We had a wonderful stay with Mike and Trish. We stayed in the New York Room. It was very comfortable. Enjoyed the chocolates in the evening in the Snuggery. Breakfast was great. We appreciated their suggestions on what to see while were in the area.
Thank you so much! We're glad that you enjoyed your stay and breakfast! We really appreciate the time it takes to post these reviews and it really does mean a lot. Thank you again!

The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Mike (Innkeeper) took the time to speak with me concerning the use of our B&B.com gift cards, and recommended the Woodlands Room as the most romantic room of the 5 available for that evening. We arrived a little after 5 and were greeted by Tricia, as another couple was arriving. She gave all of us a tour of this spectacular Mansion and allowed us to see the unoccupied rooms. We were more than thrilled when we opened the door to our room. I was blown away by the relaxing atmosphere, high-end decor, two person Jacuzzi tub and furnishings. After dinner at the Governor's Pub (another great recommendation by Tricia) we enjoyed a game of pool and the complimentary Brandy. We were a little late (9:15) to breakfast the next morning, mostly because the bed was so comfortable. Tricia and Mike were more-than-accommodating, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding! Homemade scones, Spinach, bacon and Swiss quiche, orange juice, coffee and chocolate chip muffins. We have already recommended this B&B to friends who just booked for Thanksgiving weekend. We can't wait to plan our next visit to the Reynolds Mansion.

My wife and I just got back from a 2 day stay at Reynolds Mansion. We stayed in the Colonel's Green Room. Our trip to Bellafonte/State College was fantastic, made perfect by our stay at Reynolds Mansion. Mike and Trish were amazing hosts, and the mansion is beautiful. The feeling of stepping back in time in such an amazing home was unreal. Any review will not do the house or the hosts justice. You have to visit to see for yourself. On your next visit, make sure to say hi and pet Tony and Lea. Absolute 5 stars!
Thank you for your kind review! It means so much that you took time out of your day for us. Hope to see you again soon.

We just returned from our stay at Reynolds Mansion. The hospitality and comfort are second to none!! Tricia and Mike are such great hosts! We stayed in the newly redone Garden Room, what a warm and comfortable room. It is one with a king bed and a sitting area where we enjoyed some wine before bed. The room has all new furnishings that make up a perfect setting. the bathroom has also been redone and it was a nice addition, the rainfall shower head is such a small thing, but it's such a relaxing shower... We can't say enough about Tricia and Mike and their wonderful home!! If you want to visit a beautiful place in central Pennsylvania, Bellefonte is beautiful, and the surrounding area has it all too, happy valley, Penn State, Bald Eagle park, the lakes, rivers, farms,... a great place to visit nature at it's best added to the history and beauty of the village... it's perfect!!! If you are looking for a memorable B&B, then Reynolds's Mansion is for you!! We have been here numerous times for a reason!! We love it all!!! and each trip has been unique every time!! Thank you Tricia and Mike for your hospitality.. Chris and Cathy V

My husband and I first stayed at the Reynolds Mansion in 2009 when our son started at PSU. Since then, we have stayed with Mike and Trish another half a dozen times and each time has been as special as the first. We have stayed in many other inns on the east coast over the years but none compares! The bedrooms and common rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated (especially when done up for the holidays!) and breakfast is always a wonderful treat with fresh fruit and at least one or two melt in your mouth baked goods. And don't be surprised if Trish packages up an extra muffin or batch of cookies for you to take on the road. Mike and Trish (and the puppies too!) are really the extra-special secret to Reynolds Mansion. They welcome and care for you like family. The Reynolds Mansion is really the best of the best-not to be missed!

I have stayed at the Reynolds Mansion several times both for business and pleasure. The Inn and rooms are incredibly beautiful and very comfortable. The service is impeccable, the owners couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating, and the location is wonderful. It is a short drive to State College but much nicer than any place you can stay in State College.

My husband and I have stayed at Reynolds Mansion 3 times and plan to stay 300 more! Each room is impeccably clean & well appointed. Tricia & Mike are superb hosts & will stop at nothing to ensure your stay is pleasant, but their impeccable ability to maintain & clean this beautiful & stately old home leaves little to be desired. The mansion is the only way to stay in style while visiting Happy Valley & the surrounding areas. Highly recommended, would give 10 stars vs. 5 as this B&B is off the charts!

Reynold's Mansion is one of the best choices one could make. This B&B boasts a relaxing environment, quiet atmosphere, and amazing accommodations. The owners, Tricia and Mike are a lovely couple who you feel are your friends the second you meet them. Highly recommend this for your next stay in Centre County!!! My wife and I have stayed there 5 times and we never want to check out.

My wife and I were celebrating our Silver, 25th Anniversary. We decided to make a weekend in Pennsylvania special by staying at the best Bed and Breakfast. This was our second night out of 3 in 3 separate villages in Pennsylvania.. All we can say is even though we loved to visit the other areas in Pennsylvania, to compare the Mansion and the Hosts to other's don't compare... Mike and Tricia have a wonderful Home. And they are truly wonderful hosts!!! They try to give you not only a stay but memories!! The Mansion is awe inspiring.. The woodwork, the Stone building, the Carriage house, the grounds themselves are wonderful!!!!! this piece of history is better then original because it has been perfectly brought into the 21st century, but holds onto the historical beauty perfectly!!! We stayed in the Colonel's Green Room. It is a large room and was originally the Master suite of the Mansion.. We love this room, but all the others are also beautiful and well appointed!! If you want memories, if you want a great village or if you want the State College.. stay with Mike and Tricia and enjoy your visit!!!!!!!!!!!!
We would like to thank this reviewer as well as all of our other guests that took the time out to write a review. We love to be able to share this historic home with others and really appreciate when guests appreciate it back!

My husband and I visited during February. Everything was perfect. We loved the Reynold's Mansion for a winter get away! We will certainly return!
Our deluxe king room is extremely spacious at 550 square feet, with a comfortable sitting area and one king bed. It is decorated with designer fabrics, rich colors, and dark woods. Hand-carved shutters and chestnut parquet flooring add masculine character. The fireplace will warm you on even the coldest Pennsylvania nights. Enjoy a private bath in the Jacuzzi tub and rest comfortably in our Comphy sheets in addition to our other guest room amenities.
This king room is newly decorated with contemporary and sophisticated furnishings. The custom inlaid flooring has beautifully detailed patterns and you'll love the original fireplace mantle and green glass tiles. Read your favorite book in the turret alcove. The artwork and photographs tell the proud history of Bellefonte.
Named for the hand-painted cherub mural on the ceiling, the Cherub Room features a king-sized bed, custom inlaid flooring, and an original subway-tiled fireplace with an ornate wooden mantle. The windows are dressed with sheer white curtains that drape gracefully to the floor. The romance and elegance of this room is further captured in the bathroom, where the heart-shaped Jacuzzi is paired with a Murano chandelier. There is a day bed and new flat screen tv in addition to our other guest room amenities.
Watch the squirrels and enjoy the fireplace, queen size bed, Jacuzzi tub, and private bath with shower. The Jacuzzi tub looks out into the top of a giant Sycamore tree. This room is warm and cozy.
For Penn State Fans, a fireplace, queen size bed, Jacuzzi tub in the turret, and private bath with shower. The Nittany Blue Room is bright and cheery decorated in blue and white.
In the eaves, with a cozy stove, queen size bed, Jacuzzi tub, and private bath with shower. Decorated with photos and books from our travels.
The newly created NY Room has a sophisticated urban flair. Cement gray walls, artwork purchased on the streets of NY, and original claw foot tub in the bathroom all help create a Manhattan apartment feel. To see more pictures, visit us on Facebook/reynoldsmansion.

This king bedroom has a 42" TV, balcony, and awesome rain shower with massage jets. The wooden ceiling, walls, and floor create a warm and cozy feel. The handcrafted antler chandelier and sconces made specifically for the Reynolds Mansion by our friend in Montana really add character to the decor.
