We were warmly welcomed, offered insite to the town if we needed it, room was clean and inviting, mattress and pillows very very comfortable, enjoyed our home cooked breakfast! Couldn’t ask for more.

Really lovely B&B, very quiet. Host was very friendly. We love the keyless entry system which let us arrive at any time. The Inn was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be staying on our next trip.
Thank you for your comments. We do work to make our guests comfortable and are glad to know when they are.

Birthday celebration. Room was nice, bathroom small, large rug made for a tripping hazard, and the hair dryer needed to be cleaned. Found some small things that showed me that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Traffic noise was extreme for a front room.
We apologize that your stay was not up level we want it to be. We try to remember to warn guests about the possible traffic noise, but it remains our most popular room because of the large windows and that it is on the first floor. We encourage our guests to share any concerns during their stay as we would have gladly replaced the hair dryer or moved you to a quieter room. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

Alden House was the perfect getaway for my wife and I for Valentine's Day. The room had all the modern conveniences yet the charm of a historic building. The location can't be beat. Restaurants and shops of all kinds are within easy walking distance. We would definitely return.

We visited Alden House to celebrate our anniversary and it was lovely and exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was cute and delicious, especially the muffins! The room was comfortable, cosy, and the temperature was controlled inside with a little electric fireplace. We really loved staying here and will definitely be back again!

The room was delightful. We were in the tea room at the back of the house and did not hear any noise. Very quiet evening. The room was very clean, warm and inviting. The fireplace was a special touch. Bed was comfortable. We only met one of the owners but she was warm and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.
