We stayed in the Treehouse cabin on the grounds. The view and the cabin were extraordinary, a real slice of heaven in the woods. The breakfast every morning was divine, and the massage at the spa was superb. A wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life, lovely place to unwind and recharge

We've stay here twice, and will be returning again in the spring. The cottages are very comfortable and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy the view and peace of mind.

The two of us had wonderful time. The weather was perfect, brilliant colors, outstanding service, clean rooms and privacy. Hocking Hills hiking was a lot of fun that took us to picture perfect observation points. The State of Ohio does a great job maintaining the facilities, restrooms and having appropriate signage.

Upon arrival, you will notice the wonderful landscape and various areas for meditation, relaxation and viewing of the vast acres! Wonderful check in and quaint room out back with views of the fire pit and back restaurant. Nice room amenities, bed is quite firm, wonderful dinner and quaint little bar with a great bartender! Nice wine selection too. A repeat for us for sure. Part of Select Registry where you can't go wrong!

My husband and I stayed a at the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls in a cottage for our anniversary in early June. The property was the perfect mix of being quaint while still maintaining a sense of luxury. Our cottage was surrounded by woods and greenery, with a relaxing porch with rocking chairs and a covered area with a porch swing. Inside the cottage every detail was throughly thought out and carefully placed. The management even provided a complimentary cheese tray, crackers, and sparkling grape juice for our anniversary - very thoughtful! All employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant was outstanding and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! The location of the inn is perfect for easy access to hiking trails, etc. We'll hope to stay here again soon - it was a wonderful weekend!

My 9 yr old daughter and I stayed there for a photography workshop and had the best time! I loved that there wasn't a TV in our room; it gave us time to enjoy the grounds around the Inn and to get some games from the community room. It was great to spend time together talking and playing games. If you want to get away from it all, this Inn is a must !

Our stay in the Treehouse Cabin calmed our beings and cleared our minds from the busyness of everyday life. The serene wooded setting and quiet walks along a wooded lane were the perfect backdrop to reconnect as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the ammenties within the cabin. The care and attention provided by each staff member made us feel welcomed and at home. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to relax, revive and renew.

We were sad to say that this was our first trip to Hocking Hills! The Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls was rustic yet modern enough with wine comfy robes, toiletries, whirlpool tub, restaurant on site and the spa! The location is ideal to hike Ash Cave (paved path) and Cedar Falls and Old Man's Cave. We needed a quick getaway from northern Ohio and this was perfect!

This was my second trip to the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls, and the views were just as spectacular as I remembered. Beautiful lodging and top notch service elevate this property over others in the area. The restaurant is fantastic, the roof terrace is lovely, and the fire pit is cozy. I will definitely be going back.

My husband and I went away together (sans kids!) for the first time in several years. The Inn at Cedar Falls offered a convenient (close to Columbus) location, clean and comfortable amenities. The food really did exceed our expectations. Anticipate baked-from-scratch breads and muffins. I ordered a filet mignon -rare- and it was cooked to perfection. We read, experienced "together quietness" and felt rejuvenated after only two nights.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go again in 2016. The cottage was very nice and clean - especially enjoyed the king-size bed and jacuzzi. On our next visit we would like to stay in a cabin. The dinner was good but I had the pork loin and it was tough. For breakfast I had the strata and it was ok but not especially great. Also, the jacuzzi could be upgraded.

We had stayed at the Inn awhile back, and had enjoyed it. I booked a cottage for the second week of October, and if anything, our second experience was even better than the first. The cottage is cozy, and we LOVED the long back porch where you can swing or rock and relax. They now have wi-fi in the cottages as well, an added bonus. The restaurant is famous, and rightly so. We had two delicious dinners and their breakfasts are excellent. If you really want to get away from it all and be pampered, but still be right in the heart of Hocking Hills attractions, we highly recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room situated in a beautiful landscape. Dinner and breakfast were high quality as well. The rustic appearance of the cabins and main buildings merge with warm and inviting indoor spaces. We chose this destination because of the Hocking Hills hiking trails. Take advantage of the opportunity to explore the trails, all of which offer varied trails depending on your ability level.

This is great!! Its like having your family there to help you.. There so nice an caring. We thought it was beautiful there and we loved it, so we picked the Inn to get married. I can't even begin to tell you how great it was. We got married there in the the Garden and it was fantastic. We decided to stay there for a few days and I'm telling you we are planning to go back ASAP. Hocking Hills is beautiful and the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls just makes it more delightful. So if your planning a Wedding or you just want to get away from it all, do yourself a favor and stay there. I promise you won't be sorry.. Debbie Lash

This was my third stay here within the past 18 months and it remains one of my favorite places ever! It is so peaceful and quiet here, with a lovely setting in the hills and woods of southeastern Ohio. The rooms are quaintly decorated with rustic elegance. The food is delicious and the people are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and have recommended this inn to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience in a beautiful setting in the Hocking Hills. It's worth the drive to get there!!

Inn and spa at Cedar Falls is such a great and relaxing place to stay. We stayed for our honeymoon 5 years ago and decided to return to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We will be coming back many more times. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The homemade cookies are so tasty. Breakfast is incredible. The homemade granola is delicious. The grounds are so beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the hammocks and the roof top terrace.

MOST IMPORTANT TO ME IN ANY SITUATION IS NICE PEOPLE AND YOU'LL FIND THEM AT THE INN & SPA AT CEDAR FALLS, FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT. WE STAYED AT STRONG WOLF WHICH ACCOMMODATED OUR DOG AND HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT OUT THERE. THE CABIN IS RUSTIC (BUT REMODELED) AND PRIVATE, THE FURNISHINGS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND YOU CAN TAKE YOUR OWN FOOD AND UTILIZE THE EQUIPPED KITCHEN, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RELAXING AND DINING AT THE RESTAURANT, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. AS WAS THE STAFF, OR COURSE! THE BREAKFASTS WERE WONDERFUL AND FILLING. THE THINGS TO SEE NEARBY THE INN ARE BREATHTAKING AND WE CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN! LISA AND LEN

The service was above and beyond and it was the staff that made this stay truly memorable. Nestled in a serene setting in the quiet, beautiful hills, the inn is a fantastic retreat to escape from life's hassles. The rooms are as lovely as the setting, with lots of wonderful amenities. Whether you spend time relaxing on the rooftop deck with a pre-dinner drink or roasting marshmallows around the fire with new friends, turn off your cell phone (reception is terrible anyway) and let the ambience of nature soothe your soul.

This place is just great. The owners take good care of the property and their guests. The cottage we got (Larkspur) is very nice. I believe they all have similar layouts, and are perfect for couples. A nice big main room with a big, comfy bed, comfy sheets, a huge tub, fireplace, table, dresser, chairs, books, etc. Then, a second smaller room that's a very nice bathroom and also has the coffee pot, small fridge, robes, slippers, towels, etc. The location is perfect if you're going to visit the state parks and do any hiking or sight-seeing. You can walk to Old Man's Cave and Cedar Falls. Cantwell Cliffs (our new favorite), Conkle's Hollow, and Rock House are all within 10-15 minutes, but the drive is nice. We didn't visit the spa during this trip, but did last time, and were very happy with the massages we got. The restaurant is great. I've had very few meals that I enjoyed more than the food I got at the restaurant. First, the complimentary breakfast is TOP NOTCH. WIDE selection of foods, and the daily entrees were excellent. The dinners were good, although the menu is limited, and ONE of the servers (who we had multiple times - I believe this is intentional to gain familiarity with one another or something) wasn't the best server I'd ever had, and stumbled when asked questions about things on the menu. The other server we had was everything I hope for in a server. Pleasant, knowledgeable, fast, and eager to please. In the end, my review is obviously a good one. I'm pretty picky about who earns my money/business, and the fact that we're certainly going back at some point says it all. Thanks again, Cedar Falls.

This inn is a wonderful, peaceful place to get away from it all! My best friend and I, both widowed, had a delightful 2-day stay here earlier in the week, using the Mother/Daughter budget package. What a deal! We were very pleased and impressed with the charming Hummingbird Room, and although the surroundings are rustic, the rooms are very well-equipped with everything you could need (except TV and phones, and who needs those when you want to get away?). The spa treatments were so relaxing, the breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious, and all of the staff were so accomodating and welcoming. Outdoors there are comfortable chairs and benches in attractive settings to enable guests to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. And the Hocking Hills area is not to be missed! A chance for hiking in many different unique areas with caves, waterfalls, and more. I came back to this inn after staying there years ago, and it's even better now! We hated to leave and will definitely be back!

My husband and I just returned from a two night stay at this wonderful inn. Located in beautiful Hocking Hills, this is the perfect spot to enjoy peace and solitude in nature. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was most accommodating. The food was excellent. We did not have WiFi in our room let alone a tv which was fine with us as we were looking for a quiet get away. This proved to be ideal.

The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls offers a remarkable ambience in all their areas: their rooms, dining, gathering spots, and spa/spa services. ALL their staff are sincere in their welcome. Dining staff are knowledgable and friendly - always there when you need them without hovering. Spa staff are well versed in their fields of healing arts. It is without a doubt a hidden gem in the Hocking Valley. Well worth finding and putting on your calendar for an annual (or more) visit.

My husband and I recently stayed in one of the cabins for a 1-night stay. I believe it was called the Treehouse cabin. We had a lovely evening and plan to go back at th end of February for my husband's birthday weekend. This time we'll be staing in a larger larger cabin for 2 nights. Our cabin was very clean, private and comfortable. Only thing missing was a TV, so we took our portable DVD player and that watched movies in bed...so fun! I was told all cabins will be having TVs installed very soon...so for those that miss them, this will be a plus. Dinner at their restaurant is ALWAYS delicious and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was terrific as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place! We go to B&Bs all the time, so that is saying a lot!

Let us start by saying that we could sum up this review by saying OUTSTANDING VISIT! However, we will expound a little bit. Whoever does the training of ALL the employees including Maintenance, housekeeping, servers, chefs, hostess, front desk associates should be commended. You know what customer service means. Next the cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant, grounds is unbelievable. We have told many and will tell many more of our Friends that if you want a total pampering experience The Inn at Cedar falls is the place to go. I would say Good Luck to them in the future but they already know that "luck is the residue of personal desire"! \. Mary Lou & Thomas Vermilion, Ohio

We cannot say enough great things about the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls in Logan, Ohio. We have stayed there twice: the first time for a surprise 40th birthday mini-get-a-way in December (given to me by my wife); and most recently, during spring break with our children. Both times, we experienced the quaintness, and peacefulness of a small town/village atmosphere immersed in natural, countryside and forestry. The staff during both occasions, tailored romantic and family oriented packages which included daily-homemade cookies, fresh cheese and fruits, wine service, full, made-to-order breakfasts, and dinner meals-all with exceptional quality that one would expect at an exclusive, high caliber hotel resort. The staff, chefs, and inn keeper made us all feel extremely welcomed and that our stay was the most important thing on their list-their mission. The Spa experience was amazing and was one that melted away all of your troubles away. During our first visit, we stayed in the Blue Bell Cottage, and during our second visit, our family stayed in the Hickory Hollow Cabin-both were unique to one another, but consistently and meticulously cleaned, in working order, very accommodating, and full of comfort; especially the Blue Bell Cottage. As a married couple with 2 young children (10 and 6 yrs old); our family found our selves not wanting to return to the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. We even extended our stay during our last visit with our children. Although we were sad to leave the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls in Logan, Ohio, we were all refreshed and rejuvenated to return home with the hopes of visiting again sometime soon in the near future. Cannot wait to get back and make more great memories!

The cottages are wonderful and relaxing. The Jacuzzi is a great addition to the rooms, especially after a day of hiking or after a visit to the spa. We enjoyed the roof top garden and the hammocks! Just wish we had more time to spend.

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary in great comfort and relaxation at the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls in the Bluebell cottage. Our first night was spent on the porch amid trees with an open sky to the stars. My husband ordered the package with Champagne, chocolates, cheese, fruit and a lovely full bouquet of flowers so our late “dinner” under the stars was perfect – way to impress your wife, Gene. The in-room whirlpool tub and amazing spa sheets were unexpected treats. But the most impressive part was waking to a panoramic view of the forest up close and personal with the sun dappling through the trees. Having an actual restaurant (with inside and outside seating) in the middle of the woods was worth the trip by itself. We scheduled the couples massage for the second day; it is in one of the log cabins at the edge of the meadow with the hammocks. They found all our kinks and stressed muscles and rubbed them out – thanks guys. The gift shop was the place I found the rose jasmine hand soap they use in the rooms. Our two day stay was like two weeks rest; usually you have to come home and rest after your vacation, but today after a day home I still feel the serene calm of the forest. Thank you Ellen and Terry!!! We will be back, Eliza and Gene

After visiting the Hocking Hills area for over 30 years we found the perfect place to stay. Everything was perfect. Staff was personality plus; food was just perfect and served with a smile; peace and quiet were just what we needed; porch swing and solitude of the woods was great; overstuffed rockers and king bed with oh-so-soft bedding were very inviting; wooden screen door and spring was a reminder of home when growing up; activities in area are so awesome. The overall stay at the Inn at Cedar Falls was A+.

My husband and I were looking for a place to go for our 30th wedding anniversary. We saw the article in the AAA magazine. I looked them up on-line and was impressed with the place and services. I called to check if they offered a couples package because we wanted to also get massages. We had a great time; the service and food was just super. It was so quiet and peaceful there. We loved the massages and our favorite was the commons room with the fireplace and eating in the old log cabin buildings. I recommend The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls for a wonderful get-away in a calm and peaceful surroundings. I'm sure it is even more beautiful in the summers with the gardens and fall time with the beautiful leaves and trees.

In addition to accomplishing all of our business objectives the atmosphere charmed the entire group and helped foster relationships whose benefit is immeasurable. My husband and I spent 2 nights for our 14th wedding anniversary in Honeysuckle Cottage but it felt like 5 nights. It's amazing how peaceful and pampered your feel at the Inn. The staff had some great suggestions of where to hike and go canoeing and we had a ball. Dinner at the Inn was definitely 5-star dining and made our anniversary that much more special. We took advantage of the box lunch option when we went hiking and canoeing and that was very good as well. From the staff to the location to the dining to the amenities this Inn should be your #1 lodging choice in Hocking Hills.

My husband and I have been to the Inn on one prior occasion, but this time, we decided to also let our daughters experience the peace, calm, and tranquility of Redbud Cabin. They are 12 and 10, so as you can imagine, we were a bit worried about the lack of electronics and how they would react. To our pleasant surprise, they loved it and are already asking when they can come back! The getaway allowed our family the opportunity to reconnect and separate ourselves from ringing phones, kids ringing the doorbell, and just plain hustle and bustle of everyday life. We colored, played games, read, cookied and just enjoyed each other's company. I would recommend this for any active family! Tonya Toops, Grove City, OH

My wife and I were celebrating our 14th honeymoon (anniversaries are for old people :)) and stayed in the Trillium cottage for one night as one of our stops. The cottage was very clean and very inviting. All we could see from the windows was woods because the cottages are spread so far apart. We ate at the restaurant Friday evening and the food was amazing! I would go back just for dinner. The service was top-notch. We hiked old man's cave and really enjoyed seeing the the naturally-sculpted sand and limestone. If you are a traveler who is picky about where you stay, put this on your list.

I would recommend the Inn to anyone who loves to hike or anyone who just wants to get away and relax. My wife and I just got back home and she already wants to know when we can come back again. Thank you for a great weekend.

My partner and I have been to the Inn five times in the last 2 1/2 years and have reservations for this coming fall. There is no better place for relaxation amidst a remarkably beautiful part of Ohio. The accommodations are superb and the staff is wonderful. It is definitely for adults who want a break - no phone (cell or land), TV, and no internet in the cabin we rent. Note that my rating on value is not a negative, rather, it is priced very fairly for what it delivers.

For Valentines Day my husband surprised me with a visit to the Inn. From the time we arrived until we checked out the service was great. We had dinner that evening and the food was outstanding. I also liked the fact that the Chef and the Innkeeper came around to check and see how things were. The rustic feel of the Inn made it very relaxed and comfortable. While it was winter we did get out and did some hiking. The fresh snow only added to the charm of it all. I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a lovely weekend with our daughter and son-in-law at one of the cabins at Cedar Falls. The place is amazing. The grounds are so beautiful and the cabin was a perfect combination of primitive and comfort. The dinner was wonderful, and all of the staff was very polite and accomodating. It really was almost like going to Disney in Ohio! Our only surprise was a furry little visitor who showed up late every night, but since the back of our cabin was nothing but forest, we understood it was part of the experience. We will be back.

We booked the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls for our 5th anniversary. We booked their “Adventure Package”. They have a one-adventure and two-adventure package. We weren’t really interested in any of the other adventures other than zip-lining, so we opted for the one adventure and went hiking – a lot. Booking and reservations were very smooth. The Inn took care of our zip line reservations. I e-mailed my meal preferences a few weeks before our stay. They required half of the package price down, and the other half at the conclusion of our stay. It was all very convenient. I knew right away that this was indeed a wonderful place the moment we stepped inside. The office staff welcomed us, gave us excellent directions, and basically catered to our needs. Our first dinner (picnic basket style) arrived within minutes of entering our very cozy and exceptionally clean room. The bed was SO comfortable. Out of all the wonderful aspects of our stay, the food probably stands out the most. Chef Anthony was simply brilliant. I had the chef special crab cakes and they were simply out of this world. I was pleased to find out that you don’t need to stay at the Inn to eat in the restaurant, but you do need reservations. Some of our other highlights include: -making a campfire for just us. There were Smore makings available, but we were too full from dinner. We just enjoyed the warm fire. -Relaxing in the hammock as the sun went down and the stars came out. -Having a beer in the tavern Everyone at the Inn was very easy to work with and could help you with any of your travel needs in the area. If you’re planning to travel to the area, or if you’re looking for excellent service and a unique place to stay, check out the Inn at Cedar Falls.

My sister and I celebrated my birthday at the Inn and took a room in the lodge. It was modest, clean and comfortable. I felt for the price it was a bit too modest. However, the dinner and breakfast the next morning was the best! Really made the stay memorable. The staff overall I felt was a bit unfriendly and cold. Not the most welcoming. I would have expected more personalized and warm attention for an intimate, upscale retreat.

One night just wasn't enough, but we were thankful and enjoyed our time together with no TV or cell phones to distract us. We enjoyed reading the journals full of entries from past guests. There's some history there and I hope they will always be preserved. Nice and homey, and just lying in the hammock as a nearby catbird sang to us was the best. The food was a little disappointing. The first time we stayed at the Inn was about four years ago and every bite was a joy. But the last two times we've eaten there we have been disappointed, although the steak my husband ordered this time was mouth watering. He was willing to share for which I was grateful! Yummy! We will definitely be back for a longer stay, perhaps for our fifteenth anniversary!

My husband proposed to me at Cedar Falls 14 1/2 years ago, so we were delighted to recieve a gift certificate to the Inn at Cedar Falls as a gift. The staff was very accomodating & friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is perfection! I enjoyed the best crab cakes I have ever had & my husbands gnocchi was delectable! We will definately be back for another fabulous getaway!

We go to this lovely Inn twice a year, for our combined birthday celebration in the Spring and for Thanksgiving in the fall. We loved the very quiet relaxed nature of this place in a serene setting with fabulous food and exceptional service. Some may object to the lack of TV's and Phones but to me that is part of the appeal. we hike, read and play games. We always leave feeling so much better than when we arrived.

A friend and I recently stayed overnight at the Inn. There were few guests at the Inn so we basically had the Inn and the common area to ourselves where we enjoyed a fire and the games available. Additionally there were a variety of books available in our room which I enjoyed looking through. The staff is exceptional - friendly, accommodating, helpful. Our dinner was delectable ! The term 'melt-in-your-mouth' truly applies at the Inn's restaurant and our compliments to the chefs and the entire staff for an exquisite dining experience. We topped off our short stay with a massage in the spa's enclosed porch which enhances the experience by incorporating the natural beauty of the area. I look forward to returning to the Inn and hope to treat my daughters to a visit to the Inn soon. In fact, my 09 vacation my be right here in Ohio enjoying the Inn's accommodations and the beauty and hiking found in the Hocking Hills area.

I hadn't been there for about 4 years ago. The room had been updated with iron/ board, hair dryer on sink. Bed was very comfortable and the room quite pleasant and fresh. Food was outstanding and staff friendly.

An absolutely perfect combination for a fun, relaxing getaway....the Zip Line Canopy Tour at Hocking Hills followed by an incredible meal and quiet evening alone in our cottage. Our friends recommended this romantic little adventure and we couldn't agree more that it was an amazing 48 hour vacation. What a lovely treat to watch the colors of autumn from our cozy cottage!

I've stayed at the inn three times over the years (once in the main lodge and twice in the cottages). Hiking, photography and sightseeing in general around the Hocking Hills area is fabulous in the first place, but staying at the Inn makes it a particularly memorable and relaxing place to visit. The cottages offer a particularly serene retreat. Sitting out on your own private deck overlooking the wooded gorge, you barely know that anyone else is nearby. Living near a main road in the Detroit area, I really appreciate the q-u-i-e-t privacy the cottages offer. We've always had great meals at the inn and make sure we eat dinner there at least once during our stay. I've posted a more complete story about our last visit at http://www.midwestguest.com/2008/09/d%C3%A9j%C3%A0-vu-at-cedar-falls.html

What a great place to stay and relax. Staff is wonderful and treat you like family. Food is gourmet! Can't wait to go back! The hiking in the area is better than the Smoky Mountains.

Our's was an overnight getaway-the Cozy Cottage package-and it was everything we hoped, and then some. Apart from the natural beauty of the Hocking Hills, the cottage was well appointed and private. The staff were very accommodating. And the dining experience-both food and ambiance-is wonderful. All in all, a delightful place to relax, re-charge, and rekindle a romance.

Our family was looking for a short getaway from our normal surroundings and found the perfect spot at your inn. The cabin in the woods was better than expected with a porch overlooking a sloped, wooded ravine that seemed to be never-ending. The four of us spent time together talking about life until the wee hours of the morning, were treated to a truly relaxing sleep, followed by a delicious breakfast in the morning. The entire staff was friendly and the natural beauty in the area is unsurpassed. I almost forgot to mention dinner the night before. We all had different entrees and there was not a single bite that remained. Will be back for sure, God willing.

We recently held a staff retreat at the Inn & Spa At Cedar Falls. I would recommend this location to any organization or individual looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and really get some work (or play) done.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary, and we happened to leave for a trip on that day hoping to find someplace special to spend the evening. Since we didn't know for sure what route we would end up taking, I just took along tour books to check out hotels that might be nearby. Noticed The Inn at Cedar FAlls in our Select Registry book, and found that we would be near. Tried to call, but couldn't get through, so we just drove up to the place, and since it was a weekday were lucky enough to get in. And, to make this even a better celebration, I discovered in our PBS Membercard book a 50% off deal which the hotel gladly honored. Our room was clean, just the right size, and came complete with a large outside porch with rockers that overlooked the Ohio fields and woods. Just what the doctor ordered for two tired seniors. We ate at the Inn restaurant, a gourmet experience not to be missed, and spent a quiet restful night. The weather was cool for a summer night, so we were able to open the windows and drink in the fresh air - something you can't do in many hotels these days. And, in the morning, along with our room came a wonderful breakfast which sent us off fortified for the day of traveling. My regret is that we arrived exhausted and didn't have the time to spend visiting the abundance of free state parks nearby. Hopefully, we can return again and take in all the hiking and beauty.

We stayed in the cabins which were just great. Very secluded and private with very comfortable furnishings. Room comes with coffee maker and refridgerator and stocked with homemade cookies, coffee, tea, creamer and complimentary bottled water. Nice touch. Very peaceful and serene. Saw mama deer with her babies in the morning right outside our deck. Had a massage in the spa which was very nice. Perhaps a little expensive for a 50 minute massage (I can get an hour massage at home in Columbus for $30 less at my country club). Staff in the spa and inn very friendly. Dinner was perhaps the only slight disappointment. Meal felt rushed. Food was delivered too fast and therefore we completed a four course meal in 45 minutes. Traveling companion had filet of beef and I had pork. Hers was delicious, mine was undercooked (even for the new pink pork cooking standards!) When I asked for it to be cooked a little longer, one minute later I was handed back my plate with the pork obviously microwaved resulting in a now tough piece of meat. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. Staff accommodated special request for item not on their planned menu for that morning. Overall, I would definately return just for the beauty of the setting alone and the peacefulness the cabins offer. Hiking trails are so close and God's beauty is all around!

I stayed at the Inn at Cedar Falls so that I could do some hiking at Hocking hills. I saw the most beautiful sites that I've ever seen at Hoking Hills. The inn as perfect - food was superb, hospitality was excellent! A VERY relaxing getaway! A great stress reliever. Great value!

My wife and I have stayed at the Inn 3X and absolutely love their food. I had the best crab cakes & berry cobbler ever. I'd drive two hours just for the food!

I Stayed in the Hocking Hills area for the 1st time ever. The Inn has nice cabins as well the Inn it's self. Great food, both breakfast and dinner were included. Would highly recommend to stay here and I will return.

What a great place. The rooms in the Inn are clean and comfortable, but the surroundings really did it for me. The nearby woods and the Cedar Falls are spectacular and the rolling hills which surround the Inn provide a complete getaway experience. No cellphones, no TV, no alarm clock, no radio (there is wifi)-- but get over it, mother nature makes a much better soundtrack.

An hour+ from the city of Columbus it was a personal escape to the beauty and quiet of the Hocking Hills - which I really needed. I took the least expensive room which fully met my needs. (On another trip here my wife and I enjoyed a cabin which exceeded my expectations). The meals were outstanding and were enjoyed in the rustic log house. One day it was sunny and warm. That day I enjoyed lunch on the open patio bathed in sunlight. Also had a couple of IPA's there before dinner. I took a hike to Cedar Falls (not to be missed) and later hung out in a hammock set back under some trees. Even the following drizzley day was enjoyable. I could lay back and read a book or use the WIFI for my laptop. Staff was efficient and "downhome" friendly. I look forward to my return to this wonderful quiet spot.

Had a great dinner while I was there! The location is near Cedar Falls so some great jogging an dhiking are right out the front door. The cabins were really nice - spread out so not on top of each other and hadd a oversized jetted tub and fireplace. Very comfortable!!
