Exceptional! ... Attention and personal touch is given to every detail, from room decor, to guest amenities, beautiful grounds and guest common areas, relaxing, comfortable, peaceful. Friendly and personable owners /innkeepers (Don & Ellen). Delicious gourmet breakfast! Hands down, this is on my top list of favorite B and B's!

This is a lovely place to stay close to Hershey Park, great restaurants (from very casual to upscale), antique shopping and other local activities but in a nice quiet area that starts and ends the day on a relaxed note. The cottages and the rooms in the main house are so nicely appointed and comfortable. Love the breakfast area with all the windows and beautiful decorations. The covered deck has tables, chairs, sofas around a fire pit and lots of room to wind down at night no matter what the weather brings and the grounds are beautiful. We have stayed here many times and always enjoyed everything about the 1825. Don and Ellen are welcoming and wonderful hosts.

This was the first time my family and I stayed at the 1825 Inn. We were attending my granddaughter's wedding and booked 5 rooms. Don was kind enough not to rent out the last room so that my family could have the house to ourselves. It was wonderful staying here and having the run of the place. Don and Ellen are the nicest innkeepers, the place is spotless and the breakfasts and evening snacks were delicious. We will definitely recommend this lovely place to all our friends!! I would have given 1825 an Outstanding, but the rating button wouldn't light up. This is definitely an OUTSTANDING place to stay!!!

Both of our recent stays were just wonderful! You have thought of practically everything! Tim and I have stayed at 3 or 4 B&Bs in the past 18mos or so and you & Ellen were the best by far! The both of you, along with the housekeeper, are just awesome. You're all very kind & seem like you very much enjoy doing what you're doing, and it shows. The little extras (like a bit of history in the books in the rooms, the guest books, the free chocolates and soda, the gift shop with amazing prices, etc) really do make a huge difference & put you above the others. Keep up the great work, we will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful inn and a get place to get away. The inn is very nicely decorated and has some nice outdoor spaces for warmer weather. Our room was comfortable, clean and pretty. Our hosts, Don and Ellen, were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was large and very tasty. We recommend it to others and plan to go back.
Thank you for visiting us and the excellent review. We appreciate your business during your recent stay and look forward to seeing you again.
