Views are incredible. Bradley and Marianna and the children are so friendly, helpful, and great conversationalists. Marianna gave us some vitamin C and Echinacea for our colds. Bradley provided an electrical plug for our hairdryer and electric razor when ours didn't work. Breakfast is very good. You are made to feel like you are a family member. The whole area is so peaceful, beautiful, and charming, yet close enough to Interlaken if you want more activities. We will DEFINITELY be back when we come to Switzerland again.

Where do I start? This was one of the best experience of our lives. We felt like that Bradley, Marianna and the kids were our own family and as if we always knew them. 1. Let me start with the Service: It was Exceptionally outstanding, as I said, it was as we were part of their family. 2. Cleanliness: I cannot stress enough on the cleanliness that we found there. Again, it was Exceptionally Outstanding. 3. Onsite Dining: Marianna was absolutely terrific, her breakfasts were amazing, especially her own style pan cakes which were out of the world. One evening, she made us awesome sandwich of tortilla stuffed with cheese and we became instant fan of this snack. 4. Value: We found it a great value for money as B&B is situated in the middle of beautiful Mountains and scenery. So money did not matter. Rooms: House is kinda historical and beautiful. Rooms aren't on the newer side of things but beds were very comfortable and each room had a sink, which for a family of 5 was a great convenience. Every room had a beautiful scenery so imagine waking up to a beautiful sight front of your eyes, Ah! just blissful. The best of all: We are Muslims and it was our first experience staying with a Christian family with a Jewish background. We learned a great deal of similarities from each other and I think this was the best I could provide my children in terms of meeting a brilliant family with a different background and discover similarities among Muslims, Christians and Jews. I can go on and on for the whole day but I will leave some suspense for the future visitors haha. I would recommend anyone, doesn't matter where you are from or which background you come from, please come and stay in Haus Schonegg. I can definitely say that hopefully this will not be our last trip there and whenever we will go to Switzerland, we will be booking Bradley and Marainna's B&B, because this place is more than just a B&B for us. Best wishes from Khurram, Aa'ishah and kids

The family at Haus Schonegg is amazing! The breakfast is terrific! The views are breathtaking! We would stay there again if we travel back to Switzerland. It was truly one of the best experiences of our two-week visit to Europe.

Our hosts were warm and engaging people, and the rooms and setup were very neat and clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is absolutely stunning, and we took a lovely walk on the mountain roads that was quite inspiring. We would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend it to others.

This was our first time in Switzerland (2 adult, 2 kids). Driving the road leading to Haus Schonegg was a welcome on it's own: endless forests splatted on enormous, cloud-reaching mountains. The house it self is strategically located on what looks like a scene from a postcard you'd send home, huge trees, river just underneath you, snowy-peaked mountains, and the cleanest air you'd ever breath. We were welcomed by Bradly and Mariana the warmest welcome we can imagine, they were polite, helpful, ready to assist with anything we asked for, their hospitality and warm welcome remains the strongest impression to date. The rooms are very nice, more then enough for our family (we stayed in two rooms). Everything was very clean, very tidy, beds are super-comfortable, it's been a great pleasure. Bradly and Mariana serves fresh, very rich and tasty breakfast, it was way over what we could eat, and even our picky-eating children enjoyed the assortment and delicious cooking. While the facilities, breakfast and scenery, all were just perfect, we would say the the biggest "selling point" is Bradly, Mariana, their children and their dogs: They are welcoming, always smiling, interesting to have discussions with, our children played with their kids and dogs, we couldn't possibly asked for a better place to stay in our vacation. In terms of reaching around, we had a rented car, and we had endless places to choose anywhere from 15 minutes drive, up to however we cared to drive. We highly _highly_ recommend Haus Shonegg, it is one of the places that really leaves their impressions on you years to come.

There is a saying: a house is built by hands, a home is built by hearts. Haus-Schonegg is an amazing house & location, but the key there is the amazing family. We've stayed at Haus-Schonegg for 5 nights (Aug. 2015, Parents & 2 kids) The family's hospitality was very welcoming and warm. Bradley, Marianna and their kids have helped us a lot and were very kind. Their kids are so great and intelligent. our kids played with them each evening when we got back from our activities. They all know so many languages, so you will probably find it very easy to communicate. The rooms are very cosy. baths and W.C are all clean. Breakfast: WOW. An amazing breakfast-each morning a new surprise :-)

We had the pleasure of recently staying with this family and we all felt like it was the second time we had met them. Everyone was beyond nice and treated us like we were part of the family. From advice on what to do in the area, borrowing ski bibs, last minute cooking because we couldn't find anything open, to playing games with the kids, I can't say enough about our time with them other than it was too short. If you are looking at a bed and breakfast in the alps and close to Interlaken, you can't go wrong here! If we ever make it back we will be visiting the family again!

We stayed at Haus Schonegg in August with my parents and our family of 4. Brad and his family went out of their way to make our stay amazing! The house is regal, just look at the pictures. The location is not too far to drive to the "main attractions" and the valley they live in is really very beautiful. They have a fantastic view from the living room and we read bedtime stories as we watched the sun color the peaks. Great memories. Brad and Marianna are incredible servants and great cooks. My daughter still (yes, 3 months later) raves about Marianna's pancakes! They helped us with our itineraries, directions, etc and got us off to a good start each day. While we had the place to ourselves mostly, they do have other guests, and their kids are really nice and very respectful of our holiday. If you're in the area, this is a great alternative to the more "popular" areas. We'd definitely stay again, or maybe go there for cooking or language classes! Stop looking and book it. You won't be sorry.
