The room was very nice. The owners were away when we were there so I believe one of their friends was ruuning the B&B for them. She was very pleasant but seemed rushed doing it by herself. The breakfast was OK but very small portion and no variety. On the fence on whether I would stay again. It was a very nice visit but not sure if I got my money's worth.

Wonderful experience all around. Welcoming hosts, clean accomodations, delicious breakfast, nicely decorated, comfortable porch and patio...all in pleasant vibrant town.

Everything about our stay was lovely except breakfast. Did not care for breakfast either morning. Eggs and bacon, pancakes, waffles or similar preferred. Coffee was good. Hosts were nice but they seemed uncomfortable being friendly.

Wonderfully decorated, quaint house that is right in the middle of Lititz historical district. Everything is within walking distance. Very good and friendly service. I would recommend a stay at the Alden House

We stayed in the Carriage House, spent two days checking out shoppes, coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance of our room. It was the perfect weekend getaway, just what we wanted. 5¿¿

Location in the middle of the historic district of Lititz was perfect for walking to all the shops, restaurants and beautiful Lititz Springs Park for a leisurely weekend. Had the weather been nicer we would have enjoyed the beautiful garden patio. Breakfasts were delicious and John & Lynndell were welcoming and attentive hosts.

Great place to chill. Loved sitting on the porch reading and relaxing. Breakfasts were the best and included deserts! Owners were friendly and informative. Loved it!

This clean B&B is clean and well kept by a sweet couple, Lyndell and John. It is an old house and has the sound transmission you should expect. If this a problem for you, opt for the carriage house. The breakfasts were bountiful and delicious, but perhaps a little bread/cake/carb heavy. I'll stay there again!

This was our first stay at Alden House and it far exceeded our expectations. The suite was great with a separate sitting area opening to the balcony. The bedroom was roomy and made more comfortable with easy chairs around gas fireplace. Rooms were pristine and daily service was excellent. The three breakfasts we had were all different and delicious. We look forward to returning to the Alden House in the fall.

Beautiful home, fantastic location. Breakfast was fine, just not exceptional. Extremely creaky bed/floors/door, which is to be expected in an old home, but was a headache to deal with when we didn't want to disturb other guests.
This spacious, florally decorated suite has seven large windows, pillared archway, a king-size bed, a rocking chair and a TV/VCR/DVD. A flight of steps within the room leads to a cozy loft dressing area and private bathroom. $20 for 3rd guest
A quite, romantic suite in the upstairs back of the house, this suite features a private bath, and a library sitting room with an entrance from the upstairs porch. The bedroom contains a queen brass bed, color/cable television/VCR and a gas fireplace.
The Carriage House: Enjoy all the amenities of the main house with the privacy of the separate Carriage House. Featuring a queen size sleigh bed, large rainfall shower with body sprays, leather recliners for napping in front of the 32" LCD TV/DVD. There is a microwave and refrigerator at the bar sink and a bistro table and chairs for snacking. With heated floors throughout, it makes a secluded getaway for two. $125 per night, two night minimum.
A two room suite with a large bedroom featuring a heavy four-poster queen bed and a private bath. The suite includes a cozy living room with a couch and a color/cable television/VCR. Balcony overlooks the gardens and pond. $20 for third guest in suite.
