Last month we went to Dandridge, Tn, my first time visit there. Looking for the possibility to relocate, we stayed at Goose Creek Farm B&B for 3 nights, my second time staying at a B&B! The rooms were immaculate, the scenery was exquisite and the serene atmosphere really spoke volumes Karen was a most gracious hostess, making breakfast the highlight! We met new people around the breakfast table and enjoyed walking out to the stables to see their horses! Magnificent animals! Very beautiful place! I highly recommend this haven, just a few miles from downtown Dandridge, and a few miles to Douglas Lake! What a place to just getaway, relax and enjoy the rolling hills terrain of eastern Tennessee! We hope to visit again! Thank you again, Karen! You rock! D. S. Mullis & Josh Parham Jackson, SC

We have just returned to the UK after a holiday with relations in Georgia. Driving down from DC we broke our journey and stayed at this B&B. Everything was just perfect and would recommend it to anyone. The house was beautifully furnished; our room was spotless; and the breakfast was delicious. Karen made us feel so welcome. If we are in the area again we will definitely decide to stay here again.

Loved our quiet and comfortable stay at the farm! The house is gorgeous, and located off the beaten path, near Douglas Lake. The overlooks have some of the most beautiful views in the U.S. ! Karen's breakfasts were delicious, and she made sure we had our needs and wants satisfied. Anyone going to the Dollywood area should definitely stay here -much more enjoyable and pleasant than a hotel.

The Goose Creek Farm B&B is a beautiful, well-maintained farmhouse that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Our room had plenty of space, the bed was nice and comfortable, and we had our own bathroom. Everything was as clean as what you'd expect at a nice hotel, with the charm of a beautiful old home. The grounds are well maintained as well, and the B&B is a reasonable drive from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Karen makes you very comfortable, and she has a nice selection of teas to go along with the scrambled eggs, French toast, bacon, and coffee she served for breakfast.

While in Dandridge, TN for a class I had the opportunity to spend this past week with Karen at Goose Creek Farm Bed and Breakfast. It was wonderful---from the Gluten Free Breakfast (per my request) to the comfortable beds and the wonderful screened in porch overlooking an English Garden there was not one thing lacking. AND--there are even firefly's in the evening that put on a wonderful show (where I come from there are no more firefly's so this was a treat). Would highly recommend staying at Goose Creek Farms Bed and Breakfast. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at Goose Creek Farm on the last night of a two-week driving vacation from Georgia to Pennsylvania and back and it couldn't have been a more fitting end to our trip. Karen is a great hostess, spending just enough time with her guests without going overboard and her breakfast was delicious. Dandridge is a small, quaint, historic town with great shops, a good restaurant and the added bonus of walking along the top of dike. Don't hesitate to book at night at Goose Creek Farm.

We stayed at Goose Creek Farm on the last night of our two-week driving vacation from Georgia to Pennsylvania and back and had a WONDERFUL time at the bed & breakfast and the town of Dandridge. Karen is a great hostess and a great cook and really makes you feel at home. She spent just the right amount of time with us and we enjoyed talking with her. This small historic town has a good restaurant and many quaint shops, and a walk around the top of the dike is an added treat. We look forward to another trip to Goose Creek Farm.

Our stay at Goose Creek Bed and Breakfast was truly too brief. We look forward to visiting again when we can stay longer. Karen is a delightful innkeeper who's passion for hospitality is reflected in the Inn's decor, cleanliness and warmth. Breakfast on the porch watching cows graze was a real treat and our breakfasts were delicious.

My husband and I were very impressed by the accomodations at the Goose Creek Farm B&B. We were greeted with a warm wlecome and immediately felt right at home. The rooms were large, very clean and very tastfully decorated. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing and the breakfast was delicious! All this for a very reasonable price. It is so refreshing to see that true hospitality still exists. Ron & Judy

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful breakfast each morning. Karen is a fantastic cook, and every morning was a treat! The porch is a great place to have a cup of hot tea and relax with good book. The location is great, we were close to the Smoky Mtn Park and also to Sweetwater where we visited The Lost Sea! If we are in the area, we will definitely stay again!

We were here to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful visit. The suite was roomy, clean and beautifully decorated. The house is beautiful and Karen was an wonderful hostess. It was a most relaxing visit. Breakfast was fantastic! Other B&B's I have visited served muffins and previously prepared itesm. Karen prepared ours while we enjoyed a cup of mixed fresh fruit and coffee. She gives a lot of attention to detail. I look forward to the time we can go back.

My fiance and I were in Dandridge looking at real estate and stayed with Karen at the Goose Creek Farm B&B. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast that we had was terrific! Karen was quite helpful taking the time to tell us all the ins and outs of the area and recommending where to look for properties. Overal if was a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay at Goose Creek Farms again when we are in the area.

We stayed at Goose Creek Farm B&B for 2 nights and just loved it! Karen (the Innkeeper) goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible... great rooms, great food, great atmosphere. We also brought our 2 labs and they just loved staying in the huge backyard at the Inn. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, feel comfortable that Goose Creek has excellent accommodations for them.

My husband and I stayed at Goose Creek Farm while he was attending a woodworking course. Karen is gregarious and has a delightful inn. The place shows her care and love. Our suite room was spotless and attractively decorated. The rooms are large as is the bathroom. Her breakfasts are marvelous and her gardens are lovely. We look forward to returning next summer!

Where else can you find a welcome as good as home? The answer is right here at Goose Creek! Wonderful at all levels -Karen is a superb host that makes your stay perfect. Very centrally located, fantastic rooms and grounds. Delightful conversations with Karen make you feel welcome to come back for more of her charming B&B. Bedrooms are large and super clean, Gardens are very nice to walk through and watch the birds that visit. Sumptuous breakfasts that make you want to stay longer to enjoy them one more day. Above the usual B&B feeling, this host really loves her guests to enjoy her home and the area. Dandridge has a nice mix of sights and great views of Douglas Lake area. I would stay here before anywhere else within 30 miles. Location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.s.

Karen was a wonderful hostess and went out of her way to accommodate me with my 5 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 horses. Her fenced in yard was great for my shelties to run and stretch their legs after a long day's ride in the car. I crated the dogs and cat as requested, and the workshop where they were crated was heated and very adequate. The box stalls were roomy for the horses. The only thing that I would like to see was a paddock for the horses. The rooms were wonderful with a bathroom for each room. The whole place was very clean, neat, and provided a wonderful atmosphere with the antique furniture. Karen was up bright and early with a country breakfast to set us on our way. If I were to come that way again, I would definitely stay at Goose Creek Farm.

The setting and accomodations at Goosecreek Farm were outstanding. Beautiful and very welcoming. The hostess provided a sumptuous breakfast to our liking. Every detail was handled with ease. It was a great place for a Class Reunion and we intend on going back to Goosecreek Farm soon.

Maggie and I own Serene View Farm B&B in Proctor, PA, so stay at B&B's when we travel. This was one of the nicest stays we have had. Karen made us feel at home and her facilities are spectacular. The bed was comfortable, the food was excellent and the cattle were friendly. She treated us as we try to treat our guests-as family. We will always remember this stay and have shared the our wonderful experience with our fellow innkeepers of the North Central PA B&B Association.

I have stayed in many b&b's over the past few years and, without a doubt, the Goose Creek Farm and innkeeper, Karen, are at the top of my list. Her genuine eargerness to please her guests and to look out for their every need goes above and beyond. This was my 2nd visit here in 8 years and this time was just as outstanding as the last. The friendly residents, shopping the quaint area downtown, the quiet and serence location of the inn and, of course, the gourmet breakfast on the screened porch is so enjoyable and charming. Do not leave this one off your list!!!

What a great find in the rolling hills of Tennesse. You wouldn't be suprised-- Goosecreek Farm B&B looks like the pictures on the website. If asked innkeeper Karen can point you in the direction of a day's activity or you have the freedom to go it alone. It can be a perfect place for a quiet stay or a great base location for your planned activities. You will feel as if you are home, but someone else is providing a splendid breakfast.

Goose Creek Farm is a delightful Inn with a comfortable, cozy feel to it. The location is quiet and peaceful yet close to town and a variety of recreational sites. Karen is an excellent innkeeper and chef. She is personable and helpful but does not "hover". I have stayed here twice and eagerly await my next visit!

We were traveling with three horses across the country. We were able to quickly settle the horses in, the town of Dandridge is very charming, and we had a great nights sleep and a wonderful breakfast! Absolutely a first rate facility with quiet country charm - and cows to boot!

Goose Creek Farm B & B is a great place to stay. Very relaxing, but close enough to everything to be there with in minutes. I'd looked for several months for a place to stay when I visit Carson-Newman College and was thrilled to find this place. Karen, the innkeeper, is a joy to visit with. It was difficult to leave the screened-in porch to attend to business! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

It is such a peaceful place. My cousins stayed before so we went back with them. We loved sitting on the gazebo and talking and breakfast was out of this world. We cannot wait to go back.
