Located near the center of Carlisle and Boiling Springs, we are easily accessible from I-81 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The Carlisle Car Show Fairgrounds, Dickinson College, Appalachian Trail, Yellow Breeches Creek and the Army War College are nearby. Gettysburg Battlefield is @ 1/2 hour and Lancaster is @ 1 hour. Our B&B is surrounded by mountains, fields and streams which makes a stay here very relaxing. We have a sunny guest room with a private bath. Each guest will be served a full country breakfast in our quaint dining area or on the patio.

This is a small B&B located in farm country. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the location was enjoyably quiet. Our hostess checked to see if we had any dietary restrictions. Breakfast was very hearty, delicious and served at the time we wanted it. We definitely plan to stay there the next time we are in the area.

B & B is located right by the Yellow Breeches Creek and we were able to take a nice walk. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh eggs from "Molly's" chickens. Joanne & Bill were both incredibly nice and accommodating. They even took our photo and sent us a copy after our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Boy, did I luck into this beautiful b&b. Bill and Joanne are most charming and hospitable. Amazingly clean and quite. Room accomodations are exceptional to say the least. Wish I could have spent more time at this charming location in the quiet, peaceful countryside setting. Breakfasts each morning were to perfection. And all home prepared. You do NOT walk away hungry. My very best regards to mother (97 going on 68---amazing lady) and Molly. We will be back for sure.
Your luck was our good fortune. We enjoyed having you as a guest and we are delighted that your accommodations were met with such a glowing report. We look forward to your return visit.

The hosts were very warming. Breakfast was all homemade, from the garden to the eggs from the chickens that morning. I would highly recommend staying.

Providence directed us to this sweet respite. We were greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. Plenty of warm conversation with our hosts but privacy if needed also. We had all the privileges of a family, but none of the chores. Our breakfasts were feasts. A composite of familiar favorites and locally harvested produce skillfully crafted by by Joanne. Billy served us on patio like royalty. (Florence, a permanent guest was a bonus) The setting is idyllic with sweet bench by the creek and the occasional mooing from the farm in their backyard. We are already planning a Fall visit! These folks made our time away so restful.

My husband and I attended a wedding and family reunion, just a short distance away in Gardners, PA. We were very lucky to find such a perfect B&B with such wonderful hosts as Joanne and Bill. They were very warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our breakfast was delicious with ample delicious coffee. We have stayed in many B&Bs and this one was one of our favorites.
Thank you for your comments. We enjoyed having you as our guests and we were delighted that the weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding and family reunion.

It was a wonderful place. First you're on a busy street in Carlisle, then you turn the corner and slowly the city slips away into beautiful old homes and corn fields. Breakfast was awesome and we were lucky enough to eat outside with the birds and beautiful views. Bill and Joanne were the best hosts ever and we will choose this B&B every time we come to town!
Thank you for your comments. We are delighted that you were able to enjoy breakfast on the patio as the weather was perfect, the flowers in full bloom and the birds were chirping away. We look forward to your return visit.
