What amazing hosts, beautiful home, comfortable rooms, and delicious food at this BNB tucked away in the Lancaster/Columbia, PA hills. We were celebrating our 19th anniversary and enjoyed this quiet and relaxing location that's only minutes from great restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. in Hershey, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and York. We stayed in the Waterfront room, which is quite spacious and very pretty with a private walk out to the pond. We enjoyed the new puppy and swan on the property and wished we would've had more time and warmer weather to see the alpacas and linger outside. Mary is a fantastic cook and decorator, and both she and Fran are attentive to every detail and anything you could possibly need. We hope to be back soon!

Fran and Mary are super nice hosts! This is an absolutely beautiful home with great attention to detail in decor. Beds are cozy and breakfast is delicious. The breakfast we had consisted of a baked pear half, peach French toast, bacon, and scrambled eggs along with juice and coffee.

What a great place to stay if your are looking for a wonderful B&B near Amish Country. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by Mary and Fran who welcomed us into their home. After getting a tour of the place we found the deck to be the place to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the pond. After getting a good nights sleep, we were in the garden room, breakfast the next morning started with baked pear to be followed by oatmeal pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cinnamon rolls all prepared by Mary. Fran and Mary both had excellent recommendations on things to see and visit while in the area. You won't be disappointed with this B&B. The Walton's

My husband and I stayed at Airy View in October after getting married in Lancaster. Fran and Mary are outstanding innkeepers; not only excelling in B&B hospitality and providing exceptional accommodations, but also bringing the warmth of home to Airy View. They think of everything: from small details of every room to the overall comfort of every guest. The house is nestled in a beautiful location and near so many wonderful attractions. We also enjoyed just staying on the property to, if you are looking for a low-key getaway. We certainly felt we got every penny spent out of the deal, and then some!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Airy View! We live less than 30 minutes away, but my husband and I took a one night romantic getaway while grandma kept our two young kids. Our room (Waterfront Hideaway) was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was PHENOMENAL! We enjoyed talking to and getting to know Fran and Mary. We would love to come back!

Mary and Fran are very accommodating and hospitable. They and the Waterfront Room are the prime examples of what a bed and breakfast should be: warm, cozy, welcoming, and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the standard they've set with their B&B. This place is great; highly recommend, and the experience was entirely positive.
