A beautiful home with ample shared sitting space. A spacious wrap-around porch for outside sitting. We stayed in the Longwood Suite which was spacious. Although there was a small refrigerator in the second floor sitting area outside the room, it would have been nice to have one in the room. Not a lot of places to see or shop in in the center of town. We wanted to walk to a lot of places but ended up having to drive to either eat or see sights. Nice and close to Longwood Gardens which was a great place to visit. Upon check-in payment was requested, but then the I-pad you pay though asked for a tip of 10% - 25% of the total bill. Recommendation: reply by saying "no tip" (don't feel guilty) and leave one at the end of your stay if you choose to. Check B &B tip recomendations on line prior to staying at a B & B.

Kennett Square was an interim trip stop so we only stayed one night. Kiljia is a gracious innkeeper and her breakfast is always delicious. We will be back! Allen and Debbie Bryant

Such a nice, historic inn. The owner is so thoughtful. She provides the rooms with many small amenities. We will always go back. She is also a good cook. She serves real maple syrup with her fantastic French toast.

A charming B&B was the ideal location for a few rainy days in the early spring. My partner and I love Kennett Brewing Company (amazing beer and food) so this little vacation allowed us to be in walking distance of our favorite place while also giving us the chance to explore other parts of the Mushroom Capital (we endorse visiting Philter and Lily Asian Cuisine). After a day of adventures, this B&B was the best place to come back to with its cozy atmosphere (always a must in my book), charming innkeeper, and delicious breakfast. Regardless of the time of year, it encapsulates all the warm and happy feelings one may associate with a magical holiday, such as Christmas. We would definitely love to return in the future and stay a little longer!

Breakfasts were artistically presented and delicious. Classical music enhanced the the morning dining experience. My husband and I have made Kennett House our home away from home, whenever we're in the area. The inn keeper now welcomes us as extended family.
