Our favorite Getaway!

5 on December 24, 2017

This was our second visit to Holmes With a View, and we have recommended it to friends who have enjoyed it equally. For a place to unwind and decompress, there is no place better. We will be returning again.

Relaxing weekend at Holmes with a View

5 on November 29, 2017

Returned to Holmes with a View for the post-Thanksgiving weekend, something we've done for several years now on and off. A real favorite for us. Beautiful views, accommodations perfect for the two of us, selection of Amish baked goods and jam, and yogurts, coffee, tea, and juices for continental breakfast and snacks. Lots to do, if one chooses, or nice to stay in the cottage and relax.

Fantastic Evening!

The hosts were very accommodating. We loved the view and the room was well designed. We will definitely be returning.

This was our second time here and we just love it! So beautiful and relaxing. Had so much fun watching the horses in the field below us. The food they left for us was delicious and they even gave us complimentary chocolates for our anniversary. We tell everyone about this place and can't wait to go back. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you stay here! Julie and Tim from Manchester, Michigan

Best kept secret in Holmes County!!

Peaceful and spacious, situated overlooking a farming valley. If I can't book a stay here I won't stay anywhere else in Holmes County. Never disappointed, and do not want to leave when the time comes.

Another Great Stay!

My husband and myself have been visiting Holmes County for 10 years now with a visit yearly. We stayed in other Inns before we found Holmes With A View and nothing compared. The view from the round homes are incredible, windows everywhere. The fresh bread and cinnamon rolls are a nice touch. Homemade jam with yogurt, juice and coffee are also included. Fannie Mae is so welcoming and will do what it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Cannot wait to go back next year!

This was our second time staying at Holmes with a view and we just love it! Just so peaceful and relaxing and such a beautiful view. Had so much fun just taking it all in and enjoyed watching the horses in the field below us. Great goodies left for us to eat and they even gave us a gift of chocolates for our anniversary. Don't hesitate to book a room here, you won't be disappointed! Julie and Tim from Manchester, Michigan

Loved first time but not second

2.2 on October 25, 2017

We stayed in upper level last year and was thrilled and wanted to go a second time. However, the lower level was only available and since the price was the same as the upper level, we thought it would be similar. It was not at all the same as it did not have a living room, stove and the fireplace was not working properly. We wouldn’t have expected to pay the same price.

Worth Every Penny!

The Millers are wonderful people and have a beautiful property. Though we have visited the area many times before, we had never stayed here before, but we will never go anywhere else again. This was by far the CLEANEST place we have ever stayed, very comfortable and relaxing. The wrap around decks and 360 degree windows make the views from the home breathtaking beyond description. Well stocked, animals were close enough to pet, private, all around a GREAT place to stay!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Always enjoy our stay here. Very relaxing. The outside view of the countryside is one of the things. Just grab our coffees and relax on the deck.
