B&B experience I have ever had and my fiance is now hooked! The Manor is breathtaking in appearance and history and no detail is overlooked. Cindy and Doyle are absolutely delightful people and the perfect hosts. Breakfast was AMAZING, the beds were incrediblely confortable and the grounds were beautiful!!! We can not say enough wonderful things about The Manor. It was perfect and we look forward to returning!

My family stayed in 3 rooms for a family reunion in Middle Tennessee, celebrating the 100th birthday of a wonderful (not-yet-ancient) and much beloved aunt. All of the rooms were comfortable and exquisitely appointed, including the sitting rooms and dining room on the first floor. The house itself is a treasure - truly remarkable! And visiting with our hosts, Cindy and Doyle to learn more about the history - of the house and of the area - added to the enjoyment of our brief stay. Breakfast was delicious; having cold bottled water available throughout the hottest days was another plus. We will definitely plan to stay at the Manor at Oak Hill again when we travel to middle Tennessee, and we recommend that others make it a destination as well. Thanks to the Boyds!
Cindy and Howard, It was truly our pleasure to have you and your family stay with us. We enjoyed meeting each of you and hearing about the 100th birthday celebration. What a blessing to still have your Aunt to celebrate with. We hope that you will remember us when you return to middle Tennessee.
