Astoria's newest Bed and Beakfast opened in 2014. Walking distance to many local attractions. One block from the busy Columbia river waterfront.

The Crosby House is well situated in Astoria with a great view of the river and walking distance to shoreline restaurants. The upstairs kitchenette is well supplied with coffees and teas, which we enjoyed while relaxing on the rear deck watching the river activity. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Cynthia made a lovely breakfast, which she served elegantly in the dining room. Overall, it was a great beginning to our west coast adventure.

The excellent button does not work on the form or I would have given the overall an excellent rating. The breakfast and service was very good. The view from our room was spectacular and we had our own balcony with table and two chairs that we loved for morning coffee. There is a guest section also just off the small coffee kitchen area. The hostess has supplied many different coffee and tea options and their is a small refrigerator to store your drinks. We were so pleased with the room. Only negative was that the windows had sheers and a lot of light came in at night. There is some street noise from the busy highway but the view of the Columbia River and the river traffic was wonderful. You can see the bridge and the Column from the balcony. The Waterfront room is the only room that has this direct view. We loved it.

We stayed in the waterfront room which had its own balcony and a tremendous view of the waterfront and the bridge. From the side of the upper porch you can see the Astoria column on top of a very high hill. The Waterfront room appears to be the only room with this view. There is a small kitchenette with all kinds of coffee and tea and its own little deck that has a nice view for other guests. The breakfast was outstanding and our host was very gracious. The only negative comment for our room was that the french doors and windows only had sheers and no blackout curtains so it was very light in the room and there is traffic noise from the highway. Other than those things it was a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Crosby House is a quaint place, nicely decorated, with great views of the town and river from the back porch. The breakfast was tasty. Teresa was very friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at The Crosby House. The location was great, bed was comfortable. There was a bit of street noise for sleeping so be aware if you’re a really light sleeper. It didn’t bother me, but my husband noticed it. Breakfast was yummy and as always it’s fun to visit with the other guests!

If you are looking for a quieter and more home like place to stay rather than a boxy motel/hotel, this is it. It's in the heart of Astoria, so it's convenient to the beaches and great eateries. Teresa is a wonderful host and her breakfasts and hospitality are just wonderful. We're coming back!

This was our second visit to the Crosby House. We stayed in the waterfront room overlooking the Columbia. Excellent view of the river traffic - the boats are lit up at night and look beautiful. Teresa is very warm and helpful - she remembered I needed sugar free syrup and bought it for me! We had great breakfasts both days! They have the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The house is an old Victorian filled with beautiful antiques. We will be back in the future. Thanks Teresa!
The Waterfront Room is our most spacious room and features a queen size metal canopy bed with down comforter, an antique gentleman’s dresser, a comfy chaise sofa, and a private bath. French doors open to your own semi-private deck with seating to watch the busy Columbia River waterfront and shipping channel. Decorated in soothing blue and white, with a cottage beach theme, you’ll be deeply relaxed and glad you chose us among the inns in Astoria, OR.
Our Tongue Point room is small but cozy. It features a queen-size platform bed with a firm mattress and down comforter, vintage accessories and a private bath with a neo-angle shower and pedestal sink. It is decorated in soft green tones and has antique floral prints and local historical prints decorating the walls. Looking out the east facing windows, you will have a view of the waterfront and of course Tongue Point in the distance.
The Column View room is located in the front of the house and is decorated in tan and black. It features a vintage iron bed with a firm gel foam mattress, down comforter and a bay window with antique setee. It has a private bath with claw foot tub and shower enclosure and pedestal sink. Looking east out the front window, you can see the Astoria Column lit up at night, making this a lovely accommodation in Astoria, OR. Additionally looking west over the neighboring houses you will see the red flashing beacon used by the cargo ships to navigate the Columbia River at night.
