Allyson does a great job making you feel at home at her very nice b2b. Enjoyed our stay and nice breakfast, and her accommodating extras like bottled water, sodas and snacks in lounge area. Breakfasts are nice albeit a bit small--could improve by addition of a protein like bacon or sausage with french toast, or actual toast with eggs/omelets (which were delicious). Would stay again!

The house built in 1825. It is period furnished and well decorated. Allyson, the inn keeper, is what takes the place over the top. She had us contact her when we got to town to make sure she was available when we were ready to check in. She offered sightseeing options and dinner suggestions. The dining room had small and large tables to accommodate our preference. The tables had doilies and miss matched china cups and saucers (like my grandmother used to have). Breakfast was superb including omelets with too many options to count or almond crusted french toast. When preparing to leave Allyson was there to send us off and offer any assistance needed. Great house, great job, great lady! Thanks

I stayed at the lovely Maid's Quarters Bed and Breakfast with two friends in the third floor suite. It was very spacious and comfortable and beautifully designed. Allyson pays attention to detail and we were very well taken care of on our overnight stay. Breakfast was a scrumptious treat! Allyson accommodated my gluten allergy, making delicious banana pancakes. My friends just loved their delectable omelets. Allyson is an excellent host. She is warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We had a great stay at The Maid's Quarters. Highly recommended!

There is nothing in comparison to this B&B. Smack dab in the heart of Pottsville, just 3 blocks from Americas Oldest Brewery - Yuengling. The Owner Alyson, was a very gracious and detail oriented host. The accommodations are in one of the oldest historic buildings in town. The beds are very comfortable, each room has its own bathroom, and a made to order breakfast that is hard to beat. Alyson uses all fresh ingredients and are made from scratch. There is coffee provided in the foyer 24/7 and freshly baked cookies daily. Another nice touch is small dishes of treats or candy scattered around and in rooms. This is and will always be my first choice in Pottsville.

Our first visit to the Maid’s Quarters B&B was perfect! Allyson reached out a few days before our arrival to welcome us and to see if we had any special needs for our breakfast. Upon arrival, we were met by a warm and friendly individual. Allyson provided us with the necessary details to enjoy our stay and then showed us our room. There are 3 rooms, 2 on the second floor and a suite on the 3rd floor in a lovely 1829 stone home. The interior woodwork is gorgeous and untouched over the years. She has the home decorated with country decor and beautiful china pieces. We stayed in the front room on the second floor. There was a small refrigerator with juice and bottled water on the nightstand. A china plate with the most delicious cookies is waiting on another small table. The room was supplied with everything you would need. There was even a small electric fireplace. Everywhere you look, there are tiny dishes through the home with little chocolates. There is a Keurig in the dining room with a variety of tea and coffee pods for your use 24/7. We were in town for the Yuengling Lager Jogger 5k and Allyson graciously made us a wonderful omelet with delicious beer bread (and gave me the recipe!) at 7:30 so we were able to make the start time easily. Our stay was the perfect respite that we needed and we would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended if you are in this area!
Lovely spacious suite taking over the entire third floor. The bedroom has a queen bed and television with DVD player. Enjoy the luxury of your own bathroom equipped with a Victorian Clawfoot tub, special amenities and plush robes.
