My Friend, my daughter and i stayed at The Maid's Quarters for two nights earlier this month in order to attend a family gathering. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable, charming experience than we had at the B&B. The decor is lovely, the food was delicious and Allyson is a gracious and welcoming host.

Allyson is an excellent hostess, friendly and helpful! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the two days we spent in Pottsville, thanks in large part to our stay at The Maid's Quarters. From the excellent breakfasts to the parlor treats to the room presentation, Allyson has the details covered.

There's nothing to say but Outstanding. The entire experience from making the reservation through departure was relaxing, pleasant, and sets the standard for customer service. Allyson has thought of everything and is an outstanding hostess. The room was inviting and extremely comfortable and the availability of off street parking a plus. We will definitely be future patrons.

My wife and I stayed at the Maid's Quarters while we were in town for our 20 yr class reunion. We felt like we were at home. It was such a nice, quiet, clean and friendly place. The highlight was definitely the home cooked breakfast made with fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back. Thank you for helping make our weekend so great!

Everything about this bed and breakfast was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and right at home. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities anyone would need. Allyson was a perfect hostess and has a true heart for serving others and creating the perfect bed and breakfast experience. Thank you Allyson! The location is right in middle of town and allows for walking to local eateries and several blocks to the yuengling brewery which we toured and found very information and interesting. Make sure you have closed toe shoes though! I had to hike up a big hill to retrieve the correct shoes and return for the tour :) We highly recommend the Maids Quarters to those visiting Pottsville!

I travel a lot and stay in many different kinds of lodgings. Because I have to be in and out at odd times to photograph sites nearby, sometimes a chain motel is just easier. But this place was an exception - free easy parking, easy in and out, breakfast when I could have it (extra early 6:30), and a feeling that I was at home. Allyson was great and I'd definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is the front room (2) is very noisy because Pottsville drivers don't seem to use mufflers. I'm very sensitive and do travel with a white noise machine; this time I brought two machines because of other reviews about Room 2. Slept pretty well but could hear cars occasionally, and was conscious of streetlight outside. The room itself was great, spacious, all the amenities you could want, tiny but well-designed private bathroom. If you are one of those sleep-through-anything people you'll be fine. The breakfast omelette was delicious and fortified me for the work ahead. Thank you Allyson.
