The owners of this B&B are so sweet, helpful and were especially willing to accommodate our needs while staying there. The rooms and bathroom were clean and orderly. The breakfast was outstanding with local sausage and homemade jelly and apple butter. Stephanie asked beforehand about any food allergies and made a gluten free breakfast for us. It was fabulous.
Great to have you at the BnB! Winter is hanging on way too long, but looking soon to have the seasonally fresh foods of Lancaster County on the breakfast table again!

My only issue is that the sign for the place needs to be more apparent. We pass it every year at night. Please shine a light on it. Thanks!
Yes, our sign is not large intentionally because we're in a residential neighborhood. If you're coming from the north/ east, the driveway is on the near side of the house, so it comes up quickly if using the GPS. Better night time visible numbers at the driveway would be a great addition! Thanks for sharing!

We stayed in the basement area with our dog. Enjoyed our stay very much and may try to do it again next year. The breakfast we were served was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Nice back yard for Fido, I cleaned it up as nesassary. I would recommend to anyone needing a quiet getaway.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and I’m so happy I did. Ed and Stephanie are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Breakfast was amazing every morning and if you walked away hungry it was your own fault. The room was spotless and the mattress was super comfortable. I will stay at the Blue rock again and again.
