Cozy, Charming, Great innkeeper

Great B&B, it’s very charming, the rooms are comfortable and spacious! The breakfast is absolutely delicious! The innkeeper is accommodating, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with that to do around the area, and just amazing to have a great conversation with! The property has a charming porch with a swing and garden! I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing 3 course breakfast included!

A lovely home, so clean and perfectly decorated! Very comfortable bed, best breakfasts ever (3 courses, including dessert!). Innkeeper Beth very friendly and helpful with great suggestions about places to see and restaurants to dine at in Amish country. We'll definitely return to this bed and breakfast when in the area!!

Hospitality at its best!

Beth is a wonderful hostess -- we are lucky she is sharing her lovely home with travelers passing through the area. She does everything she can to make sure your questions are answered and your needs are met. The location is convenient; the area is quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable and private. I so enjoyed myself, I stayed an extra night! I will definitely return again.

"Awesome"

Walnut Lawn Ben and Breakfast is "tops". We love everything about it. We have been there year and after year and are greeted with the same gracious reception each time In the Spring of each year we can hear walnut lawn virtually starting to calling us back. The beautiful rooms, breakfasts with desert and the wrap around porch with the Amish horses and buggies going by each day makes this a perfect place for a relaxing get a way. Donna and Bob

Lovely B & B in the Amish countryside. The true treat was innkeeper Beth. She was very accommodating when we had to arrive late due to travel. Comfy beds and very nice rooms. Delicious breakfast and wonderful conversations with Beth. She provided us dinner suggestions and great directions for our sight seeing. We stayed at Walnut Lawn for 3 nights and if in the area again, will not hesitate to visit again!

Charming and Comfortable

5 on May 24, 2017

My husband and I stayed at Walnut Lawn for two nights. We stayed in the Quilt Room, which was very comfortable. This is the one room where the full bathroom is not in the room itself, but right outside in the hall. It's very private and we did not find it to be inconvenient in any way. There is also a small powder room inside the room, Beth, the owner, is warm and welcoming, and we really enjoyed getting to know her. She knows the area well and gave us some tips for shopping, eating, etc. She was very accommodating to us, as we are early risers and like to have a cup of coffee first thing. She placed the coffee/tea pots out the night before so that we could turn them on ourselves when we got up. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We would absolutely stay at Walnut Lawn again and highly recommend it.

Weekend Wedding Trip

5 on May 14, 2017

We spent two nights at the Inn from May 5-7. Beth was a great hostess and provided us with wonderful breakfasts. Our room, The Garden, was more than adequate for our stay. The inn was a great location and convenient to our weekend activities.
