This is a great place to stay while shopping or catching a show. The hostess makes you feel at home and our room was wonderful. Great conversation at breakfast and the food was great. Would stay again,.

Wonderful experience

Lovely B & B in the Amish countryside. The true treat was innkeeper Beth. She was very accommodating when we had to arrive late due to travel. Comfy beds and very nice rooms. Delicious breakfast and wonderful conversations with Beth. She provided us dinner suggestions and great directions for our sight seeing. We stayed at Walnut Lawn for 3 nights and if in the area again, will not hesitate to visit again!

Excellent location, facilities and hospitality!

A warm welcome and a helpful host who provided us with all we needed - particularly good breakfasts!

Charming and Comfortable

5 on May 24, 2017

My husband and I stayed at Walnut Lawn for two nights. We stayed in the Quilt Room, which was very comfortable. This is the one room where the full bathroom is not in the room itself, but right outside in the hall. It's very private and we did not find it to be inconvenient in any way. There is also a small powder room inside the room, Beth, the owner, is warm and welcoming, and we really enjoyed getting to know her. She knows the area well and gave us some tips for shopping, eating, etc. She was very accommodating to us, as we are early risers and like to have a cup of coffee first thing. She placed the coffee/tea pots out the night before so that we could turn them on ourselves when we got up. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We would absolutely stay at Walnut Lawn again and highly recommend it.

Weekend Wedding Trip

We spent two nights at the Inn from May 5-7. Beth was a great hostess and provided us with wonderful breakfasts. Our room, The Garden, was more than adequate for our stay. The inn was a great location and convenient to our weekend activities.

We had a really nice stay. Beth is a wonderful innkeeper, the breakfast was second to none, and the house was spotless. We stay there when we go to a sight and sound show as it is real close. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Doug & Jessica

Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast is an authentic B&B experience at an affordable price and Beth is a wonderful inn keeper and hostess. The premises are sparkling, the rooms are cozy and well appointed, the linens are the absolute SOFTEST I've ever laid my head upon, and breakfast was delicious to wake up to every morning. Beth made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to help us plan an amazing action packed weekend in Lancaster. We would highly recommend Walnut Lawn and plan to return on our next trip through Lancaster!
