Lovely property in quaint college town just about 5 miles outside of Lancaster. The owners are lovely and very knowledgeable of the area. They took the time to chat with us about our plans and interests. They also accommodated my Gluten-Free dietary needs. The house is quiet and rented rooms very separate from each other. Nice bed and quiet room for sleep. I would go back.

This B&B is in the college town of Millersville, convenient to Lancaster and all area attractions. Hosts Stephanie and Ed are very hospitable, and the breakfasts were great. Pricing is very reasonable for a Lancaster county B&B, and many local restaurants are within easy walking distance, the Millersville University campus is only a couple of blocks away.

We have stayed at the Blue Rock B&B several times, and every time it's been a relaxing and enjoyable stay. As usual, the breakfast was delicious with fresh local produce. Ed and Stephanie are friendly and warm hosts. We consider them friends.

Ed & Stephanie are very acomidating and their place is very homey and nice. We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this was definitely up to our standards. The were short on time for breakfast, they were very accommodating making to go plates and the homemade apple banana bread was fantastic! Thanks guys!
So glad the bed and breakfast experience worked well for you. Hope to see you again.

We stayed at the Blue Rock B&B for three nights with our two boys (ages 6 and 9). The hosts were very welcoming and even had legos for our boys. The configuration of rooms was perfect for us with a queen bed in one room and two doubles in another. Everything was very neat and clean. We had plenty of bathroom supplies and towels and even Hershey kisses, which my kids loved! Breakfast each morning was varied and delicious - I have never seen my boys eat so much! Thanks for having us - we would definitely recommend your home to others!

The description of the place was exact. I stayed in the basement apartment and it was spacious! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. They provided an ample selection of shampoos for every hair situation. The breakfast was delicious! This is an old house, 1845 I believe, so it does have that historic charm. The owners were very nice and very helpful in finding things around Millersville. The next time I stay here I'll try the upstairs bedroom. You will like this place.

Pleasant stay at this B&B near Lancaster. It is a little ways from the main Amish Country area, so don't expect to walk out the door and see buggies rolling by. Room was fine, nothing amazing, and breakfast was also good but nothing to rave about. Rates are reasonable and innkeepers helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to review. Lancaster, PA is famous for "plain people." Simple (without sacrificing comfort of course), and personal, is what most of our guests for. We aim to do that well.

My wife and I with our German Shepard stayed at the Blue Rock Bed and Breakfast, and absolutely loved it. We spent 3 nights there while visiting Hershey in the fall for the antique car show. Its about 40 minutes away from Hershey, but well worth the trip. Ed and Stephanie were very friendly, and there home is very clean, and they are pet friendly. Hope to stay there again, thanks Dean.
