Believe the hype! Beautiful estate, so many amenities and delicious food! Rosalie and Craig are superb hosts. Book a room now!! We stayed in the spacious secret room with incredible views from the private deck. My mother stayed in the beautiful country room. Fellow guests were delightful at our gourmet breakfast. We enjoyed playing pool in the game room and swimming in the pool outside. The gardens and maze were so fun to wander through. Find the see saw!! Convenient location that transports you into relaxation mode. Much gratitude to Rosalie and Craig for hosting us at their beautiful property, we will be back at Christmas time!!

The Best Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I spent our one year anniversary here; it was the most wonderful place we've ever stayed at. Rosalie and Craig are so welcoming and warm, and Rosalie's breakfasts are gourmet delights! The pool, beautiful flower gardens, and the gorgeous mansion is unlike anything I've ever witnessed. We will for sure be back. I HIGHLY recommend :)

Birthday getaway

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Our room was absolutely amazing, with a unique Southwest theme. Attention to detail throughput the whole inn and beautiful gardens made this a wonderful experience. Rosalie is so thoughtful and very gracious. Her cooking is delicious! We will be back again!

Fantastic place for a girls' weekend

5 on August 17, 2018

My 3 best friends met at the Annville Inn for a Girls' Weekend, and we had the most perfect and most relaxing time. My expectations were already high due to other reviewers, but somehow the Annville Inn surpassed even that. Everything about our stay at the inn was luxurious - from the gorgeous, spotless pool surrounded by Craig's beautiful garden, Rosalie's fabulously delicious breakfasts made with local produce, and to the care and attention to detail in every single area of the home. Rosalie and Craig think of everything, and even though I'm sure they wake up at an ungodly hour to make sure that everything is perfect for their guests, you surely wouldn't know it - they are as friendly and upbeat as ever, without ever being overbearing or intrusive. They just let you live in their beautiful home and relax - in the movie theater, in the sun room, poolside...the options are all enticing. :) It was truly a wonderful weekend made possible by Rosalie and Craig's beautiful, luxurious home. I highly recommend to anyone. We will be back next year!

Newbie experience.

5 on August 16, 2018

Being our first Bed and Breakfast experience, we found it overwhelming of where to start our exploration. We started a list of places to call to ask questions to help us on our selection. My first call was Rosalie, she was outstanding. When she found out we were new to Bed and Breakfast, she took great care and time in answering all questions and concerns. We connected with her right away and we ended up booking before we even hung up the phone. Her and George were super helpful and made the experience educational and welcoming. Their breakfast was exceptional and the amenities were a luxury quality. We stayed in the secret room, which definitely has many secrets. Outside gardens. pool and hot tub were impressive and we are coming back for the holiday decorations in November.

Incredible in every way

Our first stay at the Annville B&B and it will not be our last! Rosalie and Craig were so welcoming, gracious and kind. Their home is like no other B&B my husband and I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness was impeccable. The attention to detail was like no other. Comfort is clearly their top priority and they surpassed all of our expectations. Rosalie’s cooking skills were fabulous. We can’t stop talking about our stay. If you make this your first ever B&B, expect to be spoiled. Highly recommended!

This is the height of luxury!

I promise I am not exaggerating when I say that the Annville Inn far exceeded my already high expectations. My friends and I just returned from a marvelous weekend there and we can't wait to go back! Rosalie and Craig are truly incredible at what they do. We felt so welcomed and comfortable with them as soon as we arrived. The grand tour was such an enjoyable experience and showcased all the awesome features of the property. The entire premise is spotless. The amenities are endless and everything was in perfect working order. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were so many other things to do at the Inn that we did little more than sleep in them. My friends and I spent most of our time in the beautiful pool (available 24hr/day!) and hot tub (closes at 10pm). We also explored the numerous beautiful gardens and grounds, and took advantage of the excellent theater room (soundproof and available 24hr/day) and board games at the Inn. Breakfast was beyond delicious with extremely generous portions. Between it and the numerous snacks, baked goods, and chocolates around the house, my friends and I only ventured off campus once for dinner the whole weekend. I cannot recommend the Annville Inn highly enough. It is the absolute perfect place to spend a weekend relaxing and reconnecting with friends or a significant other. Rosalie and Craig are exceptional hosts that are always helpful and never overbearing. The Annville Inn is something truly special and we will most definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and book three nights.

EXCELLENT

Innkeepers Rosalie and Craig are wonderful-very kind, accommodating, gracious, knowledgeable. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated, each with a theme. The country setting is relaxing and beautiful. Amazing flower gardens, potted plants, topiary maze, koi ponds, miniature railroad. Pool area has tables/umbrellas, lounge furniture, picnic table, and a nice assortment of "floaties." The breakfasts are outstanding and elegant - delicious is an understatement! They are beautifully presented with lovely place settings and crystal. Fresh cut flowers are found throughout the premises. Spotlessly clean. Best B&B ever, will definitely be back.

Gourmet Breakfast
Rosalie's cooking, known among friends and colleagues in the Washington, DC area as having "that Rosalie touch" brings her attention to culinary detail to the Pennsylvania countryside. She provides a variety of wonderful gourmet dishes that create a full complimentary breakfast that all our guests enjoy. She also creates homemade treats (such as wonderful cookies and succulent sweet breads) that are set out on the coffee bar for those afternoon or midnight snack cravings. Every detail, from select coffee and tea to the main breakfast course to garnishes are carefully thought out. You will enjoy the Inn's place settings and table linins, reminiscent of the Mission Era. Future plans include cooking classes with well known chefs, so be sure to watch for our winter cooking weekends!
