Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Unfortunately, it was too short and we couldn't visit the very interesting city of Carlisle or have the opportunity of walking the lovely grounds of Pheasant Field B&B. We both have special dietary concerns and Kit always prepares a breakfast that is attractive, delicious and well-suited to our needs. We are already looking forward to our next "time away from home" and plan to stay at Pheasant Field B&B many more times.

Stayed here twice now with my horse. Owners are great. Safe accommodations for my horse which is the most important to me. Easy in and out for my trailer. Close to restaurants and Kits breakfast are the best.

We only stayed one night but this place is beautiful. We are definitely planning another stay in the future. The room was awesome, service was great. The value and cleanliness was on point. The breakfast was five star plus. And Rehab the welcome greeter was the best part. What an amazing duo Robin & Kit are such great people we loved chatting they made us feel like part of the family.

My husband and I were greeted by Robin, then their dog "Rehab" who was such a gentle beautiful animal. After that everything could not be more perfect. Kathy & Robin were sooo wonderful, our room was wonderful and the entire surroundings were beautiful. Their home was cozy and inviting. It was peaceful, being able to slow down from city life and enjoy relaxing. The breakfasts were outstanding. I plan to come back and would recommend this wonderful B&B.

I traveled with friends and our horses and stayed at Phesant Field. The accomodations for the horses were spacious and immaculate. The cottage we stayed in was perfect - quaint and comfortable. Kit and Robin could not have been more welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had!
