We stayed for two nights in this charming and luxury B&B. Our room on the first floor was very comfortable and quiet. Coffee or tea plus cookies were available round the clock free of charge. The sleeping comfort was great. A very delicious breakfast was served in the very nice dining room. The staff was always very helpful and attentive. We would always stay again in this inn when visiting Newport.

The staff was great and the food was awesome. It is a great location. You can walk just about everywhere. The exterior needs some fresh paint and the hot tub has seen better days, but the view of the harbor was excellent.

We had a great time except when we took part in the complementary breakfast. The wait staff seemed incapable of performing the responsibilities associated with their profession.
