Thanks for 11 years of unforgettable experiences here the most dog-friendly B&B on the planet. We are stepping off into retirement, but we'd still love to hear from the friends we have made here --- especially including dogs.

My two dog and I stayed for just a night as a quick getaway. It was exactly what I needed, It was so beautiful, tranquil and serene. The cabin was luxurious and clean! They even met needs I didn't know I had. My two dogs have never had so much fun on the property and in the yard. We had two long hikes on the land and numerous visits to the back yard. The private cabin with its fenced-in yard was scrupulously clean and had everything I or my dogs could want, It was so comfortable and so quiet at night. I am sorry to have skipped breakfast as the other guests' reviews raved about it. I look forward to our next visit! My nieces are already planning when we can get back here. I will also take them up on dog tips and training as my pups could benefit! Pat & Byron are wonderful hosts!…

My dog and I have stayed there for two different weekends and he was so excited to return there. He adores our long walks on their large property. Our private cabin with its own fenced-in yard was scrupulously clean, comfortable and so quiet at night. Breakfast at the main house was fantastic--everything Pat makes is effortlessly delicious. I ate gluten-free and I'm pretty sure that with enough notice Pat can adapt to any special dietary needs. Even if you don't have dogs I highly recommend Decker Creek. Pat & Byron are wonderful hosts!

Me and my wife absolutely loved this place. Byron and Pat were beyond hospitable and take immaculate care of their cabins. The privacy is unbelievable and the comfort wonderful. 15 min from Austin, but het the country feel. We home to be back someday. BRING YOUR DOG(S)!!!
Thanks!! We are so glad that you had a good time.

Pat and Byron are great hosts. Fed us (pups included) like royalty, taught us new tricks to teach our fur kids and made all of us feel as welcome as if we were at home. The property was beautiful (it helps that there's been some rain recently) and quiet. The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable Highly recommended.

What a beautiful location and accommodations. Pat and Byron are the most gracious and thoughtful hosts with a great knowledge of the area. Great conversations at breakfast while enjoying a magnificent meal. Will definitely return with family and pooch!

This was our second visit and we had a wonderful and relaxing time (along with our three Miniature Schnauzers!). The breakfasts are so delicous, made from organic farm products, eggs, vegetables, fruits and the portions are large. We did not need to eat again until 3:00 or 4:00 PM each day. Pat and Byron are the perfect host and hostess. The cabins are excellently appointed for both people and pets! We just cannot say enough about what a winderful time we have each time we visit !!

My husband, our greyhound son, and I just completed our second stay at Decker Creek. Once again, all three of us had a wonderful time. The hosts, Pat, Byron and their three dogs were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in cabin one. Each time, there was another party in cabin two. We enjoyed chatting with the hosts and other guest(s) during breakfast, and it was refreshing to be in the company of other dog lovers. Speaking of breakfast, it is home-cooked and absolutely scrumptious. The hosts accommodated both my vegetarian diet and my husband's non-vegetarian diet. The property is the ideal place for a dog to run, sniff, explore and even take a swim. And for those doing agility, there is even an agility field guests are welcome to use. Decker Creek is in a remote, relaxing location yet not far from Austin. It is the perfect getaway. I try to patronize primarily dog-friendly businesses, and Decker Creek is our favorite B&B. We hope to return soon.

Cabins are separated by forest and out of view of each other. Cabins are well set up with open floor plan and large screened porch with swing and a great view. Very well kept cabins are great for couples or a small family, hiking trails & creek on the property. Breakfast was awesome!

Everything about Decker Creek Bed,Breakfast, and Biscuit is well thought out and totally relaxing. The owners make homemade country breakfast, the cabins have everything you need and more , and our dog enjoyed the 30 ancres and the creek to play in! We are going back in February and cannot wait! We aim to provide a quality getaway for people and their dogs. You don't have to have a dog, but this is canine nirvana. Before we became innkeepers, we were a journalist (Pat) and a civil engineer (Byron). We traveled all over the country with our dogs, and it was hard to find truly pet-friendly accommodations. So we found this place, built two cabins and have been busy ever since.
