Pleasant stay

The on-site dining was not applicable as the breakfast was served in the building across the street. We had a very pleasant stay although the room the I reserved was not the room that was provided to me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return

Great place to stay

When we booked this place, I received an email in minutes stating they upgraded our room at no extra charge. When we got there, LouAnn checked us in. She is lovely and couldnt have been nicer. What a sweetie. She showed us our breakfast coupons and asked if we wanted to take a complimentary two hour tour of the area in the morning and she booked that for us too. Our room was great. Clean, king size bed, refrigerator, air conditioner hot water, great shower, great location. They even had a Happy birthday card for me and a bar of chocolate. Access to indoor and outdoor pools at a sister hotel just a block away. Easy parking. They had a coffee machine in the lobby and free bottles of water and soda available all hours. My only complaint was the road right outside was a little noisey. A room in the back of the building would be quieter. Other than that its a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back. Minutes away from the Rockvale outlets, sites and sounds theater, dutch wonderland, and lots of great places to eat. Thanks to LouAnn and the staff. We had an awesome stay

Pleasant Surprise

My room was a large, comfortable suite. The staff at the Inn and at the Bakery were very nice and helpful. I had breakfast at the Bakery due to my schedule and found it tantalizing with wonderful aromas and gorgeous pastries. The sandwiches were delicious and satisfying. I will be back.

Exceptional Service

My boyfriend and I just had our fourth stay at Bird in Hand Village Inn and it was amazing as usual. We were put through quite a scare when we had called a day prior to our visit and it looked as though our reservation made four months prior was not in the system. Thankfully the property manager, Rick, remedied the entire situation and actually upgraded us to a better suite than what we had originally booked. We were and still are so appreciative that he was able to help us out. We have never had a bad experience staying there and would recommend it to anyone - the location is perfect and the staff is so friendly and helpful. ~A&M

Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay.

The accommodations were nice but...

When reserving our date for a room, We had wanted the room with a jacuzzi and thought I had successfully reserved the room as the date was not blocked out. I received an email later indicating that the room was unavailable and we were “upgraded” to another room which had a balcony. Knowing that the date scheduled was to include rain, the “upgrade” wasn’t an upgrade for us and I noted this in a follow up email. I reluctantly accepted the room and it was fine just not what we wanted. A better process should be in place to ensure this issue does not occur. The breakfast choices provided were okay. Staff was friendly and made the experience a pleasant one.

Ours was an unplanned trip to Amish country on the memorial weekend. We just walked into this place without any expectations, it was absolutely outstanding, right from the entrance it had a nice authentic look. Me and my husband really felt good with the ambiance. In-spite of the long weekend rush, we got a standard room which was pretty cool. And VERY clean. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was great. We'd strongly recommend to everyone who wish to have a get away to country side!
