Delightful B&B

5 on September 09, 2018

The B&B outdoor surroundings were very peaceful and calming. The hostesses were friendly and ready to make our visit the best experience ever, which they did. They went beyond just providing room and board. They truly personalized our visit to reflect our special celebration, from the wine/cheese&crackers, home baked cookies, heart shaped pancakes with strawberries/whipped cream to the special anniversary card. We will share this experience with friends/family and reccommend this Brazos B&B to them. Thanks you Diane and Villard!

Country Charm meets Texas Chic

We have stayed at Brazos B&B five or six times now and have always had an outstanding experience. It is a beautiful property with 5-star rooms, personable service, and delicious food. Every thing possible is in place to ensure an elegant, yet relaxing and laid-back stay. Diane and Villard are the consummate hosts - attentive and thoughtful while respectful of guests' privacy. Really one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are very discerning when it comes to quality and excellence.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Brazos Bed and Breakfast is perfection as far as we are concerned. The accommodations and food are excellent. The location is serene and beautiful. Diane doesn't miss a detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our second stay....we will be back!

I will never forget this GEM!

This will tell you volumes about the quality of the Brazos Bed and Breakfast...our last stay there was in the Summer of 2015 and I keep Diane's email in my inbox :) I can't wait to stay there again and too bad for us my husband and I are workaholics, otherwise we'd probably be there often. I have never felt so welcomed into someone's home with such warmth and friendliness as I felt here. My husband surprised me with this little get away and it was awesome! So clean and Diane thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the TreeTop Suite and it was very romantic and charming. Breakfast was delicious and filling each morning and when we arrived wine was already chilling along with fresh fruit and cheese/chocolates. The butler's pantry is a nice touch and well stocked. Diane had the best suggestions about things to do and see in the area and her suggestions were spot on. We enjoyed spending quiet evenings on the balcony listening to the sounds of the Texas Hill Country. I really liked the little drive to get to the bed and breakfast, one day we had to stop the vehicle to wait for cows to pass in the road! It was exactly what I wanted...time to stop and smell the roses. So to Diane and Villard I say many thanks for memories that always make me smile. Sincerely, Louis and Jessica C.

There is nothing I can say negative. Breakfasts were served with a smile and tasty is not enough to say about the food. Setting was calming to the highest power. Close to towns to go check out local events but you will not want to.

Quiet, beautiful retreat

Truly a wonderful place to stay. Out of the way and very peaceful. Diane and Villard are outstanding hosts. The room was cozy and comfortable. The meals were excellent. Every little detail was thought of. I cannot think of one single negative thing to say about our stay. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed in the Tree Top suite. Is it so charming and country quaint. We love the suite, the grounds and most importantly Diane, Villard and of course Brazzie. Diane and Villard are such sweet people, they think of every detail and more. Food is exceptional. It is quiet and peaceful. Loved going on our walks. Love the chickens. We can't say enough good things about our whole experience and highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet country place. Driving to near by small towns through rolling hills and beautiful scenery. Washington on the Brazos is just down the road.

I absolutely love gardening! We have two organic vegetable and herb gardens and a small orchard. Summers include canning all the produce. Another pleasure is cooking and baking. I really enjoy making everything special for others.
